Seit mehr als 10 Jahren verfeinern wir dieses System. In diesem Bereich haben wir den größten Erfahrungsvorsprung und gehören hier weltweit zu den Topanbietern. Vor allem im beidseitigen Gehrungssägen ist das vertikale System sicher das einfachste und universellste System. Nahezu revolutioniert wird das automatische Gehrungssägen in der Kombination unserer vertikalen Gehrungsbandsägen VG 450/320 und unseren Vorschubsystemen als Stangenvorschub (Hub über die gesamte Länge der Rollenbahn) ober als Zangenvorschub (Hub 1500 mm). Bei der Ausführung mit Stangenvorschub wird in einem Hub die gewünschte Abschnittlänge nach vorne geschoben. Selbst bei Losgrößen von einem Stück ist dieses Vorschubsystem schneller als das manuelle Arbeiten mit einem Anschlag. Ist z. B. die Materialzufuhr im Freien oder steht nicht ausreichend Platz zur Verfügung, kann das Vorschubsystem ZA mit Zangenvorschub verwendet werden. Durch die lange Hublänge von 1500 mm können die meisten Abschnitte mit einem Hub vorgeschoben werden. Die Hubaufteilung bei Mehrfachhub erfolgt automatisch durch die Steuerung. For double-sided mitre saws in particular the vertical system is definitely the simplest and most universal system. Automatic mitre sawing has been virtually revolutionised with the combination of our VG 450/320 vertical mitre band saws and our feed systems in the form of bar feed (traverse over the whole length of the roller conveyor) or gripper feed (1500 mm traverse). In the bar feed configuration the length required to be cut is fed forward in one traverse movement. Even with batch sizes of just one item this feed system is faster than working manually with a stop. If e.g. the feed-in of material is in the open air or there is insufficient space available, the ZA feed system with gripper feed can be used. With the long traverse length of 1500 mm most sections can be fed forward in one traverse movement. The sub-division of the traverse length when multiple traverse movements are required takes place automatically via the controller.
