November 2013 Organisers Course Objectives This course provides participants with up-todate background information and focuses on a practical approach to the treatment of severe bacterial infections in hospitalized patients. The course will cover healthcare associated infection prevention and treatment with particular emphasis on personalized approach to the antibiotic treatment and infection control during routine clinical practice.
