REGLEMENT PARTICULIER
Le Motocamp FIM 2016 est organisé par le Royal Moto club de kénitra (RMCK) sous
l'égide de la Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) et la Commission pour le
Tourisme et loisir (CTL). La manifestation aura lieu du 10.05.2016 au 13.05.2016 à IFRAN
Maroc conformément au Code pour les Concentrations Touristiques de la FIM (Ci- après
CCT)-chapitre Motocamp FIM ; aux règlements de la FIM, à ce Règlement Particulier et
au Code de l’E vi o e e t FIM.

Conformément au CCT ( Motocamp : Arts. 2 & 4).
Régl.3 Inscriptions
Régl.3.1- Les inscriptions individuelles devront être effectuées sur le formulaire (ou

doivent être versées en totalité (100%) par les participants des FMN avant le 4 Avril

Le camping est obligatoire. Les participations doivent être hébergés dans leur propre

chaque nuit supplémentaire passée sur le camping sera facturée 8 euro par nuit, petit
déjeuner compris.
Les non campeurs ne seront pas classés.
Les réservations pour le camping doivent être effectuées sur le formulaire « réservation

compte bancaire cité au Régl.4 Tous les paiements doivent être effectués en Euros et

Le centre Administratif sera ouvert quotidiennement à partir du 8 Mai 2016 du 9h00 à
18h :00 pendant la période du Motocamp.

Sur décision du Comité Exécutif, les participations peuvent être officiellement
disqualifiés si nécessaire. La décision du Comité Exécutif sur cette question sera appel.

Régl. 14 Prix
Les Trophées pérennes FIM suivants seront décernés :
 Trophée Motocamp FIM- remis à la FMN dont les motocyclistes engagent le plus
grand nombre de points/kms
 Challenge « Ferruccio colucci »- remis à la FMN avec le plus grand nombre de
participants (motocyclistes & passagers).
 « Espana » challenge- remis au club avec le plus grand nombre de participants
(motocyclistes et passagers).

Régl. 15 Généralité
Pendant la réunion des délégués, le Directeur Motocamp fournira des informations

suivant (lieu et heure des départs pour les excursions, heures de repas,
manifestations planifiées, est.). les informations seront fournies dans au moins une
des langues officielles de la FIM. Les délégués des FMN sont priés de collaborer et
préparant une version dans leur langue nationale.
Régl.16 Responsabilité des participants, des autorités et des organisateurs.
Conformément au CCT Art. 11 (Motocamp) et Art 19 (Concentrations Touristiques de
la catégorie A) tous les participants doivent être en possession d’u permis de
conduire valable et des assurances accident et responsabilité civile appropriées pour
les pays par lesquels ils passeront .De plus, les pa ti ipa ts s’e gage t à i de ise
et exonérer la FIM, la FMNR, les organisateurs et leurs officiels ainsi que leurs
employés. Mandataires et agents de toute responsabilité envers des tiers pour toute
perte. Dommage ou blessure dont ils sont solidairement ou individuellement
responsables

Il est attendu des motocyclistes qui ils aient des égards pour tous les autres usagères
de la route (CCT Motocamp Art.3)
a) Les motocyclistes individuels devraient développer des habitudes de conduite de

h) Respecter la nature en ne circulant pas sur chemins dont la dégradation ne peut
être récupérée de manière naturelle.
i) Protéger la faune et son habitat naturel en conduisant de manière intelligente.

SUPPLEMENTRY REGULATIONS
Reg.1
The 2016 FIM Motocamp is organized by le Royal Moto club de kénitra (RMCK), on
behalf of the Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) and the Touring and
Leisure Commission (CTL). The event be held from 10.05.2016 au 13.05.2016 Ifrane
Maroc-according to the FIM Code for Touristic Gathering (hereafter known as CTG)FIM Motocamp section; to the rules of the FIM and these Supplementary Regulations
and to the FIM Environmental Code.

The organization of the 2016 Motocamp has been delegated to :

The first meeting of the Executive Committee will be held on 10.05.2016 at 17.00 at
Farah complex Ifrane.
Subsequent meetings will be fixed by the Executive Committee.
Reg.2 Participation in the Motocamp
According to the CTG (Motocamp: Arts. 2&4).
Reg.3 Entries
Reg.3.1- Individual entries will be made on the from available for this purpose (or the
duplicate) which will be delivered to the FMNs by the organizer
(CTG Motocamp Art.5). The FMNs will return the entry forms to the organizer after
verification (see address in Reg.1.1).
Reg.3.2- the FMNs will also add a summary list of the members entered; the sum paid
for the entry fee and for any additional accommodation (camping) in accordance with
Reg.7.
Reg.4 Entry Fee
The entry fee is fixed by the Federation of the participant. This is composed of the
orga izer’s fee 130 Euro, plus any administrative expenses which may be added by the
FMN. The amount is fixed in Euro.
Children between the ages of 8 and 12 will pay 50% of the adult entrance fee.
Children under the age of 8 will be admitted free of charge.
The entry fee, plus any additional camping fees, will be paid in full (100%) by the FMNs
of the participants before 4 April 2016 to the following account:

Reg.5 Closing date for entries
The deadline for the entries is 4 April 2016.
Entries may be accepted after this date at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
An additional charge may be made for late entries
Reg.6 Gifts, souvenirs and services for the participants
Every participant who has paid the registration fee receives the following minimal
benefits:








Participation in the FIM Motocamp
Accommodation on a camping site for the duration of the event
1st day : dinner
2nd day : breakfast, lunch, dinner
3rd day: breakfast, lunch, dinner
Last day : breakfast
Souvenir medal or pin
Other souvenirs at the discretion of the organizer.
Reg.7 Accommodation
Tent camping in the participation own tents, is compulsory. The organize will provide a
campsite for this purpose- 100% of campsite booking fee will be paid with the
registration. For those wishing to arrive early, the camping will open from 14.00 on
Sunday 8th May. The charge for additional camping will be 8.00 euro per night including
breakfast.

The Administrative Centre will be open from 8th May 2016 at 09:00 to 18:00h daily for
the period Motocamp

Reg.9 Results and Classification
According to the CTG (Motocamp Art.12).
Reg.10 Disqualifications
Under supervision of the Executive Committee, participants can be officially disqualified
if necessary.
Decision of the Executive Committee will be final on this matter.
Reg.11 Prize-Giving Ceremony
According to the CTG (Motocamp Art.14). This will take place on the evening of 12th
May 2016.

Each participation FMN has the right to nominate one delegate holder of Tourism

Reg.13 Cancellation of event
According to the CTG ( Motocamp Art.8)
The organizer can cancel the event:
-If, at the closing date, the number of entries is below 100
- In the case of absolute necessity
In the case of cancellation of the event, the participants who transmitted their entry
forms before the closing entry date will be notified.
Reg.14 Awards
The following FIM perpetual trophies will be presented



FIM Motocamp Trophy” –awarded to the FMN whose riders accumulate the
greatest number of points/kms
Ferruccio Colucci” Challenge – awarded to the FMN with the greatest number
of participants ( motorcyclists & passengers )
Espana Challenge – awarded to the club with the greatest number of
participants (motorcyclists & passengers)
The Motocamp organizers may present certain other awards at the discretion of the
Executive Committee.
Reg.15 General
During the meeting of the delegates, the Motocamp Director will give information on
the daily programmes. Every evening at the time and place of dinner, the organizer will
displa o a oard the details of the followi g da ’s progra
e (place and departure
time of the trips, meal times, planned events, etc. ) Information will be given in at least
one of the official languages of the FIM. The delegates of the FMNs are requested to
collaborate in preparing a version in their national language.
Reg.16 Responsibility of the participants (Liability of the Authorities, Organizers and
participants)
According to the CTG (Motocamp Art.11) and Art.19 (Touristic Gatherings of Category A)
All participants must be in possession of a valid driving license and the appropriate
accident and 3rd party liability insurances valid for the countries through which they will
pass. Furthermore, the participants undertake to indemnify and exonerate the FIM, the
FMNR, the organizers and the officials, as well as their employees, officers and agents
from any third party liability for any loss, damage or injury, for which he/she is jointly
and severally liable.
Police instructions on the guided tours must be followed.
Daytime running lights are mandatory.
Reg.17 Rider Conduct and Protection of the Environment
Motorcyclists are expected to consider other road users (CTG Motocamp Art.3)
Article 11.2 of the Environment Code-Rider Conduct
a) Individual motorcyclists should develop riding habits to ensure full integration with
other types of road users.
b) Ride safely and avoid aggressive and competitive riding.
c) Save petrol and reduce pollution by avoiding unnecessary idling of engines.
d) Ride politely and limit noise pollution by using your horn.
e) Noise annoyance. Use standard or another quiet exhaust system and keep audio
systems at a low level.
f) Use only routes which are open to motorcyclists.
g) Ride like a professional by riding at a quiet and unobtrusive pace when riding in
groups.
h) Respect nature by not travelling on paths which risk being damaged beyond a point
of natural recovery.
i) Protect wildlife and its natural habitat by riding intelligently.
j) Ensure that your used oil, tyres, batteries and other recyclable items are properly
recycled.
k) Encourage a rational use of fuel and space economy by using motorcycles instead of
driving automobiles.
l) Remember that our cities and our road are not circuits.
