Properties of the white fireclay of R-SKA and R-SKA/cII quality predetermine
the material in particular for linings of fireplaces and stoves. Thanks to
a wide variability of shapes and easy workability, the material can also
be used for construction of furnaces of miscellaneous shapes. Blocks of
R-SKA-D quality are manufactured by pressing from a semi-dry mass. They
feature improved dimensional accuracy and product smoothness.

Thanks to high refractoriness and higher compression strength the
blocks of R-SII and R-SI/cII quality are suitable particularly for linings of
boilers and stoves, construction of outdoor fireplaces, smoking rooms
and grills. The blocks can also be used as the building material and
aesthetic outfit for fireplaces and other structures.

Die weiße Schamotte der Qualität R-SKA, R-SKA/cII eignet sich dank ihrer Eigenschaften insbesondere für die Ausmauerungen von Kaminen und Öfen. Infolge der großen Variabilität der Steingestalten und der leichten Bearbeitbarkeit des Materials kann man sie auch bei der Konstruktion verschieden gestalteter Feuerräume heranziehen. Blöcke von R-SKA-D werden aus Halbtrockenpressen Materie. Der Vorteil liegt in der höheren Maßgenauigkeit und Gleichheit.

KTS – Chimney flue system
All blocks of this system are made from fireclay of R-SKA quality. Is
primarily used for building draft channels in tiled heat accumulation
stoves. They are a substitute for laborious construction of the system of
channels from individual plates and especially increase the efficiency of
stoves. During an authorized measuring was measured 85% efficiency
of this system. The system can be connected to different stove inserts.
REFRACTORY MORTAR
SCHAMOTTEMÖRTEL
Fireclay Mortar MSG-1 is the mix of the
refractory opening material and binder specified
for binding of mechanically less loaded refractory
ceramic materials, at the working temperatures
of 1000–1400°C. It is mixed with water and/or
low water glass amount. Its properties obtains
after firing at least 700 °C.
Der Schamottemörtel MSG-1 wird nach dem
Anrühren mit Wasser zum Binden feuerfester
Formbaustoffe verwendet, die durch hohe Temperaturen beansprucht werden. Der Schamottemörtel ist für Arbeitstemperaturen von 10001400°C vorgesehen. Er wird mit Wasser bestens
ein Tag vor der Anwendung gemischt
KTS – SCHORNSTEINZUGSYSTEM
Alle Steine dieses Systems werden aus dem Material für Hafneranwendung der Qualität R-SKA hergestellt. Dass es vor allem zum Bau
von Zugkanälen der Kachelöfen und der gemauerten Akkumulationsöfen dient. Das System stellt einen Ersatz für das arbeitsaufwendiges
Verfahren des Aufbaus dieser Kanäle aus der einzelnen Platten dar und
vor allem erhöht den Wirkungsgrad dieser Öfen. Bei der autorisierten
Messungen wurde der Wirkungsgrad von 85% festgestellt.
