versioni in bassa temperatura lo
spessore standard è di cm 12 (mod.

C - Guida di scorrimento
standard in alluminio anodizzato
completa di carter in alluminio
verniciato bianco.
D - Guida posteriore standard
di scorrimento e regolazione
posizionata a parete, in alluminio
anodizzato, consente lo scorrimento
e la tenuta della guarnizione, senza
la necessità di accessori fissati a
pavimento, che potrebbero risultare
di intralcio.
E - Soglia, solidale al telaio, può
essere di 4 tipologie diverse in
funzione dell’applicazione a cui la
porta è destinata.
F - Telaio interno in materiale
plastico di colore bianco, posizionato
sul lato interno cella, consente
il fissaggio rapido ai pannelli
prefabbricati.

besoin d’accessoires fixés au sol qui
pourraient être gênants.
E - Seuil, solidaire au cadre, peut
être de 4 typologies différentes en
fonction de l’application à laquelle la
porte est destinée.
F - Raccord intérieur en matériel
plastique de couleur blanc, placé
sur le côté intérieur de la chambre
froide. Il permet la fixation rapide aux
panneaux préfabriqués.

für die Gleitung und die Reglung,
an der Wand positioniert. Sie
ermöglich die Gleitung und die
Dichtungsdichtheit ohne zusätzliches
Zubehör, das am Boden befestigt
werden muss und eine Behinderung
darstellen würde.
E - Schwelle, einteilig mit dem
Rahmen, je nach dem Einsatz der Tür
in 4 verschiedenen Typen.
F - Innenrahmen aus weißem
Kunststoffmaterial, auf der Innenseite
der Kühlzelle positioniert, ermöglicht
eine Schnellbefestigung an den
Fertigpaneelen.

L’azionamento automatico delle porte scorrevoli della serie SC, avviene
mediante moto-riduttore a vite senza fine e in
caso di assenza di tensione elettrica la porta
è apribile manualmente. La trasmissione del
moto avviene con cinghia dentata in gomma
internamente rinforzata con fili d’acciaio. Il
quadro elettrico è in ABS bianco anticorrosione IP65. Il quadro è pre-cablato con il motore
grazie ad un robusto connettore. L’assieme
quadro, e il relativo software sono esclusivi
Incold. L’alimentazione elettrica del quadro, è
monofase, 220 V, 50Hz. Il controllo del posizionamento del battente porta avviene mediante
encoder installato nel motoriduttore. Le velocità
e le rampe sono controllate da inverter. Un display a colori, con tecnologia Touch screen,è
montato sull’esterno del quadro elettrico e
permette di comandare l’apertura e la chiusura della porta. Dal display sono facilmente
regolabili e controllabili le varie funzioni della
porta: velocità, rampe di decelerazione/acce-

lerazione, posizionamento, apertura parziale,
richiusura automatica, conteggio delle aperture, stato dei dispositivi di sicurezza. La sicurezza primaria antischiacciamento è garantita
da una costa sensibile di tipo resistivo, posta
sulla verticale del bordo battente, la quale,
in caso di collisione con un ostacolo, blocca
istantaneamente la porta e ne inverte il moto.
Il segnale dalla costa è trasmesso al quadro
mediante sistema wireless. Una fotocellula di
tipo trasmettitore-ricevitore è posta sul telaio
della porta, in questo modo viene garantita la
funzionalità e la durata della costa sensibile.
Tutte le porte della serie SC, sono conformi alla
norma EN 13241-1 e sono state sottoposte a
test iniziali di tipo, presso organismo notificato,
che ha rilasciato benestare alla marcatura, pertanto su tutte le porte viene applicata targhetta
identificativa con il marchio.

The automation for sliding doors SC
type is based in a system with motorgear, thanks to the worm reduction gear, the
door is manually-movable in case of power failure. The motion transmission between the door
leaf and the motorgear is via a toothed belt. The
control box is made in white anti-corrosion IP65
ABS. The connections between the control and
the motor are pre-wired thanks to a fast strong
connector in the lower part of the ABS box. The
control software is an Incold exclusivity.
The operating voltage is 220V, 50 Hz. The
control of the door leaf positioning is controlled
by an encoder installed in the motorgear. The
adjustment of the door speed is controlled by
an inverter and an encoder. A color display with
Touch screen technology, installed on the external side of the control box, allows to control
the opening and closing of the door. Through
the display you can easily adjust and control the
door functions such as speedy, acceleration/
deceleration ramps, partial opening, automatic

reclosing, count of the openings, status of the
safety devices.
The main crush-prevention safety device is
a sensitive bar resistant type located on the
vertical edge of the door leaf which, in case of
collision with an obstacle, instantly blocks the
door and reverses the motion, sending a signal
to the panel by means of wireless system.
A “transmitter-receiver” photocell, in addition
to the sensitive bar, prevents physical contact
between the door leaf in motion and the obstacle, blocking the door instantly and reversing
its motion in order to ensure the function and
durability of the sensitive bar.
All doors model SC are in compliance with
standard EN 13241-1 and 1 and are subject
to initial type testing by a notified organization
that has issued the marking. Therefore, all
doors are marked with an identification label
with the marking.

L'entraînement automatique des portes
coulissantes de la série SC se fait par
moto réducteur à vis sans fin. Transmission du
mouvement par courroie dentée. Le cadre électrique est en ABS blanc anticorrosion IP65. Le
cadre est précâblé avec le moteurs grâce à un
robuste connecteur. L’ensemble cadre et le relatif
logiciel sont exclusifs Incold. L’alimentation électrique du cadre est monophase, 220 V 50 Hz. Le
contrôle du positionnement du vantail porte se
fait par encoder installé dans le moto réducteur.
Les vitesses et les rampes sont contrôlées par

variateur de fréquence. Un display à couleurs
avec technologie Touch screen, installé sur l’extérieur du cadre electrique, permet de contrôler l’ouverture et la fermeture de la porte. Les
différentes fonctions de la porte sont aisément
réglables du display: vitesse, rampes de décéleration/accéleration, positionnement, ouverture
partielle, refermeture automatique, comptage
des ouvertures, état des dispositifs de sécurité.
La sécurité primaire anti-écrasement est assurée

par une côte de sécurité de type résistif placée
en position verticale sur le bord du vantail et qui,
en cas de collision avec un obstacle, bloque instantanément la porte et inverse son mouvement
en transmettant le signal au cadre par un système wireless. Une photocellule de type transmetteur/récepteur est positionnée sur le châssis
de la porte, supplémentaire à la côte de sécurité,
évite le contact physique entre le vantail en mouvement et l'obstacle, en bloquant instantanément
la porte et en inversant son mouvement, afin de
garantir la fonctionnalité et la durée de la côte

de sécurité. Toutes les portes de la série SC sont
conformes à la norme EN 13241-1 et elles ont
été soumises à des tests initiaux de type par un
organisme notifié qui donné l’autorisation à la
marque. Donc, une étiquette d’identification avec
la marque est appliquée sur toutes les portes.

D er automatische B etrieb der
Schiebetüren der SC-Serie erfolgt durch
einen Getriebemotor mit einem Endlosschraube,
der manuell mühelos umgekehrt werden kann.
Die Bewegungsübertragung erfolgt mit einem
Zahnriemen. Die Schalttafel ist aus korrosionsfreien weißen ABS IP65. Die Tafel ist mit dem Motor
dank eines großen Steckverbinder vorverkabelt.
Die Schalttafel sowie das entsprechende Software
sind von Incold hergestellt. Die Versorgung
ist einphasig, 200V-50Hz. Der Encoder beim
Getriebemotor verstellt die Position des Türblattes.
Die Geschwindigkeit und der Verstellungen sind
durch einem Umrichter überprüft. Das auf der
Schalttafel montiertes Touch-screen Display
erlaubt dem Benutzer die Tür zu öffnen bzw.
schließen. Durch das Display verstellt man und
überprüft man die verschiedene Parameter
der Tür: Geschwindigkeit, Beschleunigung und
Abdrosselung, Position, Teil-Öffnung, automatische Schließung, Berechnung der ges. Öffnungen,
Betriebstand der Sicherheitsgeräte.

Die Hauptsicherheitseinrichtung gegen
Quetschungen erfolgt durch eine sensible Kante
und befindet sich vertikal am Türflügelrand. Im
Fall eines Zusammenstoß mit einem Gegenstand
blockiert die Tür automatisch und die Bewegung
umkehrt unverzögert. Dieses Signal wird drahtlos
an die Schalttafel geschickt.
Eine Send-Empfang Fotozelle liegt an dem
Türrahmen, zusätlich der Sensibel-Kante. Die
verhindert die Berührung zwischen bewegendes
Türblatt und eventueller Gegenstand, indem die
Tür unverzögert blockiert und die Bewegung umkehrt, damit die Funktionalität und Lebensdauer
der sensiblen Kante garantiert sind.
Alle Türen der SC-Serie entsprechen der Norm
EN 13241-1 und wurden bei einer benannten
Zertifizierungsstelle geprüft, und nach Gutachten
mit der Kennzeichnung ausgestattet; daher
werden alle Türen mit dem Typenschild und der
Kennzeichnung versehen.
