Scharnier zur elektrischen Erdung – EGH
Das elektrische Erdungsschanier dient nicht nur als mechanisches Gelenk, sondern stellt über drei MULTILAM auch die
Masseverbindung zwischen dem Schaltschrank und seiner Tür
her.
Das untere Teil des Scharniers wird am Schaltkasten, das oberer Teil an der Tür montiert. Jeweils eine flache MULTILAM verbindet das Scharnier mit dem Schaltschrank bzw. mit der Tür.
Die Gelenkverbindung zwischen Scharnieroberteil und -unterteil erfolgt über einen Stift mit Ø 6 mm, eine MULTILAM mit
Ø 6 mm sorgt für die elektrische Verbindung.
Das Scharnier EGH macht das Masseband zwischen Schaltschrank und Tür überflüssig, was die Demontage der Tür erheblich vereinfacht.
Die Dichtigkeit mit Schutzart IP66 der verschiedenen Verbindungen wird mit Hilfe einer Flachdichtung zwischen Tür und
Schrank sowie eines O-Rings am Scharnierstift erreicht.

Electrical grounding hinge – EGH
The lower part of the hinge is mounted on the cabinet, and the
upper part on the door.
The pivot connection is made by a pin Ø 6 mm.
In addition to the mechanical pivot function of a hinge, the
EGH also provides an electrical ground connection between
the door and the cabinet. Continuity is maintained between the
cabinet/hinge, hinge/door interfaces and also the hinge pivot
by the use of MULTILAM.
The EGH replaces the ground braid between the door and the
cabinet it facilitates easier removal of the door and guarantees
reconnection of the ground on reassembly.
IP66 protection is ensured by flat gaskets on the interfaces of
the hinge to the door and cabinet and by O-rings on the pivot.

Maintenance
The EGH06 is equipped with seals to protect the active parts
from any external pollution, and does not require any maintenance or lubrication.
Wartung
Das Scharnier EGH06 ist mit Dichtungen ausgestattet, die alle
spannungsführenden Teile vor eventuellen Verschmutzungen
von außen schützen. Aus diesem Grund benötigt das Scharnier
weder Schmierung noch Wartung.
