daily needs such as oven, stove top with extractor hood, dishes, fridge, electric
water kettle etc. The dining area has a table and chairs.
There are two bathrooms with bathtub, toilets, wash basin with console and

Garage is available for EUR 45.00 per month.
Upon move-out, a final cleaning fee based on cost and time will be charged.
