Saint Valentine

 Saint Valentine was a roman bishop who, secretly,
celebrated weddings in the reign of Claudius II
where they were prohibited.
 He fell in love after being
arrested and sentenced to
death for their practice.
When he was in jail he fell
in love by a beautiful blind
woman.
 Miraculously she regained
his sight. They wrote each
other romantic letters, and
their love was beautiful.
Valentine was decapitated on 14 February 270. Therefore every 14
February we celebrate this day in memory of Valentine’s love.
