Agroindustriais, Cadeias Produtivas; transformações estruturais da agricultura; evolução
das relações mercantis da agricultura; o processo de industrialização das atividades
agropecuárias; transformações tecnológicas e os limites naturais da agricultura e o papel
das empresas inovadoras; internacionalização e convergência dos padrões de consumo;
formação de um sistema agroalimentar mundial; tendências do comércio agrícola
mundial; a indústria alimentar e sua mundialização; o papel das organizações
multilaterais no sistema agroalimentar; a internacionalização das cadeias produtivas,
certificação e rastreabilidade dos produtos agropecuários.
