MONTAGEM DO REBOQUE
Importante: antes de dar o aperto final dos parafusos é recomendado fazer a montagem
de todo o conjunto.
1 - Inicie o procedimento de montagem pelo conjunto da roda. Encaixe a articulação da caçamba (1) no
eixo (2). Em seguida, encaixe o tubo espaçador da roda (3) no eixo e fixe-o com o parafuso e porca M8.
Finalize a montagem do conjunto encaixando a arruela da roda (4) e a roda (5), prendendo com o pino
R (6). Repita o procedimento para a outra roda.
2 - Fixe a base da caçamba (7) nas articulações, utilizando os parafusos e porcas ¼”. Fixe o engate da
articulação (8) e a chapa frontal (9) na base da caçamba. Em seguida, fixe as chapas laterais (10) e as
chapas diagonais (11), fixando com os parafusos e porcas ¼”. Encaixe a chapa traseira (12), e feche-a
com os pinos R (13).
3- Para finalizar, gire a caçamba e fixe o engate da articulação com o pino (14). Utilize o pino (15) para
engatar o reboque no cortador dirigível.
TOW ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS
Important: before you give the last tight to the screws it is recommended to assemble the whole set.
1 – Assemble the wheelset first. Fit the cart’s hitch (1) in the axle (2). Then fit the wheel’s spacer tube (3) in the
axle and secure it with the M8 screw and nut. Then finish the wheel assembly by putting on the washer (4) and
the wheel (5), and securing with the R-clip (6). Repeat these steps for the other wheel.
2 – Attach the bottom of the cart (7) to the hitch, using the ¼” screws and nuts. Attach the hitch hook (8) and
the front plate (9) to the bottom of the cart. Then attach the slide plates (10) and the diagonal plates (11) using
the ¼” screws and nuts. Fit the back plate (12) and secure it with R-clips (13).
3- To finish, turn over the cart and attach the hitch hook with the pin (14). Use the pin (15) to hook the cart to
the riding lawn mower.
MONTAJE DEL REMOLQUE
Importante: antes del aprieto final en los tornillos se recomienda ensamblar todas las piezas del conjunto.
1 - Comience el procedimiento de montaje por el conjunto de la rueda. Encaje la articulación de la caja (1)
en el eje (2). Enseguida, encaje el tubo separador de la rueda (3) en el eje y fíjelo con el tornillo y tuerca M8.
Finalice el montaje del conjunto encajando la arandela de la rueda (4) y la rueda (5). Repita el procedimiento
para la otra rueda.
2 - Fije la base de la caja (7) en las articulaciones, usando los tornillos y tuercas 1/4”. Fije el enganche de la
articulación (8) y la chapa delantera (9) a la base de la caja. Enseguida fije las chapas laterales (10) y las chapas
diagonales (11), sujetándolas con los tornillos y tuercas 1/4”. Encaje la chapa trasera (12) y ciérrela con los
pasadores R (13).
3 - Para terminar, gire la caja y fije el enganche de la articulación con el pasador (14). Use el pasador (15) para
engranar el remolque al cortador dirigible.
