APRESENTAÇÃO
PRESENTATION
A Mega Apoio é uma indústria metalúrgica que, ao longo dos
anos, especializou-se na produção de ferragens pré-fabricadas
para aplicações em obras de instalações elétricas, telefônicas,
dados, sinais, instrumentação e outros sistemas que utilizem
fios e cabos como meios de condução.
Mega Apoio is a metallurgic company which, overtime, has
become specialized for the manufacturing of pre-manufactured
metalwork for application on electric, telephone, data, signal,
instrument utility work, as well as other systems using wires
and cables as means of conduction.
Nossos produtos são indicados principalmente em construções,
reformas ou ampliações de unidades industriais e comerciais tais
como: indústrias de pequeno e grande porte de todos os ramos,
shopping centers, hospitais, teatros, casas de show, centro de
convenções, lojas, grandes edifícios residenciais e comerciais,
concessionárias de energia elétrica, telefônica, etc.

malls, hospitals, theaters, clubs, convention centers, stores,
large residential and commercial buildings, electric power concessionaries, telephone concessionaries, etc.

quais substituem com vantagens os tubos, conduítes ou eletrodutos que, muitas vezes, por falta de informação, costume
ou desconhecimento dos nossos produtos, são largamente utilizados nas instalações eletromecânicas em nosso país.

TECHNICAL NOTES FOR CHANNELS
Para fixação das juntas retas (MG 2505) e “L” (MG 2564), que
unem trechos retos entre si, utilizar em cada uma 4(quatro)
jogos de parafusos cabeça lentilha Ø3/8”x3/4” (MG 2584-53/4), porcas sextavadas Ø3/8” (MG2577-5) e arruelas lisas
Ø3/8” (MG 2575-5). Como alternativa podem ser utilizados
parafusos com cabeça lentilha auto travante Ø5/16”x3/4” (MG
2580-4-3/4) com porcas e arruelas 5/16”.
For placement of the straight (MG 2505) and “L” (MG 2564)
joints, which connect straight sections between each other,
use on each 4 (four) sets of lentil head bolt Ø3/8”x3/4” (MG
2584-5-3/4), hexagonal nut Ø3/8” (MG2577-5) and plain
washers Ø3/8” (MG 2575-5). Alternatively, it may be used
self lock bolt Ø5/16”x3/4” (MG 2580-4-3/4), hexagonal
nuts and washers 5/16”.
Em locais sujeitos a vibrações mecânicas, recomendamos usar
arruelas de pressão Ø3/8” (MG 2576-5) ou 5/16” (MG 2576-4).
In places subject to mechanical vibrations, we recommend the use

TAMPAS:
Os trechos curvos também podem ser fornecidos com tampa normal bastando acrescentar CTN (com tampa normal) ao término das referências.
Exemplo: MG 2510-U-4-300-50-60-GFC-CTN, curva horizontal 90°
perfurada, #14, largura 300, aba 50, pré-galvanizada a quente, dobra
“U”, com tampa normal de raio de 172.
COVERS:
Bend sections can also be supplied with regular cover just adding CTN
(with regular cover) to references end.
Tampas de pressão (CTP) MG 850 só se aplicam em eletrocalhas com
dobra “C” (nos trechos retos, pois não se aplicam aos trechos curvos).
Pressure covers (CTP) MG 850 apply only to cable trays channel “C“ type
(only straight sections, since they do not apply to bend sections).
Em casos especiais as tampas normais (MG 2084) poderão ser fornecidas aparafusadas (CTA), sendo as eletrocalhas com dobra normal “U” e
aparafusadas lateralmente.

JUNÇÕES:
Para fixação das junções simples MG 2760 que unem trechos retos entre si
e trechos curvos perfurados ou lisos, utilizar em cada junção 4 (quatro) jogos
de parafusos cabeça lentilha de ø1/4”x5/8” (MG 2584-1), porcas sextavadas
Ø1/4” (MG 2577-3) e arruelas lisas Ø1/4” (MG 2575-3). Em locais sujeitos a
vibrações mecânicas recomendamos arruelas de pressão Ø1/4” (MG 2576-3).
JOINTS:
For placement of single MG 2760 joints connecting straight sections
between each other and punched or smooth bent sections, use in
each joint 4 (four) sets of lentil head bolt Ø1/4”x5/8” (MG 2584-1)
screws, hexagonal nuts Ø1/4” (MG 2577-3) and plain washers
Ø1/4” (MG 2575-3) . In locations subject to mechanical vibrations
we recommend lock washers Ø1/4” (MG 2576-3).
Para fixação das junções integrais MG 2770 recomendamos o procedimento acima, sendo que além dos parafusos laterais, utilizar parafusos
no fundo das eletrocalhas, cuja quantidade fica a critério do projetista de
acordo com a largura. Todas as junções devem ser instaladas pelo lado
interno das eletrocalhas.
Recomendamos utilizar os parafusos que fixam as junções com as cabeças voltadas para o interior das eletrocalhas, para evitar danos aos fios
e cabos durante o lançamento.
Acrescentar sempre ao término das referências o tipo de acabamento
superficial ou material desejado:

For fixation of the MG 2770 telescopic splice, we recommend the
procedure above, considering that in addition to the side screws, use
screws in the cable trays channel bottom, the amount of which is at
the designer discretion as per the width. All joints must be set up
through the internal side of the cable trays channel.

ESCOLHA DO LEITO:
Para escolha do leito adequado, calcular o peso por metro (Kg/m)
dos fios e cabos a serem lançados e verificar nas tabelas de cargas. Não esquecer de considerar o agrupamento desejado e o
diâmetro externo dos cabos para determinar a largura (A).
CHOICE OF CABLE TRAY:
To select the appropriate cable tray, calculate the weight by
meter (Kg/m) of threads and cables to be deployed and check
the load charts. Do not forget to consider the desired grouping
and the cables outer diameter to establish the width (A).
TAMPAS:
Os trechos curvos também podem ser fornecidos com tampa
normal, bastando acrescentar CTN (com tampa normal) ao término das referências.
COVERS:
Bent sections can also be provided with regular cover, just
adding CTN (with regular cover) to reference ends.
Exemplo: MG 2003-3-400-6-I-43-F-CTN, curva vertical externa
90º para leito semi-pesado, largura 400, abas internas, #14/#16,
pós-galvanizada conf. NBR 6323 e com tampa normal.

Em casos especiais as tampas normais (CTN) poderão ser fornecidas aparafusadas (CTA).
In special cases the regular covers (CTN) may be provided
screwed (CTA).
Tampas normais (CTN) ou tampas aparafusadas (CTA) para curvas, tem virola de somente 70 mm a partir das extremidades, restante dos arcos das curvas sem virola. Ver exemplo de aplicação.
Regular covers (CTN) or screwed cover (CTA) for bent have
ferrule of just 70 mm from the ends, remainder of bents’
arches without ferrule. Refer to application example.
DIVISORES:
Caso necessite dividir um ou mais circuitos ou sistemas de
alimentação ou distribuição no mesmo leito, usar divisor MG
2132 indicando sempre em que tipo de leito será utilizado.
DIVIDERS:
In case you need to divide one or more feed or distribution circuits
or systems in the same cable tray, use MG 2132 divider always
indicating in which cable tray type it will be used.
JUNÇÕES:
Para fixação das junções MG 2115, MG 2116 e MG 2122, que
unem trechos retos entre si e trechos curvos, utilizar em cada
uma 4 jogos de parafusos cabeça lentilha Ø3/8”x3/4” (MG
2584-5-3/4), porcas sextavadas Ø3/8” (MG 2577-5) e arruelas
lisas (MG 2575-5). Em locais sujeitos a vibrações mecânicas,
recomendamos utilizar arruelas de pressão (MG 2576-5).
JOINTS:
For placement of MG 2115, MG 2116 and MG 2122 joints, connecting straight sections between each other and bent sections,
uses in each one 4 sets of lentil head screws Ø3/8”x3/4” (MG
2584-5-3/4), hexagonal nuts Ø3/8” (MG 2577-5) and plain washers Ø3/8” (MG 2575-5). In places subject to mechanical vibrations,
we recommend to use pressure washers Ø3/8” (MG 2576-5).
Como alternativa podem ser utilizados parafusos com cabeça lentilha auto travante Ø5/16”x3/4” (MG 2580-4-3/4) equivalentes.
Alternatively it can be used Ø 5/16” x 3/4” (MG 2580-3) auto
locking round head screws.
Recomendamos utilizar os parafusos com a cabeça voltada
para o interior dos leitos, para evitar danos ao lançamento.
We recommend the use of screws with head turned to the
cable trays interior, to avoid damage to the deployment.

- Nos pontos onde as tomadas deixarem de ser utilizadas, por mudança de lay-out ou tornarem-se local de passagem, retirar os suportes para tomadas e fechar espaço, deslocando as tampas.
NOTES:
- The brackets are provided for decision without brains (taken or equipment) which may be ordered separately.
- The plates are used for decision under the slotted brackets 40 x 40 and secured using screws and nuts that normally accompany them.
- At points where the outlets are no longer used, a change of layout or become a place of passage, taken to remove the brackets and close the space by moving the covers.
