We will leave Marseille port for a 40-minute drive to the lovely town of Aix-en-Provence. The excursion starts with a visit to the famous XII century St. Saviour's Cathedral
and gardens. The Cathedral was built on the site of a Roman Temple and dates from a period that spans the XI and XIII centuries. Fronted by a richly decorated Gothicstyle portal with elaborately carved doors, the Cathedral is flanked on the north by an unfinished tower. before reaching the famous Mazarino Quarter, a residential district created by Cardinal Mazarin's brother in the last half of the XVII century for the gentry of Aix en

The town is particularly famed for its cliffs, calanques - steep-walled inlets - and the local white and rosé wines. On leaving the port of Marseille, your tour begins with a 1hour coach transfer, followed by a local train to the town. Once there, you will have plenty of time to stroll around Cassis' charming streets, lined with the brightly coloured
homes of the locals, and beautiful port as well as enjoy splendid views afforded from the waterfront. Your tour ends with your return trip back to the ship. Please note: the

Our starting point for this day-long tour begins in Marseilles, as the Cathedral of Notre Dame de la Garde. This Neo-Byzantine church stands on top of a hill and was
designed by the French architect Esperandiu between 1853 and 1864. The site was formerly a XIII century chapel dedicated to Our Lady of the Guard and features
several votive offerings from safely returned sailors. Stop for an inside visit before continuing on a 1.5-hour coach ride to the medieval city of Avignon. Here we will visit the
Palace of the Popes, an ancient fortress rich in galleries and chapels. The frescoes and hand-painted tapestries in the Popes' bedrooms and private rooms bear witness
to the former opulence of this residence. Make the most of your free time to stroll around and have lunch (non-inclusive) in one of the typical French brasserierestaurants. Situated no more than a 30-minute ferry trip from Ibiza, the smaller island of Formentera - famed for its pristine white beaches - makes a perfect destination for a day off
the ship. A short coach ride will first take you to the ferry terminal for the transfer, during which you can enjoy fabulous views of the Balearic Islands. Once you've reached
Formentera, a coach will take you around the island, with a first stop at the pretty coastal resort of Es Pujols. You'll have some free time to explore the town, pay the beach
a visit and, if you like, have lunch in one of the many bars and restaurants (not covered by the price of the tour). Next up is an approx. 30-minute drive to Migjorn beach
where you will have about 2 hours to go swimming or laze on the golden sands. At a fixed time, you'll then catch your coach back to the ferry terminal at Puerto la Sabina,

Next stop will be with a delightful panorama over the islet of "Es Vedrá before moving on to "Cala Conta, a picturesque bay set on dappled blue waters. Return to Ibiza to

SANTA TERESA DI GALLURA & CAPO TESTA (5 HOURS) - OLB04

After leaving the port of Olbia by coach, the first stop on this enjoyable tour will be in San Pantaleo, a lovely little village located in the hills of the amazing Costa Smeralda,
the Emerald Coast. Look forward to a short stop in the village to stroll around, browse in the small shops and visit the craft workshops. The excursion then continues up
through the northernmost part of the island to Santa Teresa di Gallura, a coastal resort that faces the Strait of Bonifacio and Corsica. A guided tour of this small, but pretty
town will follow, after which you will also have some free time to stroll around on your own. Before beginning the return journey to the port, a short drive will take you to
your final destination: the amazing Capo Testa peninsula. Located off the tip of Sardinia's northernmost region and connected to the main island by no more than a
narrow isthmus, the rocky landscape provides stunning vistas for some fabulous photos to take back home. Please note: reaching the most panoramic part of Capo Testa
involves a 20 minute walk.

holiday playground for the super-rich. This panoramic tour of the Emerald Coast begins with a scenic coach ride, during which a stop will be made to take pictures at Cala
di Volpe. You'll then make your way into Porto Cervo and the resort's lovely piazzetta. After enjoying some free time, you will continue on to the Baia Sardinia, a pretty
cove with a lovely beach of white sand. You can then spend a little time at the beach, before you make your way back to Olbia for additional free time for your to enjoy,
Return to the pier and your ship. Please note: conservative attire is recommended for visiting sites of religious importance.

THE ARCHIPELAGO OF MADDALENA (5 HOURS) - OLB01

A short coach ride from Olbia will first take you north to the coastal town of Palau to board a ferry for the crossing to Maddalena Island, one of the seven main islands
making up the Maddalena Archipelago located in the Straits of Bonifacio between north-eastern Sardinia and Corsica. While Maddalena Island looks back on a long
military history, even once hosting Admiral Nelson and his fleet, it is now a designated national park - the Parco Nazionale Arcipelago di La Maddalena. The island's
granite coastline and verdant interior provide a rich natural habitat for a variety of wildlife and its unspoiled beauty draws tourists from around the world. A coach-based
sightseeing tour will be followed by some free time to spend exploring the surroundings at your own pace. The island's wonderful scenery is well worth a photo or two, so
do remember to bring your camera. The leisurely tour is brought to an equally relaxing close with your return journey back to Olbia and the ship. Please note: this tour is
not recommended for guests with walking difficulties or using a wheelchair.
