O Grupo Bonomi é composto por empresas italianas líder
no setor industrial e construção. Com mais de 100 anos
de história, é composto por três empresas: Rubinetterie
Bresciane, Valpres e Valbia. Todas altamente qualificadas
e especializadas na produção de todos os componentes
para regulagem da passagem de fluidos líquidos e
gasosos e na automação do processo. Sempre
presente no cenário mundial, em 2012, o grupo mais
uma vez decidiu investir fora da Itália criando uma unidade
de produção no Brasil, onde, meticulosamente replica os
procedimentos padrões de qualidade italianos, onde
são produzidos atuadores pneumáticos, tipo pinhão e
cremalheira, seguindo o exemplo da subsidiária Valbia,
líder no setor.
Bonomi Group, with more than a century of history, is

in the production of products suitable for the regulation of
liquid and gaseous fluids, and their automation
process. Present on the world-wide scenario since ever,
Bonomi Group decided to invest outside Italy by
establishing a production company in Brazil actives since
2012 and specialised in the manufacturing of pneumatic
actuators, rack & pinion design, strictly following the
italian criteria in terms of quality and processing standards,
already part of the Italian syster company know-how, Valbia.

– Tratamento superficial de oxidação dura 45-50 (micron).

– Sob consulta, pode ser fornecido com revestimento de níquel ou PTFE.
– O elevado grau de acabamento da superficie interna aumenta a
durabilidade dos componentes.
BODY MANUFACTURED FROM EXTRUDED ALUMINUM UNI 6060:
– Hard-coat anodized as standard finish 45-50 (micron).

– Special finishes nichel-plating or PTFE coated upon request.

O atuador pneumático tem uma patente que afeta a região do alojamento do
limitador e dos registros mecânicos para ajustamento. Esta área, ao
contrário de muitos produtos concorrentes, fica separada da câmara de
deslizamento do pistão e, portanto, não estão sujeitos à contenção da pressão.
Esta solução reduz potenciais pontos de vazamento, garantindo uma melhor
qualidade e desempenho prolongado do atuador.

The pneumatic actuator has a patented solution for the cam and the
double adjustment stop bolts chamber. Such area is separated from the pistons
chamber, and it is not subject to pressure containing, contrary to our
competitors’ products. This solution reduces the eventual leaking points and it
enables better performances and long-term reliability of our actuators.

O controle de cada componente antes da montagem e testes, bem como a análise química e ensaios mecânicos dos materiais, são operações atuais do nosso
centro de produção.
A inspeção e testes pode ser acompanhada pelo cliente na fábrica, antes que o material é enviado. Estas operações, uma vez feitas, devem ser consideradas
definitivas. Um teste especial ou um pedido especial inclui despesas que são imputados ao requerente.
No caso de o produto apresentar defeito em materiais e/ou construção, a Bonomi Brasil garante a eventual substituição das peças, usadas sob condições normais
de funcionamento, no prazo de 12 meses a partir da data de faturamento.
Entende-se que todos os custos de transporte e acessórios são cobrados ao cliente. Além disso, a Bonomi Brasil não é responsável pelos retornos a menos
que previamente acordado.
As especificações técnicas constantes no catálogo estão sujeitas a alterações sem aviso prévio, como parte de uma atualização tecnológica constante.
Portanto, a Bonomi Brasil reserva-se ao direito de interromper ou modificar os detalhes e a construção de um produto, sem nenhuma obrigação de substituir ou
ajustar as partes alteradas dos produtos já entregues. Os manuais técnicos e desenhos não são obrigados a fiel execução dos detalhes.
GUARANTEE
The control of every single component before the assembly and testing, together with the chemical analysis and mechanical tests of the materials, are current
operation performed by our production centre.
The inspection and testing procedures may be performed by the customer in our company as well, before the material is delivered. These operations, once performed,
shall be considered as final. Special tests or out of standard requests are entirely charged to the customer. In case of defective product due to materials and/or
construction, Bonomi Brasil do guarantee the replacement of these parts, used under normal working conditions, within 12 months from the invoicing date.
All shipment and any other cost are charged to the customer.
Furthermore, back shipments of goods have to be agreed with Bonomi Brasil first.
To ensure the quality and technical standards at the highest level, the manufacturer reserves the right to alter the specifications without notice. Bonomi Brasil reserves
the right to interrupt production and/or modify components and/or construction of its product, without obligation to replace or modify materials previously supplied.
All technical manuals, literature and pictural presentations do not constitute a binding contract to supply in accordance.
CONDIÇÕES DE VENDA
Preços: Os nossos preços são cotados para bens entregues na fábrica, com as embalagens padrão Bonomi. Quaisquer pedidos de embalagens especiais (caixas
de madeira etc.) devem ser previamente acordados.
Ordem: As ordens de compra só serão atendidas com uma confirmação por escrito (confirmando quantidades e modelos previamente ofertados). Qualquer
alteração do pedido deve ser feita por escrito antes da data de embarque, sob pena de nulidade.
Termos de entrega: Os termos de entrega começam na data do recebimento da sua ordem de compra. Nenhum caso de atraso na entrega, por parte da
transportadora, o cliente não pode cancelar o pedido. É considerada como a data de entrega o dia em que as mercadorias são entregues na transportadora ou
colocados à disposição do cliente para a retirada. No caso de atrasos na entrega por parte da transportadora, a Bonomi Brasil não reconhece qualquer penalidade.
Entrega: Na ausência de instruções de entrega, a Bonomi Brasil irá enviar o material no modo que acharmos mais conveniente, sem a nossa responsabilidade para
o custo de transporte. Os riscos inerentes do embarque serão sempre do cliente, mesmo nos casos de entregas nas dependências do cliente.
Disputas: Para qualquer litígio, o tribunal competente do foro de Veranópolis.
SALES CONDITIONS
Prices: Unless differently agreed, Bonomi Brasil goods are always priced ex our works and our standard packaging included. Special request or out of standard
packaging (wood boxes etc…) are entirely charged to the consumer.
Orders: Only our written order confirmation is binding in respect of material and quantity to be supplied. Any addition or amendment to our order confirmation shall
be made in writing, otherwise invalid.
Delivery terms: the delivery time starts from the date of our order confirmation. None case of delayed delivery may grant the right to the committee to cancel the
order. The delivery date is fulfilled once the goods is at disposal of the customer for collection, or once it is collected by the forwarding agent. In case of any delay,
we are not obliged to recognize any penalty.
Shipment: if there are no particular shipment instructions given with the order, the shipment will be effected by Bonomi Brasil in the most suitable way but without any
responsibility for its cost. The shipment is always effected at customers’ risk even in case of prices agreed for free domicile shipments.
Disputes: in the event of a dispute arising, the legal competency will be ruled by the Court of Veranópolis.
GESTÃO DA MERCADORIA DEVOLVIDA
Todo o retorno potencial de material deve ser acordado com antecedência com o nosso departamento de vendas. Ao lado é dado um formulário da “autorização de
retorno”. Este formulário deve ser devidamente preenchido e enviado por email ao nosso escritório. Não serão aceitos retornos a menos que previamente acordado.
Os retornos da mercadoria para a ordem errada (excluindo produções especiais) serão aceitos de volta com uma taxa de 20% sobre o preço de compra. Entende-se
que o retorno material deve ser completo em todas as suas partes e em bom estado.
RETURN-SHIPMENTS
The possible return-shipments have to be agreed in advance with our commercial offices.
Here aside please find a fac-simile of the “Authorisation for the Return-shipment”. This formular has to be duly filled and sent back to Bonomi Brasil for the
authorisation. Return-shipments not agreed in advanced will be refused.
The retun-shipments due to wrong orders by the customer (special products excluded) will be accepted, with a credit note for a value 20% less than the purchase
price. Goods have to be consigned to Bonomi Brasil free destination and in a good shape.
