Hotel Avenida and will run from 09.00 – 17.00. The
Workshop will be presented, in Portuguese by Ricardo Carvalho, from Leadership Business Consulting in Lisbon. This Workshop will assist Participants in sharpening up their Communication Skills,
and will cover Mind Mapping, Communication
Barriers, Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication,
effective listening, the importance of effective communications, the effect of breakdowns in communication, etc. We will also have practical Role Plays
during the Workshop. The cost of the Workshop at

Overall Objective of Position
O objectivo do posto de Oficial de Contabilidade é o de apoiar a
gestão financeira geral do Programa da Ajuda Irlandesa em Inhambane e acompanhar a implementação do Manual de Procedimentos
Financeiro junto das instituições parceiras do Governo Provincial de
Inhambane.
The main objective of the Provincial Accounting post is to assists
general financial management of the Irish Aid Programme in Inhambane, follow and implement the procurement and Financial
Guidelines of the Provincial institutions in Inhambane.

Irish Aid; supervisar a implementação do Manual de procedimentos
This involves the day-to-day management of financial resources;
submit monthly financial reports to the Embassy in Maputo; overseeing the accounting process of the IA partners; supervise the
implementation of the procurement and financial guidelines; contribute and facilitate the capacity building of the partners; facilitation of internal and external audit functions and follow its implementation and recommendations; providing accounting information to the Embassy in Maputo.

Required Qualifications:
Dentre outras responsabilidades, o Oficial Provincial de contabilidade será responsável pela gestão diária de recursos financeiros; lançamento de documentos contabilísticos e fecho de contas mensais; verificação dos processos contabilísticos das instituições parceiras da

externas e proceder ao seguimento da implementação das recomendações e proporcionar informação contabilística à Embaixada da
Irlanda em Maputo.
Requisitos:
Comprovada qualificação em Contabilidade ou experiência profissional reconhecida no ramo.

Recognised Accounting degree or a professional accounting
qualification.

Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience at a similar
position.

Solid computer skills.

High standard of Portuguese and a good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
