After performed brainstorming in group, have been defined the next topics for
the event.
Theme: Solidary Christmas
Description: For this event we thought about three different moments having as
main strand,supportive component. This moments is about the toys canvass ( for
Pediatria of Aveiro Hospital ) visit/animations/time story ( Pediátrico of Coimbra
Hospital ) and Christmas animations (Aveiro Cáritas ).

Christmas animation – Aveiro Cáritas
Target:
Toys canvass – Children’s/Young hospitalized;
Visit/Animation/Time story – Children’s/Young hospitalized;
Christmas animation - Deprived children’s;
Goal: Make moments of fun, relax about the hospital environment/Institutional,
toys canvass (Books, games, cloths) for deprived children’s. For Christmas time.
Divulgation:
Toys canvass – Poster, divulgation e-mail for school and card for partner.
Visit/Animations/Time Story – E-mail for Coimbra IPO.
Christmas Animations – E-mail for the entity.
