tested to meet the European rule and to
reduce at the minimum the electrical risks in
compliance the actually laws.

reabastecer.

The constructive materials in uses guarantee
an extreme strength of the tower, in fact
these materials are protected against
oxidation like rust. The possibility to lowering
the tower is the fundamental factors in the
field of the movement and the transports. The
tower can be installed and used by a single
operator in the maximum safety. The
floodlights used on tower, complete with
lamps, are made from the best producers in
the world and carefully checked.
Os materiais de construção usados garantem
uma força extrema da torre pela sua
resistentes aos fenômenos de deterioração,
como ferrugem. A possibilidade de redução da
torre é um fator fundamental na movimentação
e transporte. A torre pode ser colocada no
lugar e usada por um único operador com a
máxima segurança. Os projetores usados,
completos com lâmpadas, fornecidos pelos
melhores fabricantes de iluminação são
cuidadosamente verificados.
8. PERÍODO DE INATIVIDADE - PERIOD OF INACTIVITY
Em longos períodos de tempo (superiores a
um ano), coloque os estabilizadores na
posição fechada. A torre não deve ser exposta
aos elementos. Ao voltar a utilizar deve
inspecionar todos os componentes como, os
projetores, cabos e grampos de aço, mastros
telescópicos.
If the machine has to be stopped for a long
period (more than one year), we suggest to
put the stabilizers in closed position. The
lighting tower must not be exposed to
inclemecies and to the sand. When the
machine turns to work again it will must be
make a visual inspections of the electric
connections, floodlights, steel cables and
serrations of telescopic mast.

The floodlights are provided by 5 mm thick
toughened flat glass and silicone seals. The
external screws is in chromium-galvanized
steel. The floodlight’s frame is painted with
polyester powders for external with finish of
black color.

9.5 LÂMPADA - LAMP
A introdução no bolbo de uma lâmpada de
incandescência, bem como os habituais gases
inertes e uma mistura de substâncias de
halogênio, geralmente iodo ou bromo,
determinam um aumento da eficiência
luminosa e qualidade de vida da lâmpada.
Estas substâncias de halogênio combinadas
com vapor de tungstênio provenientes dos
filamentos dão origem a haletos transparentes
e não fixados no lado interno da lâmpada.
The introduction of usual inert gases and a
mixture of halogen substances, normally
iodine or bromine, in the bulb of a
incandescent lamp, determines an increment
of the luminous efficiency of the quality of the
emission and duration of the lamp in the inner
space to the bulb. These halogen substances
are arranged with the tungsten’s vapor that
comes from the filament and gives origin to
the tungsten haloids that they are transparent
gases and do not fix on the inner wall of the
bulb.

The halogen lamps represent the evolution of
the traditional incandescent lamps, from
which they distinguish for a luminous
generation of particular beauty: the produced
light is diamond, clear and lively and it is in a
position to exalting all the chromatic range
and shadings. To parity of emitted flow, the
duration is advanced and the consumption is
inferior. The bulb is in clear quartz glass, the
filament is maintained in position by particular
concavities in the bulb.

Para transportar o torre De iluminação
STRONG TOWER pode usar os ganchos de
elevação (Fig. 1).

using the hooks previewed (Fig. 1).
ATENÇÃO!!! A máquina deve ser levantada
do chão apenas para operações de
transporte. Nunca deixe o carro suspenso
no ar.

from earth only for transport operations.
NEVER leave the machine suspended in
air.

forklift, using the lateral pockets prearranged

Posicionar a torre de iluminação sobre uma
superfície plana, tomando cuidado para não
exceder 10° de inclinação.

taking care not to exceed 10° of inclination.
É recomendável colocar a estrutura num
lugar estável, garantindo a consistência do
solo para permitir um suporte seguro para
os estabilizadores.

consistence of the earth to allow a sure
support to the stabilizers.
Aviso: Se usar a torre de iluminação sem
ter instalado o gerador no chassis, deve
colocar pelo menos 300 Kg de lastro, a fim
de evitar o tombamento da torre de
iluminação, quando aberta.

generating set iside the frame, is necessary
to fit into the frame a ballast at least 300 Kg,
to prevent the upsetting of the tower when it

9G2,5 mmq placed to the inside of a cylinder
that allows a comfortable sliding.
Quando usar a torre em condições ambientais
adversas, com temperaturas muito baixas ou
altas, prestar atenção ao cabo e à seu normal
curso para dentro do cilindro, pois o cabo está
sujeita a deformação estrutural temporária.
In case of use of the lighting tower in adverse
acclimatizes situations, with too much low
temperatures or high, take care to the turn
cable and its normal sliding to the inside of
the cylinder because the cable is subject to
momentary structural deformation.

barras telescópicas para a subida. Para fechar
a torre gire a manivela do guincho no sentido
anti-horário até as barras telescópicas estarem
totalmente contidas na primeira (Fig. 8).

Rotate the mast on the opportune way to
place the lighting beam in the desiderate
position. Pull the locking pin of the mast (Fig.
10) in way to concur the rotation of it. The
blocking happens re-inserting the pin in one
of the many centers predisposed along the
sping ring. The mechanical block concurs to
stop the spin to 300°.

10) a fim de permitir a rotação. O bloqueio é
feito inserindo novamente o pino num dos
pontos dispostos ao longo do anel giratório. O

MAINTENANCE
We suggest a frequent cleaning of the
machine in order to avoid the presence of dirt
which can compromise the efficiency of the
machine. The frequency of this operation
tightly depends on the place where the
machine is used.
The extraordinary service operations not
mentioned here above require the aid of
specialized technicians.

evitar depósitos de sujdade que podem afectar
a eficiência. A frequência desta operação é
avaliada de acordo com a área de aplicação.

14.1 LUBRIFICAÇÃO DAS POLIAS – LUBRICATION OF THE ROLLERS
For the lubrication of the rollers, use a low
temperatures and extremely high speed
bearing grease. We recommend to use SKF
LGLT 2 grease, a premium quality fully

In case of use of an other product, the grease
will must have a base oil viscosity equal to 18
mm²/s at 40°C and to 4,5 mm²/s at 100°C.
Para a lubrificação das polias, use lubrificante
apropriado. Recomendamos o uso de SKF
LGLT 2, um produto de primeiro qualidade de
líti com óleo totalmente sintético. Se usar outro
lubrificante, este deve ter uma viscosidade de
base igual a 18 mm ²/s a 40° C e igual a 4,5
mm ²/s a 100° c.
14.2 LUBRIFICAÇÃO DAS SECÇÕES TELESCÓPICAS – LUBRICATION OF MAST SECTIONS
For the lubrication of the mast sections, we
recommend to use a light lubricating oil like
WD40. Spray it on the metal parts of the
mast, in order to avoid squeaking and
scrapping noises during the raising and the
lowering operations. In case of frequent use,
lubricate every three months.
Para lubrificação do mastro telescópico, use
lubrificante tipo WD40 Aplique-o nas peças de
metal para facilitar o deslizamento da várias
seções durante levantar e baixar. Em
urilizações freqüentes fazer a lubrificação a
cada três meses.
14.3 LUBRIFICAÇÃO DOS ESTABILIZADORES - LUBRICATION OF STABILIZERS
Grease periodically the stabilizer using a
dense grease adapted to sliding system sto
apply through the apposite tool to insert in the
valves placed on the stabilizer (if previewed).
Verify if the movement of the stabilizer is
correctly.
Lubrifique periodicamente o estabilizador
utilizando um lubrificante denso apropriado
para sistemas deslizantes, usando a
ferramenta especial fornecida sobre o
estabilizador (se fornecido). Verificar se o
movimento de estabilizadores é regular.

14.4 LUBRIFICAÇÃO DO GUINCHO – LUBRICATION OF THE WINCH
The winch has already been lubricated in the
works. It is recommended however that the
drive shaft bearing bushers and the drum hub
be oiled regularly.Grease the toothed wheel
rim regularly. Ensure that the crank gear is
always lubricated.
WARNING!!! Do not oil or grease the brake
mechanism.
O guincho é lubrificado durante a
fabricação.
Recomenda-se
lubrificar
periodicamente as buchas do eixo e o cubo
do tambor. A engrenagem de anel deve ser
lubrificada ocasionalmete. A manivela deve
também ser lubrificada.
ATENÇÃO!!!
Não
coloque
óleo

lubrificante no mecanismo de travão.
14.5 CONTROLO DOS CABOS DE AÇO – CHECK OF STEEL CABLES
The steel cables are composed of 133 wires
and they let the raising and lowering of the
telescopic mast. It is periodically necessary to
verify their conditions and their perfect
dragging inside the pulleys. Control also the
screws’ tightening that sustains the steel
cables. The steel cable must remain wound
round the drum at least twice when the mast
is lowered. If it were not, or if the steel cable
had to show usury signs, do not use the
lighting tower and contact directly house
manufacturer.
Os cabos de aço são compreendidos por 133
fios e permitem a subida e descida do mastro
telescópico. Deve verificar periodicamente o
seu estado e o perfeito curso dentro das
polias. Verifique também o aperto dos
parafusos que prendem os cabos. O cabo de
aço deve permanecer enrolado pelo menos 2
voltas no tambor quando o mastro está
recolhido. Se não, ou se o cabo de aço
apresenta sinais de desgaste, não use a torre
e entre em contato com o fabricante.

Slacken brake hitting the crank hand lightly
using the palm of the hand in anticlockwise
direction (to do this block the gearwheels if
necessary, until the crank becomes loose,
grease crank thread).

Verifique a de dados técnicos do gerador e
verifique se tem a potência necessária.

Lâmpadas defeituosas ou com defeito.

SOLUÇÃO
REMEDY
Antes de substituir a lâmpada é aconselhável
realizar um teste, montar a lâmpada
supostamente com defeito num projetor a
funcionar corretamente.
Before replace the lamp, it is advisable to
make a test, installing the lamp that it is
presumed failure in a floodlight with lamp
previously working.

REMEDY
Volte a ligar o disjuntor diferencial.
Rearme the automatic earth leakage relay.
16. SUBSTITUINDO O VIDRO DA LÂMPADA E DO PROJETOR REPLACEMENT OF THE LAMPS AND FLOODLIGHT’S GLASS
Em caso de substituição de lâmpada ou vidro
do projetor, proceda do seguinte modo: Abra o
projetor soltando os apoios de bloqeuio.
Substitua a lâmpada ou o vidro. Coloque o
novo vidro para o projetor, aplicando uma
camada fina de silicone sobre os 4 cantos.
Feche o projetor.
In case of replacement of the lamps or the
floodlight’s glass, proceed in the following
way: open the floodlight opening the
stainless. Replace the lamp or the glass.
Glue the new glass to the frame of the
floodlight, applying a light silicone layer on
the 4 corners. Close the floodlight.
A lâmpada utilizada deve atender as seguintes

The lamp replaced must necessarily respond
to the following characteristics:
Tipo de lâmpada: halogênio
Type of lamp: halogen
Base: R7s

N.B. as lâmpadas de halogéneo não devem
ser tocadas com os dedos pois podem originar
depósitos de gordura sobre a mesma podendo
originar combustão
devido ás altas
temperaturas.
N.B. The bulb of halogen lamps must not
be touched with fingers because deposits
of grease left on the same would
carbonate at the first ignition because of
the elevated temperature, blackening the
crystal and provoking also the breach of
it.
