To ensure a competitive Team CALABARZON in the 2013 Pala.rongPambansa on
April 2I-27, 2013 in Dumaguete City, a tlre-tn Sports Ttdlntng Jot the Reglo Iv,
CAIABARZON Delegates to the 2Ol3 Palatong Pdt b.rnsd. will be conducted on
April 5- 11, 2013 at San Luis RECS Village, Sta. Cruz, Laguna.
In this comection, all atlrletes, coaches, chaperons and trainers listed in
Memorandum dated March 1, 2013 are expected to be at tie tiaining venue irl the
mornhg of April 5, 2013. They are also advised to bring tlleir own mattresses and
beddings during live-in training.
General Guidelines on the Selection of Atlletes, Coaches and Chaperons shall
be stiicily implemented. lt is emphasized tlat atlletes, coaches, chaperons ald
tiainers who will fail to prompdy reporl at the training venue aid miss two days of
this training program shall be replaced.
As per agreement during tl}e Consultative Meeting of Sports Key Officials
conducted on Janua-ry 4, 2013 at Gov. Ferrer Memorial National High School, Gen.
Trias, Cavite, events such as taekwondo, g[nnastics, swimming, racket events and
chess will be allowed to have tleir training outside tlle region's training venue
provided they vrill shoulder the food, accommodalion, bansportation, renta.l of tiaining
facilities and other related expenses of all athletes/tearn. Ttre request on the conduct

Travel expenses of all the patticiparts in going to the training venue shall be
charged against local fuids subject to t-I1e usual accountrng and auditing rules arrd
regulations,
