officers with the arrangements for Golden Harvest, Electro
Sounds will be next Thursday

• Secretary- Ysenia Carrizales: no new business

• Senate Liasion- Demi Cruz: no new business

Student concerns:
o Bus driver dropped off at a random location, confusing
schedule, orgs left at an unmarked location, waited a
half an hour (drivers have been given routes)

Electro Sounds: 11/8 from 10:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.

RED C- Football game against Angelo State this weekend,
volleyball game this Friday (sponsored by Golden Harvest)

Met with Mr. Wages on Monday to go over the bus routes
(drop-off and pick-up)
The map is divided into two parts (two different trucks for
Food Bank Trucks)
There are four total buses, please be patient for pick-up
Group leader will be given phone numbers in case of pick-up
delay or any other situations
President Spaghetti Dinner: 12/05
CAB Paint Party: 11/05
Each person that does not show up will be fined $10
If an unauthorized vehicle is used the organization will be
charged $100
Country Band will be kicked off at 11:30 a.m. during lunch
Shirts will not be given the day off Golden Harvest but will be
given to the orgs the following week (encourage to wear red
UIW shirt)
