Spring rolls with apple, lychee and ginger à la mode Ingredients 20M 6PAX Difficulty 4 golden apples 12 lychees 5 pieces of crystallised ginger, chopped 1/2 tablespoon of butter Juice of 1 lemon 6 Chinese crèpes Icing sugar (to taste) Preparation 1 Melt the butter in a saucepan, add all the ingredients and caramelize over a hot stove. 2 Place filling on spring roll sheets, fold sides over and roll.
