The screws, indicated below, are responsible for the positioning of the pantograph system.

PARALLELISM ADJUSTMENT
The rod, indicated below, controls the door's parallelism during the open and close movements. This
parameter must be controlled correctly in order to avoid bad sealing during the closing.

Below there is a picture of the rod's locking nut. By loosen the nut and using a wrench, it is possible to
increase or decrease the component's length. Observation: The screw's thread is reverse.
Increasing the rod's length, there is a positive displacement, positive sign, decreasing, there is a negative
displacement, negative sign.

The door must be always aligned with the adjacent doors and with the lateral panel. Through the
mechanism, shown on the right, it is possible to vary the door's height in 5 mm, as shown below.

This regulation is of extreme importance to guarantee the alignment with the panel, and preventing the
entrance of water and dust.

BAR'S ADJUSTMENT
The bars must be aligned with the pin attached to the structure.
The bars can be adjusted within a range of 5 mm, as indicated below.

OBSERVATIONS
All supplied doors that are adjusted outside the factory are delivered with more material, 10 mm, in case of an
adjustment.

The luggage compartment’s structure has edges with aluminium plates where the fixation holes for the
pantographic system and the rod must be done.
