Door systems. Automatic drives for rotary-folding
Door systems. Automatic drives for rotary-folding doors. Stand: 09/2011 Because of the looming shortage of rolling stock of many operators, the existing older vehicles will be modernized. These include a large number of vehicles with rotary-folding doors. To adjust these doors to the new requirements Pintsch Bamag has developed automatic drives for rotary-folding doors as a retrofit solution. These doors are equipped with a fully electric drive. The doors can easily be upgraded via push buttons and have an anti-trap. Technical data: • Automatical door opening by passenger button (inside and outside) • Automatical door closing by passenger button (inside) • Door opening time ca. 3,5s from opening command to reaching the endposition “Open” • Door closing time ca. 3,5s (without warning time) • Completely electromotive drive, no pneumatic components • Electronically controlled door running • Door lock depending on speed • Remote door closing according to UIC560 via UIC-wire F9/F12 • Door lock from 0 km/h (TB0) • Side-selective door release via 18-pin UIC-wire or other train control systems • Door-closed-message • Anti-trap protection in both traversing directions by controlling the motor circuit • Detection of a test body 60x30mm according to EN14752 by closing • Manual auxiliary unlock inside and outside if the door is currentless • 2-stage emergency unlock conception (inside) • Acoustic warning before closing on each door • Microprocessor door control • Controlling of door functions via a diagnostic system • Optional human—machine-interface according to UIC 557, Form 1 • RS232 Service-interface • PC-Software to monitor and save the diagnostic memory and door process data • On-board voltage depending on the vehicle model 24V, 36V or 110V 2011 PINTSCH BAMAG Antriebs- und Verkehrstechnik GmbH · Abteilung Fahrzeugausrüstung Telefon +49 (0) 2064 / 602-0 · Telefax +49 (0) 2064 / 602-266 · [email protected] © www.pintschbamag.de 1 The drive in its third generation has been completely redesigned to cover a wide range of possible applications. Both types of rotary-folding-doors (DB and DR) can be rebuilt by means of this drive solution. Overall, the new drive system consists of two drive components: the rotating pillar drive and the unlock drive of the door. Both drives are running an electric motor. The rotating pillar drive unit is the first time directly integrated into the rotating pillar, so as to cope with minimal space. The existing operational unit consisting of a locking magnet, interior and exterior doorknob with interior strike plate and box staple drop completely. This unit has been replaced by the new drive module. The unlocking rod remains in the door leaf. The previous manual actuation by rotating the interior or exterior door handle, in automatic operation mode is occurring by an electric drive consisting of an unlocking motor with flanged gear, a magnetic coupling and a toothed washer. 2011 PINTSCH BAMAG Antriebs- und Verkehrstechnik GmbH · Abteilung Fahrzeugausrüstung Telefon +49 (0) 2064 / 602-0 · Telefax +49 (0) 2064 / 602-266 · [email protected] © www.pintschbamag.de 2 An effective door locking is even ensured from the outside, because there is no exterior door handle more. The door can only be opened by pushing the opening button, if the door is released. There is a separate square switch for the currentless door to be unlocked manually. 2011 PINTSCH BAMAG Antriebs- und Verkehrstechnik GmbH · Abteilung Fahrzeugausrüstung Telefon +49 (0) 2064 / 602-0 · Telefax +49 (0) 2064 / 602-266 · [email protected] © www.pintschbamag.de 3 Article number PINTSCH BAMAG Antriebs- und Verkehrstechnik GmbH Department of traffic engineering, rolling stock Huenxer Str. 149 D-46537 Dinslaken Phone +49 (0) 20 64/602-0 Fax +49 (0) 20 64/602-288 www.pintschbamag.de [email protected] PINTSCH BAMAG A member of the Schaltbau-Group
