1. Vous

Université. Madame de Vinck vous aidera à déterminer une
destination et/ou vous donnera des informations générales sur
la mobilité : séjour, bourse, logement, etc.
2. Lire
la brochure de la Faculté, si vous avez choisi une
destination ERASMUS ou mobilité suisse, en particulier les
chapitres d’informations générales en début de brochure ainsi
que les pages concernant votre destination.
3. Consulter le site de la Faculté d’accueil.
4. Établir un projet de plan d’études, avec descriptif des cours.
5. Prendre
rendez-vous, dès le mois d’octobre, avec
Mesdames Bita Bertossa ou Caterina Gidari Wassmer pour
discuter du plan d’études envisagé.

LA MOBILITE FORMATRICE
La mobilité, qu’elle soit suisse ou européenne – voire qu’elle concerne des
universités sur d’autres continents (Australie, Canada) – fait aujourd’hui partie
intégrante du cursus universitaire. Non que toutes les connaissances
nécessaires à une formation juridique de qualité ne soient disponibles à
Genève, mais parce que la mobilité est une expérience formatrice essentielle.
Dans le monde globalisé qui se construit, la pratique du droit – même si le
cadre de référence reste principalement national – implique toujours plus
largement une ouverture à d’autres cultures, d’autres contextes, d’autres
réalités.
Bien sûr, la garantie que le semestre ou l’année passée ailleurs puisse être
validée en termes de crédits ECTS est une exigence légitime de la part des
candidats au départ. De ce point de vue, la coopération entre universités en
la matière garantit cette unité de valeur que constitue le crédit ECTS; celui-ci
est lié au parcours propre à chaque étudiant et non plus uniquement à tel ou
tel programme de formation ou à l’une ou l’autre université. Un semestre ou
deux de mobilité ne sont donc pas des obstacles à la réussite d’un diplôme
dans des délais minimaux.
Par contre, il est impossible que la valeur ajoutée par un séjour de mobilité
apparaisse dans une moyenne ; pourtant l’expérience d’un décentrement
confère une ouverture d’esprit et une force que la confrontation à un milieu
différent – et souvent aussi une langue différente – dans le cadre d’un séjour
de mobilité permettent seules d’acquérir. Dans cette perspective, le
plurilinguisme de la Suisse permet une mobilité au sein des frontières de la
Confédération qui offre également les acquis formateurs d’une expérience
personnelle forte.
Le réseau d’accords de la Faculté de droit et de l’Université de Genève permet
une offre de destinations et de programmes importante, comme le montrent
les pages qui suivent. Malgré cela, la demande des étudiants candidats au
départ conduit parfois à des embouteillages vers certaines destinations. Si
cela peut compliquer la tâche des candidats au départ et des conseillères aux
études – qui feront tout pour trouver des solutions satisfaisantes, et y
parviendront – une telle situation est réjouissante. Elle est le signe de la
volonté d’ouverture des étudiants genevois, qui montrent ainsi leur désir de
s’adapter aux nouveaux enjeux d’un droit mondialisé pour lequel nos
enseignements à Genève, combinés aux possibilités de mobilité qu’offre la

SÉJOURS ERASMUS
Quelques informations
Après plusieurs années de participation dite « silencieuse » au programme
Erasmus, les universités suisses ont rejoint le programme officiel de l’union
européenne depuis juin 2011. Dans ce nouveau cadre, les bourses de mobilité
Erasmus sont payées directement aux étudiants par leur université d’origine,
contrairement à la pratique précédente où les bourses étaient payées par
l’université de Genève aux étudiants qu’elle accueillait.
Les accords existants ont tous été maintenus et restent valables jusqu’en
2013. Le code attribué à l’université de Genève est CH-GENEVE01, et son
numéro de charte est le 257598-IC-1-2011-CH-ERASMUS-EUCX-1.
Objectifs
–
acquérir des connaissances en droit étranger ;
–
parfaire ses connaissances linguistiques ;
–
se familiariser avec la vie et la culture du pays d’accueil.
Durée
De 3 à 12 mois, avec une possibilité de prolongation sans bourse, si une
justification académique est donnée.
Conditions à remplir
–
pour les étudiants en bachelor, avoir présenté 60 crédits ECTS de la
2e série, et en avoir acquis 45 ;
–
pour un départ en maîtrise, être titulaire du bachelor ;
–
pour un départ au 1er semestre de la maîtrise, avoir fait son bachelor à
Genève;

–
avoir obtenu des résultats jugés satisfaisants aux examens déjà présentés ;
–
avoir une bonne connaissance de la langue du pays d’accueil et/ou de la
langue dans laquelle sont dispensés les cours dans l’université d’accueil.
Garantie d’équivalence
Les examens présentés dans la faculté d’accueil durant le séjour d’études
peuvent faire l’objet d’une décision d’équivalence (voir les articles 4 al. 3 et
30 al. 3 du Règlement d’études du 15.10.04), sur la base d’un plan d’études
convenu.
D’une manière générale, l’étudiant qui fait un séjour de mobilité doit soumettre
à la Faculté le programme des cours qu’il entend suivre dans sa faculté
d’accueil. Sur la base de ce programme, la Faculté lui fournira une garantie
d’équivalence. Ce document constitue l’élément central d’un séjour de
mobilité ; il garantit à l’étudiant quels examens seront reconnus à Genève, et à
quels examens de deuxième série Bachelor ou de Maîtrise ils seront assimilés.
Le séjour de mobilité doit être organisé en fonction de cette garantie.
La garantie d’équivalence est délivrée en deux étapes. Avant son départ,
l’étudiant reçoit un engagement de principe de la Faculté portant sur la
reconnaissance des études suivies dans son université d’accueil. Au cours des
quatre premières semaines de chaque semestre dans cette université,
l’étudiant prépare son plan d’études, en fonction des cours offerts, de ses
intérêts et de son programme personnel. Il le fait parvenir à la Faculté de
Genève, qui délivre alors une garantie d’équivalence pour chaque examen
que l’étudiant pense présenter, dans la mesure où il correspond à un
enseignement du programme genevois.
L’examen présenté à l’étranger fait l’objet d’une équivalence de notes, selon
un barème établi pour chaque faculté d’accueil. Si l’étudiant passe les
examens correspondant aux cours suivis à l’étranger, la Faculté de Genève
reportera sur le procès-verbal d’examens à Genève la note obtenue, le cas
échéant convertie, qui sera prise en compte dans le calcul de sa moyenne. Il
peut également choisir d’obtenir une dispense plutôt qu’une équivalence. Dans
les deux cas, il sera donc dispensé de présenter l’examen correspondant à
Genève. L’étudiant conserve toujours le choix de demander que la note
obtenue ailleurs soit prise ou ne soit pas prise en compte à Genève ; s’il
renonce à demander une équivalence, il doit présenter l’examen à Genève.

Dans un tel cas, l’examen présenté en mobilité ne vaut pas comme tentative
(et peut donc être présenté deux fois à Genève).
Le programme convenu, ainsi que la garantie d’équivalence, ne sont pas
définitifs ; ils peuvent être revus en cours de séjour. Pour faire toutefois l’objet
d’une garantie d’équivalence, toute modification doit être soumise à la Faculté
de droit de Genève pour accord. Sans cette approbation, l’étudiant est
dépourvu du bénéfice de la garantie, et la Faculté n’est pas obligée de
reconnaître les examens qui n’avaient pas été envisagés au départ. L’étudiant
peut aussi renoncer en cours d’études à suivre un cours ou à passer un
examen.
Certains enseignements sont incompatibles avec des cours fondamentaux de
maîtrise enseignés à Genève; l'étudiant de mobilité ne pourra donc pas valider
les deux dans son plan d'études. La garantie d'équivalence indiquera les
incompatibilités.
La garantie d’équivalence est octroyée par la doyenne, de cas en cas, pour
chaque étudiant de mobilité. Elle est individuelle et est seule déterminante
pour l’octroi d’équivalences à Genève.
Financement
–
bourses Erasmus pour les étudiants qui effectuent un séjour de mobilité
sur la base d’accords bilatéraux conclus entre l’Université de Genève et
plusieurs universités européennes ; et pour autant qu’ils n’aient pas déjà
effectué un séjour Erasmus dans le cadre du programme de l’UE
auparavant.
–
bourses complémentaires de la faculté de droit pour les étudiants qui
effectuent des séjours de mobilité dans des universités partenaires, sur
des motifs financiers mettant en péril le projet de mobilité.
NB : Le montant des bourses octroyées ne suffit pas à couvrir tous les frais du
séjour à l’étranger. Ces bourses constituent une aide au départ dont le montant est
variable et relativement modeste (env. 200-230 euros par mois, sous réserve de
modification). Il est évident que les étudiants qui reçoivent déjà une allocation aux
études continueront de la percevoir pendant leur séjour à l’étranger.

Délai pour le dépôt des candidatures
1er décembre pour l’inscription ERASMUS en ligne sur le site des Relations
Internationales (3 choix maximum) et la remise du plan d’études provisoire,
pour un séjour durant l’année académique suivante. Un délai au 1er février est
ouvert pour les destinations encore disponibles à cette date, et un délai au 5
octobre est ouvert aux étudiants ayant débuté un master en septembre,

Préparation préalable au départ
Si les connaissances de la langue du pays d’accueil ne sont pas suffisantes,
les étudiants ont intérêt à suivre des cours de perfectionnement, pendant
l’année qui précède un éventuel départ. Par ailleurs, certaines universités
partenaires exigent des certifications de la maîtrise de la langue, avant
l’arrivée. C’est le cas par exemple de Berlin et de Utrecht.

d’anglais

Au cœur de l'Histoire
C'est en 1409 que le Comte Louis II obtint du Pape Alexandre V la
confirmation de la création d'une Université dotée des mêmes
privilèges que celles existant déjà à Paris et à Toulouse, et dans
laquelle le Droit occupa d'emblée une place importante. Cette
Université souffrit bien plus tard de la tourmente révolutionnaire,
mais l'interruption de l'enseignement juridique y fut de très courte
durée puisque l'Ecole de Droit rouvrit ses portes et ses
amphithéâtres en 1806, deux ans après la promulgation du Code
civil, à la rédaction duquel l'un de ses diplômés, Portalis, avait pris
une part éminente.
Au cœur de son temps
Composante de l'Université d'Aix-Marseille, qui regroupe quelques
70 000 étudiants en Arts, Lettres, Langues, Sciences Humaines :
Droit et Science Politique, Economie et Gestion ; Santé, Sciences
et Technologies, la Faculté de droit et de science Politique
accueille aujourd'hui plus de 10 000 étudiants. Nombreux sont les
étudiants qui viennent du monde entier chaque année s'initier au
droit français au sein de notre maison. Elle associe deux cents
enseignants titulaires et près d'une centaine de cadres
administratifs, et c'est ainsi une véritable entreprise du savoir et de
la recherche, construite autour de ses nombreuses formations
initiales et continues, et de ses dynamiques centres de recherche
qui s'intéressent aussi bien aux thématiques fondamentales qu'aux
sujets les plus contemporains.
S'y côtoient ainsi notamment pêle-mêle, mais dans la plus grande
harmonie, philosophie du droit et droit de l'informatique, droit civil
et droit administratif, commerce international et aide humanitaire,
droit communautaire et droit des collectivités locales, histoire du
droit et droit des transports aériens, droits de l'homme et sciences
criminelles, droit de la santé et droit des relations de travail,
anthropologie et droit de l'audiovisuel, droit de la famille et droit

international, droit des assurances et urbanisme, comptabilité et
droit de l'espace, droit comparé et transports maritimes, droit des
contrats international et droit constitutionnel, droit canonique et
fiscalité, droit de l'environnement et histoire des idées politiques,
droit du sport et droit de la banque, finances publiques et
procédure civile ou encore, dans une savante alchimie dont seuls
les juristes ont le secret, droit de l'eau et droit de la vigne et du vin
!
INTERNATIONAL
La Faculté de Droit et de Science Politique d'Aix-Marseille s'est
engagée dans une politique forte d'ouverture internationale depuis
plusieurs années et le Pôle Accueil des relations internationales
accueille une centaine d’étudiants en programme d’échange, par
an.

General information about the University
The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which is its full
name, was founded on May 3rd 1837, just few years after the
foundation of the modern Greek State. It was the first modern
University not only in Greece but also in the Balkan and eastern
Mediterranean area and it has since played a significant role in
fostering academic knowledge and culture throughout the region.
The University of Athens is among the largest universities in
Europe with 32 Faculties, about 125.000 undergraduate and
postgraduate students, 2.000 teaching staff and 1.300
administrative staff. The Faculties and their respective
Departments, offer a wide range of undergraduate courses, leading
to a Diploma equivalent to a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree,
after a minimum of four years of studies –with the exceptions of the
School of Medicine (six years), the Faculty of Dentistry (five years),
the Faculty of Pharmacy (five years) and the Faculty of Music
Studies (five years). All Faculties offer Postgraduate courses
leading to a Master of Arts or Science degree and Doctoral studies
leading to a PhD degree.
The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, under the
framework of the LLP/ Erasmus programme has established 689
bilateral agreements with 347 European Higher Education
Institutions, with which it exchanges annually an increasing number
of students. Up to now the number of the incoming students is
more than 4.200 and the number of the outgoing students is more
than 9.200.
Courses at the University of Athens are normally taught in Greek.
However, there are also courses in other languages, especially at
the Foreign Languages’ Faculties and the Faculty of Law which
offers specialized programmes in English, French, German and
Italian. Some postgraduate programmes offer courses in other
languages (mainly in English). In all other Faculties there are

special arrangements for LLP/Erasmus students. The most
common one is the assignment of essays in English with the use of
English bibliography. As not all incoming students are fluent in
Greek at the beginning of their study, the University of Athens
requires a sufficient knowledge of the English language to allow
students to communicate and function within an academic context.

Greek Language Courses for Erasmus Students
Greek language courses, which will enable exchange students to
understand and read the Greek language, are offered to Erasmus
students who are registered at the University of Athens, by the
Modern Greek Language Teaching Centre of the University.
Students that succeed in the examinations at the end of each
semester obtain ECTS credits. Courses are offered in both winter
and spring semester (6 or 9 hours/week). The exact registration
dates as well as the course period for winter and spring semester
are announced on our website by the end of June.

Erasmus Intensive Language Courses (EILC)
The Erasmus Intensive Language Courses for the Greek
Language are also organized each year by the above mentioned
Modern Greek Language Teaching Centre of the University.

Accommodation
In order to assist foreign students, the Erasmus Office in
collaboration with the ESN KAPA ATHENS, the Erasmus students’
organization of the University of Athens, have prepared a list of
persons who rent rooms or apartments to students. In order to
have access to the list, students must contact the ESN KAPA
ATHENS Organization ([email protected]). Prices for a single
room in a shared apartment may start at 250€ per month. Prices
for small apartments for one person start at 300€ per month.
Usually, renters are asked to pay in advance a fixed amount
(equivalent to the rent of two months) as a deposit, which will be
returned to them upon their departure on the condition that no
damage or unpaid bills are remaining.
Until permanent accommodation is found, students may stay at
certain Foreign Institutes’ Guest Houses or Youth Hostels located
in the centre of Athens, at relatively low prices. Students who wish
to stay there may receive a list from the Erasmus Office upon
request.
Health Insurance
Students who are residents of EU countries (and also of Norway,
Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland) should obtain, before
departure from their country, the European Health Insurance Card.
Upon their registration at the National and Kapodistrian University
of Athens, all Erasmus students will obtain a medical care booklet
by which they are entitled to free full medical care, including
medication and hospital treatment.
Students with Disabilities
The Accessibility Unit of the University of Athens welcomes all
students with disabilities participating in the Erasmus programme.
The mission of the Accessibility Unit is to realize equal access to

academic studies for students with different abilities and needs,
through environmental modifications, assistive technology and
access services. The following services are currently provided on a
regular basis:
• registration of the needs of students with disabilities,
• evaluation of students with special needs towards the selection of
personal assistive technologies,
• support of accessible workstations in University libraries,
• operation of a Video Relay Service for deaf students,
• daily transportation to the University for students who use a
wheelchair, or those with severe mobility impairments,
• personal and group psychological counseling,
• production and distribution of accessible educational material,
• coordination of volunteers for helping the disabled students.

Residence permit
Students from EU countries who are going to stay in Greece for
more than three months are required to apply for a Residence
Permit at the Police Aliens' Department .
Students from other European countries are advised to contact the
Greek Embassy or Consulate in their country for entrance
regulations prior to their departure and then to apply for a threemonth student visa to Greece. Students who are going to study in
Athens for more than three months should apply for a Residence
Permit at the Aliens’ Department of the Municipality of Athens.

On 12th of June 1990, the Catalan Parliament gave the go-ahead for the
creation of a new public university in Catalonia, Universitat Pompeu Fabra
(UPF), thereby bringing a new university into being in the center of Barcelona.
From its beginnings, UPF has taken up the challenge of internationalization in
the belief that is a key factor for innovation and quality of teaching and
research. A good example of this attitude would be the historic partnership with
the Université of Genève and its network members.
The Faculty of Law has about 1300 students. Law studies are based on a fouryear course, each year being divided into three terms. During the first two
years, fundamental problems within the main subject areas of law are
selectively analyzed. The student can begin specializing in the third year,
choosing from a range of optional subjects. Law courses are mostly given in
Spanish and Catalan, some in English. Usually, compulsory subjects are
offered in four different groups and both in Catalan and Spanish. However,
optional subjects are only given in one group, and most of these courses are

From June 2012 on, the latest link will be useless since in 2012-13 all courses
(compulsory + optional) will be given under the "Grau en Dret" new plan. A
much wider range of optional subjects will be offered then.
The teaching system (resolving cases, material research, preparing reports,
debates) demands a great deal of extra-curricular study on behalf of the
students, who are expected to be dedicated to their studies on a full-time
basis. In fact, the Faculty of Law has already adapted all its courses to tutorial

system.
The results of this adaptation are excellent and this system helps students and
professors integrate with one another and be continuously assessed.
Moreover, our limited size and standards of quality allow us to pay detailed
attention to the studies we offer as well as to the learning process of visiting
students.

Freie Universität Berlin
Die Freie Universität ist eine international ausgerichtete
Spitzenuniversität: Sie rangiert im nationalen Vergleich stets unter
den ersten zehn Universitäten Die Freie Universität bietet als
klassische Volluniversität mehr als 100 Studiengänge in allen
Fächergruppen.
Die Freie Universität ist eine Campusuniversität mit insgesamt fast
300 Gebäuden auf dem historischen Zentralcampus in Dahlem,
der vor 100 Jahren für Institute der Kaiser-Wilhelm Gesellschaft
und andere wissenschaftliche Einrichtungen geschaffen wurde.
Darüber hinaus gehören zu ihr drei Teilcampus, der Campus
Benjamin Franklin in Steglitz (Klinikum), der Geocampus in
Lankwitz und der veterinärmedizinische Campus in Düppel.
Gründungsgeschichte
Die Freie Universität wurde 1948 gegründet als Antwort auf die
Verfolgung und Ermordung systemkritischer Studierender an der
Universität Unter den Linden, gelegen im damaligen sowjetischen
Sektor des geteilten Berlins (von 1949 an Humboldt-Universität).
Die Idee der Gründung einer freien Universität fand dabei
weitreichende internationale Unterstützung. Die Freie Universität
entwickelte sich bis zum Ende der deutschen Teilung sehr schnell
zu einer der größten Universitäten Deutschlands. Seit 1990 hat sie
zusammen mit der Technischen Universität Berlin durch Verzicht
auf etwa ein Drittel ihres Etats und durch strukturelle Unterstützung
den Wiederaufbau der Humboldt-Universität ermöglicht, zu der sie
intensive Beziehungen unterhält, nicht zuletzt durch die
gemeinsame humanmedizinische Fakultät Charité sowie in mehr
als 100 weiteren Feldern.
Leitbild
Das Leitbild der Universität speist sich aus zwei Quellen: Als eine
der beiden Nachfolge-Universitäten der Berliner FriedrichWilhelms-Universität hat die Freie Universität 1948 die Ideale der
humboldtschen Universität für die Stadt Berlin gesichert, wie sie
unter anderem in der Verbindung von Lehre und Forschung,

besonders aber in der Idee der akademischen Freiheit zum
Ausdruck kommen. Die zweite Quelle ist der Auftrag ihrer
Gründung selbst: Wahrheit, Gerechtigkeit und Freiheit wurden der
Universität als Leitbegriffe vorangestellt. Sie finden ihre
Verwirklichung in der internationalen Ausrichtung der Universität
und der damit verbundenen Aufgabe, sich für akademische
Freiheit einzusetzen, in der Offenheit für Kooperationen mit
Partnern in- und außerhalb Berlins sowie in einer modernen
Organisationsform.
Internationale Netzwerkuniversität
Die Freie Universität ist in der Exzellenzinitiative mit ihrem
Zukunftskonzept gekürt worden und gehört damit zu den
bundesweit neun Universitäten mit diesem Exzellenzstatus.
Erfolgreich war die Freie Universität mit dem Zukunftskonzept
einer „Internationalen Netzwerkuniversität“. Als Internationale
Netzwerkuniversität arbeitet die Freie Universität auch in mehreren
internationalen Außenstellen, beispielsweise in Moskau, Peking,
Kairo, New York, Neu-Delhi, Brüssel und São Paulo. Dieses Netz
dient dazu, die Universität international noch besser zu
repräsentieren, wissenschaftliche Expertise in benachteiligten
Regionen anzubieten und Menschen für eine Verbindung zur
Freien Universität zu gewinnen.
Fachbereich Rechtswissenschaft
Der Campus der Freien Universität Berlin ist ein äußerst attraktiver
Studienort, nicht zuletzt durch seine schöne Lage inmitten der
großzügigen Parkanlagen Dahlems. Studierende am Fachbereich
Rechtswissenschaft haben darüber hinaus noch den Vorteil einer
eigenen Cafeteria und einer vegetarischen Mensa. Die gut
sortierte, mit 800.000 Werken umfangreiche Fachbibliothek wurde
2010 vollkommen neu gestaltet. Die Häuser in der Van`t-HoffStraße 8 und Boltzmannstraße 3 bieten Platz für Vorlesungen,
Seminare, Übungen, Anwendungs- und Lektürekurse und Tutorien,
laden aber auch dazu ein, einfach in Kontakt mit Kommiliton/ innen
und Professor/innen zu treten.

Der Fachbereich Rechtswissenschaft verfügt über eine
herausragende Einbindung in das ERASMUS-Programm für den
akademischen Austausch innerhalb Europas. Auch mit
Universitäten außerhalb des europäischen Kontinents bestehen
langjährige und intensive Partnerschaften, die sich durch
vielfältige Kontakte auf studentischer, professoraler und
administrativer Ebene auszeichnen. Pro Jahr entsendet der
Fachbereich Rechtswissenschaft bis zu 100 Studierende an seine
Partneruniversitäten in Europa, Nord- und Südamerika, Australien
und Asien. Auch die zahlreichen internationalen Studierenden
unserer Partneruniversitäten prägen das weltoffene Bild und die
internationale Atmosphäre des Fachbereichs entscheidend mit.
Zulassung von ERASMUS-Studierenden an der Freien
Universität Berlin
Nach der Nominierung ausgewählter ERASMUS-Studierender
durch die Heimatuniversität erhalten zukünftige ERASMUSStudierende an der Freien Universität Berlin Zugang zur InternetPlattform „Distributed Campus“ http://distributed-campus.org/.
Dieses Portal enthält zahlreiche Online-Ressourcen zur
Vorbereitung des Aufenthalts an der Freien Universität Berlin. Die
zukünftigen ERASMUS-Studierenden werden Schritt für Schritt
durch die bürokratischen Prozesse (z.B. Nachweis der
Krankenversicherung, Anmeldung beim Bürgeramt) geführt.
Darüber
hinaus
stellt
Distributed
Campus
vielfältige
landeskundliche Informationen (z.B. Redewendungen in der
deutschen Sprache, Esskultur in Deutschland) zur Verfügung.

ERASMUS-Studierende der Freien Universität Berlin haben die
Möglichkeit,

Deutschkurse
ERASMUS-Studierende sollen Deutschkenntnisse auf dem Niveau
B2 des Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmens für
Sprachen besitzen.
Alle nominierten ERASMUS-Studierenden müssen vor ihrer
Ankunft in Berlin einen online-Sprachtest absolvieren und das
Ergebnis des Sprachtests an das Büro für Internationale
Studierendenmobilität der Freien Universität Berlin senden. Das
Testergebnis hat jedoch keinen Einfluss auf die Zulassung zum
Studium an der Freien Universität Berlin, d.h. es werden auch die
Studierenden zugelassen, deren Sprachniveau niedriger als B2 ist.
Der online-Sprachtest soll den zukünftigen ERASMUSStudierenden eventuelle Defizite aufzeigen und sie ermutigen, vor
ihrer Abreise nach Berlin weitere Deutschkurse zu absolvieren.
Eine Möglichkeit, vor Beginn des Studienaufenthaltes an der
Freien Universität Berlin weitere Deutschkurse zu belegen, ist das
Angebot von Deutsch-Uni Online www.deutsch-uni.com. Dabei
handelt es sich um interaktive online Selbstlernkurse.
ERASMUS-Studierende haben weiterhin die Möglichkeit, in den
Ferien vor dem Beginn des Auslandsstudiums, einen
kostenpflichtigen Intensivsprachkurs an der Freien Universität

entsprechend den Vorgaben ihrer Heimatuniversität frei aus dem
gesamten
Kursangebot
wählen.
Der
Fachbereich
Rechtswissenschaft lässt ERASMUS-Studierenden bei der
Zusammenstellung ihrer Kurse freie Wahl. Es müssen keine
Pflichtkurse besucht und keine Mindestanzahl an ECTS-credits
erworben werden. Jede und jeder ERASMUS-Studierende kann
damit selbst entscheiden, welche und wie viele Kurse absolviert
werden. Maßgeblich sind die Regelungen der jeweiligen
Heimatuniversität. ERASMUS-Studierende sollen den größten Teil
ihres Studienprogramms in deutscher Sprache absolvieren. Neben
den Kursen in deutscher Sprache können 1 - 2 Veranstaltungen
pro Semester aus unserem fremdsprachigen Kursangebot gewählt
werden.

Allgemeine Informationen
Die Humboldt Universität zu Berlin wurde 1810 gegründet. Schon
1911/12 war sie eine Bildungs- und Forschungseinrichtung mit
internationaler Ausrichtung. Derzeit sind etwa 35'000 Studierende
immatrikuliert, davon kommen über 13% aus dem Ausland. An der
Juristischen Fakultät sind gegenwärtig ca. 3'500 Studentinnen und
Studenten immatrikuliert. Sie gehört zu den ältesten Fakultäten der
Humboldt Universität und ist heute im Gebäudekomplex

In der Abteilung für Internationale Angelegenheiten gibt es ein
vielseitiges Betreuungsprogramm. Es bietet zu Beginn jedes
Semesters eine Einführungsveranstaltung an, die Ihnen den
Studienstart erleichtern soll.

Universität erfolgt über ein Onlineverfahren. Vor Beginn des

Innerhalb des Onlineverfahrens besteht die Möglichkeit sich einen
Platz im Studentenwohnheim zu sichern, sowie sich für einen
Intensivsprachkurs vor Beginn des Semesters anzumelden.
Derzeit ist ein Semesterbeitrag von ca. 282 € an die Universität zu
zahlen (geringfügige Änderungen können jährlich auftreten), darin
enthalten sind ein Beitrag zur studentischen Selbstverwaltung,
zum Studentenwerk und mit dem größten Anteil das
Semesterticket für Berlin.
Unterbringung
Die Abteilung für Internationale Angelegenheiten ist bei der
Wohnungssuche behilflich.
Die Preise der Wohnheime liegen zwischen 120 und 220 u.
Wohnheime in der Nähe der Universität gibt es kaum.
Programmstudierende der Humboldt Universität erhalten vom
Studentenwerk Wohnheimplätze im Ostteil der Stadt, d.h. in den
Stadtteilen Lichtenberg, Marzahn und Hohenschönhausen. Mit
Abschluss des Mietvertrages ist man drei Monate an den Vertrag
gebunden. Es ist in Berlin aber auch relativ einfach einen Platz in
einer Wohngemeinschaft zu finden. Es gibt auch eine

Anmeldung bei der Meldestelle
Nach der Einreise und innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Bezug der
Wohnung müssen Sie sich bei einer Meldestelle (bei den
Bezirksämtern) melden.
Das Formular “Anmeldung bei der Meldebehörde” gibt es in jedem
Schreibwarenladen, weitere Unterlagen die Sie brauchen sind Ihr
Pass und der Mietvertrag.
Krankenversicherung
Bei
der
Immatrikulation
und
bei
der
Beantragung
einer

Aufenthaltsgenehmigung müssen Sie eine Krankenversicherung
nachweisen.
Internationale Studierende aus einem Staat, mit dem ein
Sozialversicherungsabkommen besteht (EU-Staaten, Schweiz
u.a.) wenden sich mit einer gültigen Anspruchsbescheinigung des
ausländischen Versicherungsträgers an eine gesetzliche
Krankenkasse ihrer Wahl in Deutschland, um die vorhandene
Krankenversicherung anerkennen zulassen. Studierende die in
ihrem Heimatland eine private Krankenversicherung haben,
können sich bei einer gesetzlichen -Krankenkasse ihrer Wahl
pflichtversichern
lassen

einen
Befreiungsnachweis
beantragen.
“Orbis Humboldtianus”
Der Internationale Club der Abteilung für Internationale
Angelegenheiten “Orbis Humboldtianus” bietet verschiedene
Veranstaltungen mit internationalem Charakter an. Gern besuchter
Treffpunkt für alle Studierende ist der Internationale Stammtisch an
jedem 1. Donnerstag im Monat. Darüber hinaus gibt es in den
Räumlichkeiten eine Infothek mit zwei PCs zur Internetrecherche.

È richiesta una conoscenza della lingua italiana tale da poter
partecipare attivamente alle lezioni e ai seminari.

Gli studenti possono iscriversi ai corsi di italiano nel semestre di
arrivo all’Università di Bologna. È possibile iscriversi ad un solo
corso di italiano nell’arco di un anno accademico.
Per iscriversi ai corsi di italiano è necessario:

Durante l’anno accademico saranno organizzati anche corsi di

Durata del soggiorno di studio a Bologna
Il soggiorno degli studenti può essere di un semestre o di un anno
accademico, sulla base di quanto previsto dall’accordo bilaterale
stipulato dalle due università. Gli studenti che arrivano a Bologna
nel I semestre o per l’intero anno, devono presentarsi:
– la prima settimana di settembre se intendono seguire i corsi di
lingua italiana;
– l’ultima settimana di settembre se non intendono seguire i corsi
di lingua italiana.

Gli esami del I semestre cominciano con una sessione straordinaria
in dicembre, dove è prevista una sola data per ogni appello. La
possibilità di usufruire della sessione straordinaria (riservata agli
studenti della Scuola in debito di esami) è demandata al giudizio
dei singoli docenti dei corsi del primo semestre, i quali potranno
decidere se accettare gli studenti stranieri che ne facciano
richiesta.
A Natale ci sono due settimane di vacanza.
La sessione d’esami ordinaria inizia il 7 gennaio e finisce il 21
febbraio (con tre date per ogni appello).
Gli studenti del 2o semestre devono presentarsi:
– l’ultima settimana di gennaio se intendono seguire i corsi di
lingua italiana
– l’ultima settimana di febbraio se non intendono seguire i corsi di
lingua italiana.
Coordinatore
Gli studenti devono concordare il programma di studio (Learning
Agreement) con il referente dello scambio Erasmus. Per

Hier erhalten Sie das Anmeldeformular für Gaststudierende und einen
Zahlschein über gegenwärtig 192,60 €. Dieser Betrag ist von allen
Studierenden der Universität Bremen zu bezahlen (hiesige Studierende
zahlen zusätzlich eine Verwaltungsgebühr von 50 €).
Dabei handelt es sich um den Beitrag zum Studentenwerk (die Gebühr für die
Nutzung der sozialen Einrichtungen der Universität), den Beitrag zur
studentischen Selbstverwaltung (ASTA), und um die Kosten des
Semestertickets.
Das Semesterticket berechtigt zur Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel
innerhalb Bremens und des Großraums Bremen einschließlich z.B. Hamburg,
Hannover und Cuxhaven.
Unterbringung
Das International Office ist bemüht, den Erasmus/Tempus-Studierenden bei
der Wohnungssuche zu helfen. Wenn Sie sich im Online-Formular für die
Vermittlung registrieren, erhalten Sie ein Angebot entweder für ein Zimmer im
Studentenwohnheim oder eine private Unterkunft. Dieser Service steht Ihnen

einmalig nach Ihrer Registrierung zur Verfügung.

Anmelden bei der Meldestelle der Stadt Bremen
Alle Menschen, die in Deutschland wohnen, müssen bei der Meldestelle
angemeldet sein.

Ihren Personalausweis oder Reisepass.
Sie erhalten dann eine Meldebestätigung, die Sie später bei der
Ausländerbehörde vorlegen müssen. Auch für die Ausstellung des
Benutzerausweises der Bibliothek benötigen Sie die Meldebestätigung.
Die Meldestelle befindet sich im Service Center “BSU” auf dem Campus der
Universität. EU-Bürger sollten sich möglichst bald nach der Einreise bei der
ebenfalls dort befindlichen Ausländerbehörde melden. Bürger aus den mittelund osteuropäischen Ländern müssen ihr Visum verlängern, falls dieses nur

für einen kurzen Zeitraum ausgestellt wurde.
Krankenversicherung
Bei einer der Krankenversicherungen tauschen Sie das Versicherungsformular
E 111 aus Ihrem Heimatland in eine Krankenversicherungsbescheinigung um.
Mit dieser Bescheinigung und Ihrem Einzahlungsbeleg kehren Sie dann in das
Studentensekretariat zurück.
Erasmus-Orientierungskurs
Am Anfang eines jeden Semesters (ca. 1. Oktober bzw. 1. April) bietet die
Universität Bremen einen Orientierungskurs für Erasmus-Studierende an. Der
Kurs soll Sie mit Ihrem Studienort Bremen vertraut machen. Die genauen
Daten werden den Studenten vom International Office mitgeteilt.
Hier werden Sie auch erstmals die Erasmus-Initiative der Universität Bremen
kennen lernen. Diese Initiative besteht aus einer Gruppe deutscher
Studentinnen und Studenten, die genau wie Sie im Rahmen eines EUProgramms ein Semester oder ein Studienjahr im Ausland verbracht haben
und sich seit ihrer Rückkehr voller Elan um die Interessen der ausländischen
Studierenden kümmern. Deshalb organisieren sie das ganze Jahr über
Freizeitangebote für Stipendiat(inn)en, die in Bremen zu Gast sind. Außerdem
stehen sie Ihnen in vielen anderen Fällen jederzeit als Ansprechpartner zur
Verfügung.
Falls Sie an dem Einführungskurs teilnehmen möchten, geben Sie dies bitte in
dem Anmeldeformular zur Teilnahme am Erasmus/Tempus-Studium an.
Bibliothek
Um Bücher aus der Universitätsbibliothek auszuleihen, benötigen Sie einen
Bibliotheksausweis. Diesen erhalten Sie unter Vorlage Ihres Passes, der

Law has been taught at Exeter for over 75 years. The School of
Law with around 40 staff members including 8 professors has a
vibrant, cosmopolitan atmosphere. Currently there are around 600
students, a significant number of whom come from Europe and
elsewhere overseas, working towards various undergraduate and
postgraduate qualifications. The Exeter Law School is very popular
with English students who come to Exeter from all over the country
and admission to the degree courses is very competitive.
It is located in the Amory Building, on one of the most attractive
campuses in Britain, and only a few minutes’ walk from the centre
of a city rated one of the best places to live in the UK. In addition,
the proximity of the beaches, moorland and countryside rank
Devon and Cornwall among Europe’s top tourist -destinations.
The Lasok Law Library is located in the newly renovated University
Library Building, part of the new Forum development, opened by
the Queen in May 2012. It has allocated areas for private study,
and is well equipped with public computer terminals to facilitate
access to the increasing amount of legal information being made
available on-line. It is also a European Documentation Centre.

INFORMAZIONI GENERALI
Iscrizioni
Per frequentare i corsi fiorentini, è necessario farsi rilasciare dalla
propria Università una attestazione che certifichi sia l’iscrizione
presso la medesima per l’anno accademico in corso, sia il
conseguimento di una borsa Erasmus per lo stesso anno.
Ai fini del rilascio del permesso di soggiorno, occorrono inoltre:
– quattro foto formato tessera;
– una fotocopia del passaporto (compreso il visto, se richiesto);
– la tessera sanitaria europea o il modulo “E 111”, se rilasciato
dalle autorità sanitarie svizzere, ovvero copia di una polizza di
assicurazione sanitaria valida in Italia. Tale polizza potrà essere
stipulata anche con compagnie assicuratrici italiane;
– una dichiarazione ufficiale che mostri che lo studente usufruisce
di una borsa dell’Unione Europea nell’ambito del programma
Erasmus e un documento che mostri che lo studente dispone di
sufficienti mezzi finanziari per coprire le proprie spese in Italia
(copia di un estratto-conto bancario o fotocopia di una carta di
credito);
– una fotocopia della proposta di mobilità dello studente firmata
sia dal Delegato Erasmus della propria Facoltà che da quello
della Scuola di Giurisprudenza di Firenze.
Adempimenti amministrativi
All’arrivo a Firenze, per gli adempimenti amministrativi è
necessario presentarsi al Servizio relazioni internazionali della
Scuola di Giurisprudenza (lunedì e mercoledì 9-13, martedì 1516.30). Successivamente lo studente deve andare alla Sportello
Erasmus di Novoli (lunedì e giovedì dalle 10.00 alle 13.00, martedì
dalle 15.00 alle 17.000). Questo ufficio, procederà all'iscrizione
amministrativa dello studente l’Università degli Studi di Firenze per
l’anno accademico in corso e rilascerà il libretto dello studente,
necessario per la prima registrazione degli esami, e per accedere,
con il numero di matricola e la password, ai servizi offerti agli
studenti (accesso alla biblioteca; iscrizione via internet agli esami,
mensa, etc.).

L’Azienda Regionale per il Diritto allo Studio Universitario di
Firenze offre un numero molto limitato di camere riservate agli
studenti rientranti programmi di scambio. Il loro costo è di circa 15
euro al giorno. L’assegnazione delle camere si basa unicamente

Calendario accademico
I corsi sono tenuti in lingua italiana, con l’eccezione di un ristretto
numero di materie impartite interamente in lingua inglese:
International Law (9 crediti CFU), European Social Law (6 crediti
CFU), Comparative Legal Systems 86 crediti CFU), Introduction to

Italian Legal Culture (6 crediti CFU). I corsi, della durata di 40 (6
crediti CFU), 60 ore (9 crediti CFU) 80 ore (12 CFU) hanno una
durata semestrale, con l'esclusione di Diritto processuale penale,
Diritto processuale civile e Diritto del lavoro (che si svolgono nei
due semestri per un totale di 100 ore e 15 CFU), e si tengono
presso i locali del Polo delle Scienze Sociali. Le lezioni del primo
semestre iniziano in genere il terzo lunedì di settembre e
terminano nella seconda settimana di dicembre. I corsi del
secondo semestre iniziano il 1° di marzo e si concludono in
maggio. Al termine di ogni semestre si tengono tre appelli di esame
più due appelli di recupero. Gli esami si svolgono prevalentemente
in forma orale. Le vacanze di Natale sono di circa due settimane,
quelle pasquali iniziano il giovedì prima di Pasqua e terminano il
mercoledì successivo. Altri giorni di festa sono: 6 gennaio, 25
aprile, 1° maggio, 2 giugno, 1° novembre, 8 dicembre.

Founded in 1531 during the reign of Charles V, the University of
Granada has always been an excellent example of historic,
intellectual and cultural tradition since its foundation for almost 500
years ago. From the beginning, the university has proved to have
an influence on the social environment of the city, in that it has
become an independent educational centre and one of the most
important learning centres among the main European universities.
Currently, the University has seven campuses which demonstrate
the great diversity of the university and guarantee a wide range of
visual effects, from the oldest to the most modern architecture.
Training courses at the University of Granada are the widest in
Europe, which explains the high number of students (more than
70,000). A significant percentage of them are students from foreign
universities.
PRACTICAL INFORMATIONS
International students who are enrolled in undergraduate or
postgraduate Studies at Universities with which the UGR has a
bilateral agreement, may enrol at the UGR one semester or the full
academic year.
- The International students must apply for a student visa. Students
should consult the nearest Spanish consulate in their country and
ask for the required documents and forms.
- The International Relations Office of the University of Granada is
located at Cuesta del Hospicio s/n, 18071 Granada. You need to
be registered there in order to obtain your student card. The
documents required by the ORI to prepare the student card are:

At the Modern Language Centre (CLM) of the University of
Granada are the prestigious Spanish Courses for Foreigners
(Hispanic Studies Courses, Spanish Language and Culture
Courses, Spanish Intensive Courses, and Spanish Language and
Culture Intensive Courses) taught as well as foreign language
courses (English, French, Italian, German, Arabic, Chinese,
Modern Greek, Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian and
Swedish).
HEALTH INSURANCE
Students from the EU who have access to the public health system
in their home country, should bring the European Health Insurance
Card or the European Health Certificate. This card will entitle you
to receive necessary health benefits during a temporary stay in any
of the countries of the EU or European Economic Area. You should
hand in this card as the health centre nearest to you.

Students from countries outside of the European Community
(International Mobility Programs) will have to rely on their own
medical insurance.
Students coming through “Bilateral Agreements” should bring the
appropriate forms from their respective countries and apply at the
health center closest to home.

Grenoble et son campus
Grenoble bénéficie d’une position géographique exceptionnelle au
cœur de l’Europ en région Rhône-Alpes. Carrefour important entre

Choix des cours
Pour établir ou modifier vos choix de cours, vous pourrez vous

Attention, les cours correspondant au niveau « Undergraduate »
seront dans la rubrique « Licences ».
Quelques cours de Master peuvent être accessibles aux étudiants
venant de l’international. Si vous désirez suivre des cours de
niveau Master, première année, votre demande doit être spécifiée
clairement sur votre dossier de candidature.

demande de logement pour votre séjour en France auprès du
Service du logement de l’Université de Grenoble.
Votre demande de logement en ligne doit être remplie

The University of Groningen has a long academic tradition
extending back to 1614, which makes Groningen the oldest
university in the Netherlands after Leiden. It is a university with its
own character, modern and international, where work is being
carried out at the frontiers of knowledge. The University of

modern city of about 190’000 inhabitants.
The Faculty of Law of the University of Groningen offers the entire

Eine Woche vor Vorlesungsbeginn führt das Akademische
Auslandsamt eine Orientierungsveranstaltung für ausländische
Studierende durch. Ziel dieser Veranstaltung ist es, die Teilnehmer
mit dem Studium an der Universität und den Lebensverhältnissen
am Studienort bekannt zu machen. Die Teilnahme an der
Orientierungsveranstaltung wird dringend empfohlen.

mit dem Zulassungsbescheid verschickt.

At the University of Helsinki teaching and research is carried out in eleven
faculties, representing the fields of theology, law, medicine, arts, science,
pharmacy, biosciences, behavioral sciences, social sciences, agriculture and
forestry and veterinary medicine. There are about 35000 degree students at
the university. The University of Helsinki is bilingual, with instruction and
services offered in both Finnish and Swedish, the second national language of
Finland. There is also a large variety of courses and programmes taught in
English. The number of international students is currently around 2500.
At the Faculty of Law there are about 2300 students studying towards law
degrees. There are two research institutes in the faculty: the Erik Castrén
Institute of International Law and Human Rights (ECI) and the Institute of
International Economic Law (KATTI). The faculty hosts also a Center of
Excellence in Foundations of European Law Polity Research and several
Graduate Schools like Law in a Changing World (LCW). The faculty offers a
two-year International Master´s Degree Programme in International Business
Law and Public International Law which is conducted fully in English. The
Faculty offers about 60 courses taught in English each academic year.
Annually the faculty hosts about 120 international exchange students and the
same number of Finnish law students go abroad for student exchange. More

Academic Calendar
The academic year at the University of Helsinki consists of two terms. Classes
are taught during the autumn term from the beginning of September to lateDecember and during the spring term from the beginning of January until the
end of May. There are no exam periods, but exams are usually at the end of

L’Université Galatasaray est la dernière étape de l’histoire d’un
établissement d’enseignement et d’éducation vieux de plus de 500
ans. L’établissement Galatasaray d’aujourd’hui a été fondé à
l’origine en 1481 par le Sultan Beyazıd II sous l’appellation ‘Galata
Sarayı’ comme Ecole du Palais, ou « Enderun », destinée à
former les cadres de l’Empire. Devenue lycée bilingue en 1868
sous le Sultan Abdülaziz, l’institution a pris le nom de « Mekteb-i
Sultani», Lycée Impérial Ottoman. En 1874, le lycée fut augmenté
de trois hautes écoles de niveau universitaire, Droit, Littérature et
Génie, réunies sous l’appellation de Haute Ecole Impériale,
« Mekteb-i Aliye-i Sultaniye », ensemble qui devint officiellement
en 1877 l’ « Université Impériale », « Darülfünun-u Sultaniye ».
Par la suite, dans le nouveau régime républicain, le Lycée a
continué sa fonction comme lycée de République et pris le nom de
Galatasaray Lisesi, Lycée de Galatasaray.
C’est en 1992 que fut fondée par un accord franco-turc l’Université
Galatasaray, qui réunit dans le même ensemble intégré
l’université proprement dite, avec ses cinq facultés et ses deux
instituts, le lycée et l’école primaire. L’Université Galatasaray est,
comme le lycée de Galatasaray, un établissement public. Les
cours y sont dispensés en français ou en turc selon la spécificité
des matières ; les étudiants suivent également un enseignement
en anglais pour maintenir ou développer leur compétence dans
cette langue.
La mission de l'Université Galatasaray est de former, à la lumière
des valeurs universelles et des principes d’Atatürk, des jeunes
gens nécessaires à la société nationale de Turquie, et plus
généralement à l’humanité, attachés aux principes fondamentaux
et spécifiques de la République, et principalement aux principes
contemporains de laïcité et de démocratie, pouvant répondre aux

nécessités du 21ème siècle, ayant le sens des responsabilités et
un profond dévouement pour la société, rationnels, tolérants,
critiques, constructifs et créatifs, dotés de connaissance et de

L’étudiant va suivre un cours de turc de 4 heures par semaine.
Les horaires de ce cours seront fixés une fois que tous les
étudiants d’échanges LLP-Erasmus seront inscrits.
4 – Une fois que l’étudiant est inscrit à l’université, il doit se faire
enregistrer au service d’Etat civil du consulat de son pays.

obtenir la carte de séjour et sera obligé de quitter la Turquie tous
les trois mois.

Logement
Malheureusement l'Université Galatasaray ne possède pas de
campus. Par contre, sur les panneaux de la Scolarité et au bureau
des Relations Internationales, il peut y avoir des petites annonces
d'appartements à partager. Les membres du club Erasmus
possèdent leurs propres moyens et se chargent de vous trouver
un logement convenable.

L’Université catholique de Louvain, la plus grande université d’expression
française de Belgique, est une institution privée, financée par l’Etat. Elle
constitue un centre international d’enseignement et de recherche depuis 1425.

Jusqu’en 1968, l’université était une institution unitaire bilingue établie à

Logement
Trois types de logement existent: les logements gérés par les services des
logements de l’Université, les logements gérés par les sociétés privées et les
logements chez l’habitant.
Les logements universitaires et ceux des sociétés privées sont situés dans des

L’Université de Paris, fondée au XIIe siècle, comprenait une faculté de droit
qui, à partir du XVIIIe siècle, se situait Place du Panthéon, en plein centre du
quartier latin.
L’Université Panthéon-Assas, une des universités créées après les réformes
de 1969, est l’une des héritières de la faculté de droit. Son siège se trouve 12,

391 rue de Vaugirard, pour les cours de 1re année de 1er cycle.
Avec un corps enseignant de quelque 300 membres et 18000 étudiants
inscrits, dont 14% d’étudiants étrangers de 110 nationalités, Paris II enseigne

et décerne dans ces disciplines les diplômes de niveau Licence et Master. Elle
comprend nombre d’instituts spécialisés d’enseignement et de recherche. Le
Pôle Langues enseigne l’allemand, l’anglais, l’espagnol, l’italien et le russe,
comme complément des études fondamentales.
Depuis la rentrée 2005, Panthéon-Assas a introduit le système LMD. Les
cours de niveau Master 2 (c’est-à-dire la dernière année de Master) ne sont
néanmoins pas encore accessibles aux étudiants en programmes d’échange.
Ceux-ci pourront choisir leurs cours dans des programmes de la 1 re à la
4e année d’études.

Logement
Se loger à Paris pour trois, quatre ou cinq mois est difficile. Le prix moyen
d’une “chambre chez l’habitant” est de 500 € à 600 € par mois, le prix d’un petit
studio est de 600 € à 800 €. La grande majorité des logeurs demande, en
outre, au moins un mois de dépôt de garantie.
Panthéon-Assas offre un nombre de places limité en résidence universitaire

Sapienza was founded by Pope Boniface VIII in 1303 as Studium
Urbis - the University of Rome. Today, with 145,000 students, it is
the first university in Europe as to the number of students. Many of
the 145,000 students attending the University come from abroad:
there are more than 5,000 foreign students and incoming and
outgoing Erasmus students are about 1,000 per year. There are
more than 4,500 professors and the administrative and technical
staff counts approximately 5,000 people. Sapienza is a city within a
city. The decentralisation process, started in 1999, has led to the
creation of five Confederate Universities including 21 faculties and
over 100 departments.

In this page you will find some information about the steps to be
taken before students’ arrival, after their enrolment and on
departure: documents, administrative procedures to follow
concerning the enrolment, permit of stay and accommodation.

Documents requested for students’ registration (to obtain

Learning agreement: this document will be preliminary signed at
home university. The timetable of courses will be published in late
September at each Faculty’s website. Should students need help
to choose their study programme at Sapienza, they can contact

On-line Application Form
Students will receive, by e-mail, a login code which allows them to
register on-line.
Two copies of that Application Form with Institutional stamp and
signature, in addition to a hard copy of the latest transcript of
records, must be sent to the receiving Faculty in order to acquire
the authorisation to enrol at the University of Rome "La Sapienza"
(addresses where to send these forms are available on the web
page http://www.uniroma1.it/europrog/erasmus/raef-eng.php).
Application deadlines
The above mentioned original documents should reach the
receiving Faculties before:
June 30th for the 1st semester and full academic year
November 30th for the 2nd semester
Enrolment in the free Italian language courses: important note
Only after having filled in the section regarding the Italian
Language courses of the on-line Application Form and only after
having attended the placement test at Sapienza, the Incoming
students will be considered officially enrolled on these courses.
The deadlines for enrolling in the placement test are:
June 30th, for the 1st semester and full academic year
November 30th, for the 2nd semester
Please note that students with a beginner level of the Italian
language are suggested to enrol in the intensive courses starting in
September (60 hours), these courses usually take place before the
start of the Institutional courses in many of our Faculties.

Accommodation
Students coming to Rome must look for a room in the private
market. Erasmus students looking for accommodation in Rome will
find helpful advice by contacting the Erasmus Student Network in
Rome (see the contact details: [email protected], www.esnroma.it). Among other sources we can mention: “RoomSwapping”
with other students, flat-share notices on the boards around the
Campus and at the receiving Faculties, local newspapers for
adverts or Estate Agents or the Local Tourist Authorities,
magazines as “Porta Portese” which is issued on Tuesday and
Friday (www.portaportese.it –click on “Immobiliare” and then
“Affitto-Subaffitto”); “Wanted in Rome” an advertising guide to
Rome and Italy published every two weeks and on sale at

Prices for a private room in an apartment, shared with other
students, range from a minimum of 350,00/400,00 to a maximum
of 500,00/550,00 euros per month (these indications derive from a
study of ads published on newspapers and websites, and please
note that you will be required to pay a deposit of one to three
months’ rent when you start renting the room).
During your first days in Rome while looking for a room, you can
find an accommodation at youth hostels, Bed & Breakfast,
Residences and Hotels (information on www.turismoroma.it).

UNIVERSITÉ DE SHEFFIELD
Founded in 1899, the School of Law is one of the oldest
departments of Sheffield University. Counting more than
1500 students, the Faculty welcomes more than 200 European
and international students. There are over 80 full-time staff in the
School of Law, including 9 professors. The School also employs a
number of part-time teachers. The main campus is in the leafy
west of the city, just two minutes’ walk from the law school.
Socially, there are plenty of student societies and the International
Students’ Bureau in the Students’ Union.
The research work is clustered around five research areas :
– Sheffield’s Institute of Biotechnology, Law and Ethics (SIBLE) is
an interdisciplinary institute with an international reputation for
research on legal and ethical aspects of biotechnology and the
biosciences. SIBLE is a university wide centre with members from
law, medicine, biomolecular science, tissue engineering and
developmental biology. SIBLE's seminar series and the
postgraduate LLM in Biotechnology Law and Ethics programme
play a leading role in fostering interdisciplinary reflection and
exchange.
– Institute for Commercial Law Studies (ICLS). The aim of the
Institute is to stimulate and provide a focus for academic and
applied research in Commercial Law in the broad sense and thus
to contribute to the development of a body of knowledge about,
and understanding of, Commercial Law. The Institute is interested
in all aspects of research into commercial law, including doctrinal,
applied, socio-legal and empirical. "Commercial Law" is defined
broadly for our purposes, to include most, if not all, aspects of the
law relating to commercial and business activity.
– The Centre for Criminological Research (CCR) is the focal point
for criminology and criminal justice at the University of Sheffield,
one of Britain's main research-led universities. It has just
celebrated its 30th anniversary, being one of the four original
criminological centres of excellence in the UK. Reaching across
the university to bring together experts from a wide-range of
excellent departments, it forms a multi-disciplinary Centre

conducting high quality research about key criminological
subjects. Building its international profile, the Centre encourages
leading scholars from other countries to be visitors and welcomes
postgraduate research students. A strong seminar series and
conference programme is organised, creating a lively context to
stimulate debate and to disseminate research findings to as wide
an audience as possible.
– Sheffield Centre for International and European Law (SCIEL). In
an increasingly globalised world, law and legal issues often have a
dimension that is not confined by national boundaries. Research in
the Centre focuses on the global and European aspects of legal
issues, and more broadly draws on the School’s strengths in many
forms of International, European and Comparative Law to consider
the wider implications of current problems.
– The Centre for the Study of Law in Society (CLIS) is the focal point
for socio-legal research at the University of Sheffield. The Centre’s
main aim is to operate as an inclusive group, encouraging and
supporting the research of a diverse range of scholars. As a multidisciplinary research network, CLIS undertakes theoretical and
applied work, contributing at the highest levels to socio-legal
knowledge and policy development. The Centre has around 22
members and undertakes collaborative research projects, on a
variety of International and European law themes with individuals
and institutions.

Originellement, l’Université de Szeged a été établie dans la ville de Kolozsvár
en 1872 et a déménagé à Szeged après la première guerre mondiale.
Devenue ainsi ville universitaire dans les années 1920, l’Université de Szeged
n’a cessé de se développer jusqu’à devenir un des centres scientifiques et
artistiques de pointe. L’université servit de centre de formation à de grandes
figures de la littérature hongroise comme le poète Attila József. C’est aussi le
lieu où le scientifique Albert Szent-Györgyi a fait les recherches sur la vitamine
C, qui lui ont valu le Prix Nobel. De même, d'après le classement mondial des
universités du monde de l'université de Shanghaï Jiao Tong, l’Université de
Szeged a été reconnue comme la meilleure université de Hongrie.
Les douze facultés que comprend l’Université contribuent ainsi à créer un des
espaces les plus vibrants et les plus réputés de l’enseignement supérieur
hongrois.
Szeged, appelée parfois la ville du soleil, est située près de la frontière sud de
la Hongrie, sur les bords de la rivière Tisza. Cette ville est le centre culturel et
économique du sud-est de la Hongrie, autrefois un centre monastique
médiéval. La région comporte d’importants sites archéologiques.
L’université est formée de douze facultés, et compte à peu près 30'000
étudiants, dont environ 3'500 à la Faculté de droit. Les objectifs de l’Université
sont de répondre aux besoins sociaux et économiques de la société
hongroise, d’élargir et de renforcer sa dimension européenne au niveau de la

Founded in 1636, Utrecht University (UU) is today the largest university in the
Netherlands, with some 29'000 students and more than 8'000 members of
staff. The UU welcomes about 1'900 foreign students a year.
The Utrecht University School of Law is one of the largest law faculties in the
Netherlands: it has almost 4000 students and a teaching staff of about 400.
The Utrecht School of Law is part of the Faculty of Law, Economics and
Governance, and is one of the two faculties that remained located in the
characteristic centre of the city of Utrecht. All departments of the Utrecht
School of Law are located within walking distance.
At present, the Utrecht University School of Law has six departments: Institute
of Fiscal Law; Institute of International, Social and Economic Public Law;
Molengraaff Institute of Private and Notarial Law; Institute of Legal Theory;
Institute of Constitutional and Administrative Law; Willem Pompe Institute of
Criminal Law and Criminology. Two new schools have been established in
recent years: The Utrecht School of Economics and the Utrecht School of
Governance. These three schools form the Faculty.
When students have chosen the Utrecht University School of Law (and are
selected by Geneva) for their exchange, they must fill out an online application
form. Forms can be filled out online, upon receipt by Utrecht University of the
names and addresses of the prospective exchange students that are sent by
the coordinator in Geneva. As soon as the International Office has received the
name(s) of the nominated student(s), the International Office will inform the
student(s) about the procedures. All information about the exchange
programme and about the application procedure can be found at

The International Office will also inform you about course registration. Make
sure that the Learning Agreement is sent back at least before the deadline
given in the form!
At the start of each semester an orientation programme is organised for newcomers during which information will be given about the Utrecht University
School of Law, registration procedures, the law library, residence permits, etc.

Accommodation
When applying for the Exchange Programme, it’s also possible to apply for
housing in Utrecht. See www.uu.nl/housing for more Information. This site
provides an overview of housing possibilities in Utrecht: SSH Short Stay (the
housing office) has reserved accommodation for exchange students (see
www.shortstaysolutions.nl). Since the housing situation is rather difficult in
Utrecht and the rooms that are available vary in quality, the International Office
advises students to apply for housing. Students can keep in mind that the
School of Law is located in the city centre and not on the Uithof Campus! A
room usually costs between 375-450 € each month. Please make sure that
you are aware of the Terms and Conditions before you register!

Europe. In fact, the municipal magistrates of Valencia passed the
University Regulations on 30th of April in 1499. In 1501, the Pope
Alexandre VI signed the approval bill and one year later Fernando
II “el Católico” promulgated the royal mandatory sanction. Within
its 500 years of history the University of Valencia has widened its
fields of study to now offer courses in almost all areas of
knowledge. The University places at the forefront of its objectives
the high quality of its teaching and research. Moreover, the
University of Valencia has great international presence as it is
committed to keeping and establishing links with universities all

The Faculty of Law has around 6000 students, 400 lecturers, and
60 people working as administrative staff. It offers 3 degrees:

Practical informations
The following documents will be required at arrival:
– Enrolment certificate from the university of origin;
– Certificate issued from your home institution stating that you are
an Erasmus student;
– Passport or Identity Card;
- 2 passport photographs;
- Photocopy of form E-111 or E-128 of the National Insurance
(Social Security) or medical insurance policy.
Erasmus students will be registered at the International Relations
Office of the Universitat de València (Avda. Blasco Ibáñez, 10)
and they will be given a special student card which will entitle
them to the all services and rights which a student of the
Universitat de València has., and the certificate of arrival.
Once they’ve been registered at the International Relations Office
of the University of Valencia they must go to the International
Relations Office at the Faculty of Law (Campus
Tarongers/Naranjos), where they will be informed of the date and
time of the Meeting for Erasmus Students. This Meeting takes
place twice a year (first week of September and last week of
January) and is aimed at the providing of all necessary information
they may need, such as enrolment proceedings at the Faculty of
Law, assistance by the International Relations Office of the
Faculty of Law and Erasmus coordinator in the selection of
subjects, Spanish Language courses, etc.

Als ERASMUS-Student/in müssen Sie nicht um Zulassung zum Studium
ansuchen und sind von Studiengebühren befreit!
Kosten bei der Zulassung (Inskription): Für die Zulassung muss pro Semester
der ÖH-Beitrag in der Höhe von ca. 18 € vor der Zulassung bezahlt werden
(die Mitgliedschaft bei der Studierendenvertretung ist gesetzlich
vorgeschrieben). Nach der Einzahlung dauert es etwa eine Woche, bis Sie den
Studentenausweis, das Semesteretikett, das Studiendienbuch sowie 4
Inskriptionsbestätigungen erhalten.

Orientierungskurs
Um Ihnen den Prozess der Aufnahme zu erleichtern, veranstaltet das Büro für
Studierendenmobilität eine ORIENTATION (Einführungsveranstaltung).
Weiters soll dieses Treffen der Eingliederung in das studentische Leben an der
Universität Wien dienen sowie beim Herstellen sozialer Kontakte behilflich

Wahl der Vorlesungen
Die Auswahl der Vorlesungen hängt von der mit der Universität Wien
vereinbarten Studienrichtung ab. Sie können schon vor Ihrer Ankunft das

was angeboten wird, oder Ihren ERASMUS-Koordinator fragen. Das

Sprachkurse
Für das Studium an der Universität Wien ist für ERASMUS Studierende kein
Aufnahmetest erforderlich. Es wird jedoch erwartet, dass die Studierenden
entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse haben. Alle Lehrveranstaltungen werden
(mit wenigen Ausnahmen) in deutscher Sprache abgehalten. Falls Sie sich
sprachlich auf Ihren Aufenthalt vorbereiten wollen, können Sie sich für einen

Unterbringung
Der OeAD (Österreichische Austauschdienst), der die Unterbringung in
Studentenheimen organisiert, kann nicht garantieren, dass die Unterkunft
direkt in der Stadt, nahe der Universität Wien bzw. des “Juridicums” liegt. Aber
alle Studentenheime sind leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.
Generell gibt es zwei verschiedene Arten der Unterkunft: Studentenheime oder
Privatunterkünfte.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den OeAD (Österreichischer Austauschdienst) mit
der Reservierung eines Zimmers in einem Studierendenheim zu beauftragen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass vom OeAD pro Monat ein Verwaltungskostenbeitrag

in der Höhe von € 18,-- verrechnet wird und sich die Höhe der Kaution auf €
750,-- beläuft. Falls Sie schon vor Semesteranfang kommen wollen oder einen
Sprachkurs besuchen und daher früher ein Zimmer brauchen, können Sie dies
am Formular vermerken. Der OeAD wird sich bemühen, Ihren Zimmerwunsch
zu erfüllen. Es stehen in erster Linie 2-Bett-Zimmer zur Verfügung, auf Wunsch
werden aber auch bei Verfügbarkeit Einzelzimmer vergeben.
Die Kosten für Privatunterkünfte bewegen sich in Wien von 250 € monatlich
aufwärts. Sie können sich natürlich auch ein Zimmer/ Wohnung auf dem freien
Wohnungsmarkt suchen, die Mieten sind aber sehr hoch. In unserem Büro
liegt einer Liste mit Privatunterkünften auf.
Krankenversicherung
Vor Ihrer Abreise nach Wien sollten Sie sich vergewissern, ob Ihre
Krankenversicherung einen längeren Auslandsaufenthalt beinhaltet. Bei der
Krankenversicherungsanstalt in Ihrem Heimatland bekommen sie die
Europäische Krankenversicherungskarte (European Health Insurance Card,
EHIC). Damit können Sie in Österreich kostenlos einen Kassenarzt
konsultieren.
Anmeldebescheinigung (neue gesetzliche Regelung)
Seit dem 1. Jänner 2006 müssen sich alle EU/EWR und Schweizer
StaatsbürgerInnen, die sich länger als 3 Monate in Österreich aufhalten,
innerhalb von 4 Monaten nach Ankunft in Wien bei der Magistratsabteilung 35Einwanderung, anmelden und erhalten eine Anmeldebescheinigung. Für die
Anmeldebescheinigung braucht man neben dem Personalausweis oder
Reisepass, den Nachweis einer Krankenversicherung und den Nachweis über
ausreichende finanzielle Mittel (Bestätigung über Stipendium, eventuell
Bestätigung der Eltern, Kontoauszug…). Weitere Informationen bekommen Sie
im Büro für Mobilitätsprogramme.
