1 Product Overview
The FreeCom 5000 aviation headset with built-in hearing protection is supplied with generic ear
shells for immediate use. The purchase of this headset also entitles you to a pair of free custom
molded ear molds (with the exception of the cost of having your ear impressions made). The use
of these custom molds will bring even greater comfort and enhanced hearing protection.
The following information in this User Guide is based on the use of FreeCom 5000 with its
custom ear molds. To fit the supplied generic ear shells please refer to the “User Guide for
Assembly” document supplied with your headset.
FreeCom 5000 is ultra-lightweight and equipped with an acoustic filter, which attenuates
(dampens) the surrounding noise. Its integrated headset allows reliable and clear communication,
even in noisy environments.
The FreeCom 5000 system consists of two ear molds (for left and right ears). Each ear mold is
a hollow shell manufactured from clinical nylon and offers an unsurpassed level of comfort.
These molds are also long lasting, due to their outstanding resistance to chemical, mechanical
and thermal effects.
An earJackTM adapter, which contains the ear speaker, the boom microphone and the acoustic
attenuation filter, simply clicks into one of the ear molds. A second earJackTM adapter,
containing another acoustic filter, is clicked into the other ear mold. A cable then runs to
a Quick Disconnect (QD) connector, which is in turn plugged into a FreeCom Adapter (sold
separately), allowing you to connect your FreeCom 5000 to your aircraft’s audio panel.

2 Important User Information
uu Put on, adjust, clean and maintain your headset in accordance with these instructions;
otherwise, you may adversely impact the noise protection provided.
uu The ear molds are reusable. They should be inspected regularly for serviceability.
uu The material and design of the ear molds is long-lasting. Nevertheless, the shape of your
ear canal may change over time (e.g. if your body weight changes significantly). This could
adversely affect the sealing of the ear molds and thereby the provided attenuation.
uu For full protection, you must wear the ear molds correctly during all exposure to loud noise.
uu FreeCom 5000 is equipped with a built-in ear speaker for reproducing sound. Verify that
this feature is operating correctly before use and ensure that the sound emitted does not
exceed the values known to constitute a risk to hearing.
uu Certain chemical substances may be harmful to this product. Contact the manufacturer
for more information.
uu Hearing protection devices can block out warning sounds, alarms, and other important
signals. Always pay extra attention to your surroundings when wearing hearing protection.
uu Keep your clean FreeCom 5000 in the pouch provided before and after use, as well as during
transport. Store in a dry place at temperatures not below -20°C or above +60°C.
Your headset should not be used when there is a risk that the connecting cords
could become caught up during use.
Never use the device without the earJack™ adapters correctly inserted into
the custom-made ear molds. Verify that they are mounted according to these
instructions before use.

3 Instructions For Use
3.1 Wearing the system
uu The ear mold marked red is for your right ear, the ear mold marked blue is for your left ear.
uu Insert the ear mold into your outer ear with the opening pointing into your ear canal 1 .
uu Twist the ear mold slightly to insert it fully into your ear 2 . Ensure that it holds firmly in
your outer ear and forms a good seal 3 .
uu Adjust the boom microphone to sit within 1 cm of your mouth, close to your upper lip. Ensure
that the microphone sound inlet, marked with a white dot points towards your mouth 9 .
uu Set the output volume on the aircraft audio panel to the minimum level before connecting
the FreeCom 5000.
3.2 Removing the system
uu Hold the ear mold by the earJackTM and withdraw it carefully from your ear, using a slow
forward movement to avoid a rapid pressure drop.

Instructions For Use
uu Reconnect the earJack™ adapters into the ear molds by first hooking the lower hinge of
the earJack™ adapter into the mold 6 , then pushing the upper part firmly in until it clicks
i7 . By correctly mounting the adapter, you will ensure a tight seal and proper operation of
the headset's hearing protection.
4 Boom Microphone
The FreeCom 5000 is equipped with a boom microphone to pick up the user’s voice for
communication. The microphone has close-talk, directional characteristics to provide maximum
suppression of ambient noise. The earJack™ adapter that features the boom microphone can
be attached to either the left or right ear mold. When using FreeCom 5000 products in outdoor
environments, foam windscreens significantly reduce the wind noise generated by turbulence
around the microphone. A foam windscreen sleeve can be pulled over the microphone. Check
that the front microphone inlet (with the white dot on the microphone) still points toward the
mouth after mounting the sleeve.
3.3 Maintaining the system
4.1 Use / Mounting / Removing of windscreen
uu Dismount the earJack™ adapter from the ear mold by pressing the snap lock springs
together 4 and withdrawing the adapter, starting from the top 5 .
uu Clean and disinfect the ear molds with soap and water. Never use water or other liquid to
clean the earJack™ adapters or the boom microphone. Let ear molds dry fully before use.

uu To keep the windscreen in position, the boom microphone is equipped with a Velcro part 8 .
uu To mount the windscreen to, or remove it from, the boom microphone, lift the windscreen
over the Velcro part and pull it on or remove it from the microphone 8 .

The attenuation provided by FreeCom 5000 greatly reduces the impact of surrounding noise on
communication. When compared with a typical non-protection headset, the listening volume
of FreeCom 5000 can be set 20-30 dB lower.
Always adjust the audio panel's volume control to the minimum level required to understand
communications. Avoid listening at full volume over long periods of time, as this may result in
permanent hearing loss.

The Phonak FreeCom 5000 headset can be combined with a variety of Phonak FreeCom adapters for connecting to different aircraft audio panels 10 .
8 Handling the QD-connectors (Quick Disconnect)

9.1Communication
Problem:
uu Check that the headset's QD-connectors are connected correctly.
uuCheck that the headset's connector is inserted correctly in aircraft panel.
uuCheck that the aircraft panel volume controls are not set too low.
uuCheck the aircraft fuse of circuit breaker.
uuTry using the headset in a different headset socket.
uuDisconnect the QD-connectors and check for damage of connector or pins.
uuDisconnect the headset connector from aircraft panel and check for connector
or pin damage.
uu Try to use another headset. If the problem persists then it is probably aircraft
panel related. If you conclude it is a headset problem, contact an authorized
Phonak dealer.
The QD-connector is used to connect the Phonak FreeCom headset to the FreeCom Adapter. It
can be easily connected and disconnected, allowing a pilot to leave his/her seat without needing
to remove the headset or disconnect the FreeCom adapter from the aircraft's main panel.
uu To open: pull apart the connector housing (never pull on the cables!)
uu To close: the white markings on both connector housings must be aligned and then pushed
together
Do not turn on the cable screw jonts 11 .
Do not fold the cable 12 .
Never pull any connector by the cable! This may damage the cable and the connector
and cause communication problems 13 .

changes significantly). This could adversely affect the sealing of the ear molds
and thereby the attenuation provided.
Intermittent communication

The FreeCom 5000 should not be disposed of with household waste. To discard the FreeCom
5000 please take it to an approved collection site.
This hearing protection headset system also protects you against very short ‚impulse‘ noises,
such as eg. gun shots. Nevertheless the degree of protection achieved depends on the energy
of the noise in question and how often you are exposed to this noise.

According to “General conditions of sales and delivery”, the FreeCom 5000 warranty period

1 Produktübersicht
Das FreeCom 5000 Aviation Headset mit integriertem Gehörschutz wird mit generischen
Ohrschalen (linkes und rechtes Ohr), für die sofortige Anwendung, geliefert. Mit dem Kauf
dieses Headsets erhalten Sie ein Paar individuell angepasste Ohrschalen (linkes und rechtes Ohr).
Die Kosten für die Ohrabdrücke sind im Verkaufspreis nicht enthalten. Individuell angepasste
Ohrschalen verbessern zusätzlich den Tragekomfort und den Schutz Ihres Gehörs.
Die folgenden Informationen in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung basieren auf der Anwendung
von FreeCom 5000 mit den individuell angepassten Ohrschalen. Für die Anwendung der
mitgelieferten generischen Ohrschalen siehe beiliegende Anleitung "Gebrauchsanweisung für
das Zusammensetzen".
Das FreeCom 5000 ist sehr leicht und mit einem akustischen Filter ausgestattet, der den Umgebungslärm dämmt. Das Headset ermöglicht eine verlässliche und klare Kommunikation, selbst
in lauten Umgebungen.
Das FreeCom 5000 System beinhaltet zwei Ohrschalen (für das rechte und linke Ohr). Die
Ohrschalen sind aus klinischem Nylon hergestellte Hohlschalen und bieten einen bisher
unerreichten Tragekomfort. Dank ihrer außergewöhnlichen Resistenz gegen chemische,
mechanische und thermische Einflüsse sind diese Ohrschalen von hoher Lebensdauer.
Ein earJackTM Adapter mit Lautsprecher, Schwanenhalsmikrofon und akustischem Filter, wird
einfach in eine der Ohrschalen eingeklickt. Ein zweiter earJackTM Adapter, ebenfalls mit einem
akustischen Filter, wird in die andere Ohrschale eingeklickt. Ein Kabel führt zu einem QDStecker (Quick-Disconnector), der mit einem FreeCom Adapter (separat erhältlich) verbunden
ist. Dieser Adapter ermöglicht es Ihnen, Ihr FreeCom 5000 System mit dem Audio Panel Ihres
Fluggerätes zu verbinden.

uu Ihr Headset muss gemäß dieser Gebrauchsanweisung eingesetzt, angepasst, gereinigt und
gepflegt werden, andernfalls kann der verügbare Gerhörschutz beeinträchtigt werden.
uu Die Ohrschalen sind wieder verwendbar. Sie sollten regelmäßig auf die Betriebstauglichkeit
überprüft werden.
uu Das Material und Design der Ohrschalen ist langlebig. Ihr Ohrkanal kann sich aber im
Verlaufe der Zeit verändern (besonders wenn sich Ihr Gewicht stark verändert). Dies kann
die Abdichtung der Ohrschalen und damit die Dämmwirkung negativ beeinflussen.
uu Um eine optimalen Schutz zu gewährleisten, müssen Sie die Ohrschale immer tragen,
wenn Sie Lärm ausgesetzt sind.
uu FreeCom 5000 ist mit einem eingebauten Lautsprecher für die Klangwiedergabe
ausgestattet. Prüfen Sie vor der Nutzung dass dieser korrekt funktioniert und stellen Sie
sicher, dass die eingestellte Lautstärke nicht die bekannten Werte übersteigt, die Ihrem
Gehör Schaden zufügen könnten.
uu Bestimmte chemische Substanzen können diesem Produkt schaden. Kontaktieren Sie den

3.2 Herausnehmen des Systems
uu Halten Sie die Ohrschale am earJack™ und drehen Sie diese vorsichtig aus dem Ohr, indem
Sie eine langsame Drehung nach vorne ausführen, dadurch vermeiden Sie einen schnellen
Druckabfall.
3.3 Pflege des Systems

3.1 Tragen des Systems
uu Die rot markierte Ohrschale ist für das rechte Ohr, die blau markierte Ohrschale für das linke
Ohr bestimmt.
uu Setzen Sie die Ohrschale in Ihr Außenohr, mit der Öffnung Richtung Ohrkanal ein 1 .
uu Drehen Sie die Ohrschale leicht, um sie vollständig in Ihr Ohr 2 einzuführen. Die Ohrschale
muss fest im Ohr sitzen und dieses gut abschließen 3 .
uu Das Schwanenhalsmikrofon sollte 1 cm vom Mund, nahe an Ihrer Oberlippe, positioniert
werden. Die mit einem weissen Punkt markierte Mikrofonöffnung muss in die Richtung
Ihres Mundes gerichtet sein 9 .
uu Stellen Sie die Lautstärke des Flugzeug-Audio-Panels auf das Minimum ein, bevor Sie
FreeCom 5000 anschließen.
uu Entfernen Sie den earJack™ Adapter von der Ohrschale, indem Sie die Klammern zusammendrücken 4 und den Adapter von oben her 5 herausziehen.
uu Reinigen und Desinfizieren Sie die Ohrschale mit Wasser und Seife. Der earJack™ Adapter
und das Schwanenhalsmikrofon dürfen nie mit Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten gereinigt
werden. Die Ohrschalen müssen vor Wiedergebrauch vollständig trocken sein.
uu Fügen Sie die earJack™ Adapter wieder mit den Ohrschalen zusammen, indem Sie das
untere Gelenk des earJack™ Adapters in die Ohrschalen einhaken 6 und dann den oberen
Teil vorsichtig eindrücken 7 , bis es klickt. Das korrekte Einsetzen des Adapters garantiert
Ihnen eine sichere Abdichtung und eine korrekte Funktionsweise des im Headset integrierten Gehörschutzes.
4Schwanenhalsmikrofon
Das FreeCom 5000 ist mit einem Schwanenhalsmikrofon ausgestattet, das die Stimme des
Benutzers aufnimmt. Durch die nahe Position zum Mund und der Direktionalität bietet dieses
Mikrofon eine maximale Unterdrückung des Umgebungslärms. Der earJack™ Adapter mit dem

Schwanenhalsmikrofon kann entweder in die rechte oder linke Ohrschale eingeklickt werden.
Bei der Benutzung des FreeCom 5000 im Freien vermindert der Schaumstoff-Windschutz
beträchtlich Windgeräusche, die durch Turbulenzen um das Mikrofon entstehen. Der
Schaumstoff-Windschutz kann über das Mikrofon gestülpt werden. Achten Sie darauf, dass
die vordere Mikrofonöffnung (mit dem weißen Punkt auf dem Mikrofon) immer noch auf den
Mund gerichtet ist, nachdem die Hülle übergestülpt wurde.
4.1 Anwendung, Benutzung und Entfernen des Windschutzes
uu Um das Verrutschen des Windschutzes zu vermeiden, ist das Schwanenhalsmikrofon mit
einem Klettband ausgestattet 8 .
uu Zum montieren des Windschutzes auf das Mikrofon oder zum wieder entfernen, den
Windschutz über das Klettband anheben und darüber ziehen 8 .
6 Technische Daten
Die Dämmwerte für das FreeCom 5000 Headset sind in der unten stehenden Tabelle aufgeführt
(mit individuell angepassten Ohrschalen)

Die von FreeCom 5000 gebotene Dämmung vermindert die Störung von Umgebungsgeräuschen
auf die Kommunikation. Im Vergleich zu normalen Kopfhörern ohne Gehörschutz wird der
Schallpegel mit dem FreeCom 5000 um 20-30 dB reduziert.
Stellen Sie die Lautsprecherkontrolle des Audio-Panels immer auf die minimal erforderliche
Lautstärke. Vermeiden Sie es, über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg bei voller Lautstärke zu
hören, da dies zu einem permanenten Hörverlust führen kann.

8 Handhabung des QD-Steckers (QD-Disconnector)
Der QD-Stecker verbindet das FreeCom Headset mit dem FreeCom Adapter. Dieser Stecker
ermöglicht ein schnelles Verbinden oder Lösen des Headset und des Adapters. Dadurch kann
ein Pilot seinen Sitz verlassen, ohne das Headset abnehmen zu müssen oder den FreeCom
Adapter vom Flugzeug-Audio-Panel zu entfernen.
uu Zum Öffnen: ziehen Sie das Steckergehäuse auseinander (nie an den Kabeln ziehen!).
uu Zum Schließen: die weißen Markierungen gegeneinander ausrichten und die Steckerteile
zusammenstecken.
Drehen Sie nie an der Gewindeverschraubung des Kabels 11 .
Das Kabel darf nicht geknickt werden 12 .
Ziehen Sie nie an einem Steckerkabel! Dadurch kann das Kabel beschädigt werden

uu Überprüfen Sie dass die Lautstärke des Flugzeug-Panels nicht zu leise ein-gestellt
wurde.
uuÜberprüfen sie den Schutzschalter des Flugzeug-Panels.
uuVerwenden Sie das Headset in einer anderen Headset-Buchse.
uuTrennen Sie die QD-Stecker und überprüfen Sie diese auf Beschädigungen am
Stecker oder an den Anschlussstiften.
uuTrennen Sie den Headset-Stecker vom Flugzeug-Panel und überprüfen Sie
diesen auf Beschädigungen des Steckers oder der Kontaktstifte.
uuProbieren Sie ein anderes Headset. Bleibt das Problem bestehen, dann liegt es
wahrscheinlich am Flugzeug-Panel. Wenn Sie zu dem Schluss kommen, dass

uuFühren Sie einen Gehörschutztest (z.B. SafetyMeter) bei Ihrem Akustiker oder
Fachhändler durch, um zu kontrollieren, dass Ihre individuell angepassten
Ohrschalen noch korrekt in Ihren Ohren sitzen.
Ihr Ohrkanal kann sich mit der Zeit verändern (besonders wenn sich Ihr
Gewicht stark verändert). Dies kann die Abdichtung der Ohrschalen und damit
die Dämmwirkung negativ beeinflussen.

1 Vue d’ensemble du produit
Le headset aviation FreeCom 5000, avec protection auditive intégrée, est fourni avec des
coques standards qui permettent une utilisation immédiate. L’achat d'un FreeCom 5000 vous
donne également droit à une paire de coques sur-mesure gratuite (à l’exception des coûts des
prises d’empreintes). Ces coques sur-mesure seront encore plus confortables et vous feront
bénéficier d’une meilleure protection auditive.
Les informations de ce mode d’emploi sont basées sur l’utilisation du FreeCom 5000 avec
des coques sur-mesure. Pour préparer les coques d'oreilles génériques, veuillez consulter le
document «Mode d’emploi pour l’assemblage» fourni avec l’appareil.
Le FreeCom 5000 est ultraléger et équipé d’un filtre acoustique d’amortissement qui atténue le
bruit ambiant. Ses oreillettes intégrées assurent une communication sûre et claire, même dans
des environnements bruyants.
Le système FreeCom 5000 comprend deux coques (pour les oreilles droite et gauche). Ces coques
creuses, produites en nylon de qualité médicale, offrent des niveaux de confort inégalés. De
plus, elles sont durables en raison de leur résistance exceptionnelle aux contraintes chimiques,
mécaniques et thermiques.
Un adaptateur earJack™ contenant le filtre d’atténuation acoustique se clique tout simplement
dans l’une des coques. Un second adaptateur earJack™, contenant un autre filtre acoustique,
l’écouteur intra-auriculaire et le microphone col de cygne se clique dans l’autre coque. Un
câble est relié à un connecteur à désaccouplement rapide (QD – Quick Disconnect Connector), lui-même connecté à un adaptateur FreeCom (vendu séparément), vous permettant de
connecter votre FreeCom 5000 sur le panneau audio de votre avion.

2 Informations importantes pour l’utilisateur
uu Mettez en place, ajustez, nettoyez et entretenez votre FreeCom 5000 conformément aux
instructions de ce mode d’emploi; sinon, vous risquez de réduire la protection procurée
contre le bruit.
uu Les coques sont réutilisables. Leur état doit être examiné régulièrement.
uu Le matériau et le design des coques sont durables. Toutefois, la forme de vos conduits
auditifs peut évoluer dans le temps (si votre poids change significativement, par exemple).
Ceci peut réduire l’étanchéité des coques et donc l’atténuation du bruit qu’elles procurent.
uu Pour une protection totale, vous devez porter correctement les coques pendant toute
exposition à un bruit intense.
uu FreeCom 5000 est équipé d’un écouteur intégré qui reproduit les sons. Avant l’emploi,
vérifiez qu’il fonctionne correctement et assurez-vous que le son produit n’excède pas les
valeurs connues pour présenter un risque auditif.
uu Certaines substances chimiques peuvent être nocives pour ce produit. Pour plus
d’informations, veuillez contacter le fabricant.
uu Les appareils de protection auditive peuvent supprimer des sons d’alertes, des alarmes
ou d’autres signaux importants. Soyez toujours particulièrement attentif à votre
environnement quand vous portez des protections auditives.
uu Avant et après leur utilisation, ainsi que pendant leur transport, rangez votre FreeCom
propre dans la pochette fournie à cet effet. Stockez-les dans un endroit sec, à des
températures qui ne sont ni inférieures à -20°C, ni supérieures à +60°C.

Votre FreeCom 5000 ne doit pas être utilisé s’il y a un risque que les câbles de
connexion soient arrachés durant l’emploi.
N’utilisez jamais les appareils sans les adaptateurs earJack™ correctement insérés
dans les coques sur-mesure. Avant l’emploi, assurez-vous qu’ils sont montés
conformément à ces instructions.
3 Instructions d’emploi
3.1 Mise en place du système
uu La coque marquée en rouge est pour votre oreille droite, la coque marquée en bleu est pour
votre oreille gauche.
uu Insérez la coque dans votre oreille externe, en orientant son ouverture vers votre conduit
auditif 1 .
uu Exercez de légers mouvements de rotation pour insérer totalement la coque dans votre
oreille 2 . Assurez-vous qu’elle tient fermement dans votre oreille externe et que son
étanchéité est bonne 3 .
uu Ajustez le microphone col de cygne de telle sorte qu’il soit à moins de 1 cm de votre bouche,
près de votre lèvre supérieure. Assurez-vous que l’entrée sonore du microphone, repérée par
un point blanc, est bien orientée vers votre bouche 9 .
uu Réglez au minimum le volume sonore du panneau audio de votre avion avant d’y connecter
le FreeCom 5000.

Instructions d’emploi
3.2 Retirer le système
uu Tenez la coque par l’earJack™ et retirez-la délicatement de votre oreille en exerçant un
mouvement de rotation lent vers l’avant, afin d’éviter que la pression varie brusquement.
3.3 Entretien du système
uu Retirez l’adaptateur earJack™ de la coque en pressant simultanément sur les ressorts de
verrouillage 4 et en tirant sur l’adaptateur en commençant par le haut 5 .
uu Nettoyez et désinfectez les coques à l’eau et au savon. N’utilisez jamais d’eau, ni aucun autre
liquide pour nettoyer les adaptateurs earJack™ ou le microphone col de cygne. Attendez que
les coques soient parfaitement sèches avant de les utiliser.
uu Reconnectez les adaptateurs earJack™ dans les coques en accrochant d’abord le pivot en
bas de l’earJack™ dans la coque 6 puis poussez fermement la partie supérieure jusqu’à ce
qu’elle s’enclenche 7 . En montant correctement les adaptateurs, vous assurerez un joint
hermétique et un bon fonctionnement du système de protection auditive.
4 Microphone col de cygne
Le FreeCom 5000 est équipé d’un microphone col de cygne qui prélève la voix de l’utilisateur
pour la communication. C’est un microphone de proximité à caractéristique directionnelle,
afin d’éliminer le maximum de bruit ambiant. L’adaptateur earJack™ équipé du microphone
col de cygne peut se monter sur la coque gauche ou sur la droite. Quand le FreeCom 5000 est

utilisé à l’extérieur, des protections anti-vent en mousse réduisent nettement le bruit de vent
dû à des turbulences autour du microphone. Le manchon anti-vent en mousse se place sur
le microphone. Assurez-vous que l’entrée du microphone (marquée par un point blanc) est
toujours orientée vers les lèvres de l’utilisateur après avoir mis le manchon en place.
4.1 Utilisation / Montage / Démontage de l’écran anti-vent
uu Le microphone col de cygne dispose d’une zone Velcro pour maintenir en place la protection
anti-vent 8 .
uu Pour monter la protection anti-vent sur le microphone col de cygne, ou pour la retirer,
soulevez-la au-dessus de la zone Velcro et appuyez-la pour la mettre en place sur le
microphone ou la retirer 8 .
5Ecouteur
L’atténuation procurée par le FreeCom 5000 réduit largement l’impact du bruit ambiant sur la
communication. Comparé à un casque typique sans protection, le volume d’écoute de FreeCom
5000 peut être de 20 à 30 dB plus faible.
Réglez toujours le volume sonore du panneau audio de l’avion au niveau minimum requis pour
comprendre les communications. Evitez d’écouter avec le volume sonore maximal pendant de
longues périodes, car cela pourrait entraîner une perte auditive permanente.

8 Manipulation du connecteur QD
(à désaccouplement rapide)
Le connecteur QD est utilisé pour connecter le Phonak FreeCom à l’adaptateur FreeCom. Il se
connecte et se déconnecte facilement, permettant au pilote de quitter son siège sans devoir
retirer son FreeCom ni déconnecter l’adaptateur FreeCom du panneau audio de l’avion.
uu Pour déconnecter: tirez sur les boîtiers du connecteur pour les séparer (ne jamais tirer sur
les câbles!)
uu Pour connecter: alignez les marques blanches des deux boîtiers du connecteur puis poussezles l’un contre l’autre.
Ne pas tourner les joints à vis des câbles 11 .
Ne pas plier le câble 12 .
Ne jamais tirer sur un connecteur par son câble! Ceci risque d’endommager le câble
ainsi que le connecteur et de provoquer des problèmes de communication 13 .

Problème: Pas de communication
uuVérifiez si les connecteurs QD sont correctement branchés.
uuVérifiez si le connecteur du FreeCom est correctement branché sur le panneau
audio de l’avion.
uuVérifiez si les réglages de volume du panneau audio de l’avion ne sont pas trop
faibles.
uuVérifiez le fusible ou le disjoncteur de l’avion.
uuEssayez de connecter le FreeCom sur une autre embase.

broches ne sont pas endommagés.

FreeCom 5000 ne doit pas être considéré comme un déchet ménager. Pour éliminer FreeCom
5000, rapportez-le dans un centre de collecte agréé.

ménager. Veuillez rapporter vos vieux appareils aux points de collecte pour le recyclage
des équipements électriques et électroniques. En veillant à éliminer ce produit dans les
règles, vous contribuerez à éviter les risques potentiels pour l‘environnement et la santé.
Ce système de protection auditive vous protège aussi contre les impulsions sonores très brèves
telles que les coups de feu. Le degré de protection obtenu dépend toutefois de l’énergie du
bruit en question et de la fréquence à laquelle vous y êtes exposé.
