Bookmanpromotion ist ein Unternehmen, welches
Designermarken B2B in Skandinavien vertreibt. Zu
unserem Portfolio zählen renommierte Marken mit
preisgekrönten und innovativen Produkten. Außerdem
bieten wir eine einmalige Auswahl an Produkten von
weltbekannten Designern und jungen Unternehmern.
Unser Ziel ist es, einzigartige Produkte anzubieten,
die kein anderer Lieferant vertreibt. Einige unserer
Marken sind bereits in bekannten Designershops
rund um den Globus erhältlich.
Alle Produkte können mit einer individuellen Werbebotschaft oder einem Logo versehen werden, sodass
sie zu kreativen Marketingartikeln für Firmen und
Organisationen werden.
Über uns
2007 trafen die Gründer Victor, Fredrik, Johan und
David aufeinander, als sie eine Verkehrssicherheitskampagne durchführten. Bei dieser Kampagne
erhielten Studenten kostenlose Fahrradleuchten, die
von unterschiedlichen Unternehmen, sowie Organisationen gesponsert und gebrandet wurden. Dies war
der Auftakt von dem, was später Bookmanpromotion
werden sollte. 2009 zog das Unternehmen nach
Stockholm, wo die neue Marke Native Union in die
Produktpalette aufgenommen wurde. Im Verlauf des
Jahres 2012 konnten wir weitere Marken vorstellen,
wie zum Beispiel Tic. Unser Unternehmen expandierte 2013 in Europa, während wir stetig weitere Produkte vorstellten, die wir entweder im Haus entwickelten
oder, die in Zusammenarbeit mit interessanten
Partnern entstanden.

Bookmanpromotion is a B2B distributer of design
brands in Scandinavia. At Bookmanpromotion you
will find prestigious brands with award winning and
innovative products. Bookmanpromotion offers a
unique selection of products from world famous designers as well as from young entrepreneurs. The aim
is to offer original products that are not found with
another supplier. Several of the brands can be found
in famous design shops around the world.
All products can be branded to provide a creative new
form of marketing for companies and organisations.
Background
In 2007, the founders Victor, Fredrik, Johan and David
met when they did a traffic safety campaign together
that provided university students with free bike lights,
sponsored and branded by different companies and
organisations. This was the start of what would later
become Bookmanpromotion. In 2009 the company
moved to Stockholm and 2011 saw the brand Native
Union being incorporated in the product range.
During 2012, several new brands were introduced, for
example Tic. In 2013, the company expanded through
Europe while introducing several new products developed both in house and together with interesting
partners.

Tilt
Die Wege von bookmanpromotion und dem
schwedischen Designer Thomas Gardner kreuzten
sich im Herbst 2012. Nach einer langen Zeit im
Ausland, in der er in England und in Asien gearbeitet
hatte, zog es Thomas zurück nach Schweden, um an
neuen Projekten zu arbeiten. Bei einer Tasse Kaffee
beschlossen wir, dass es Interessant wäre gemeinsam ein Produkt zu entwickeln. Das Resultat davon
ist Tilt, eine Smartphonehalterung für den Tisch,
welches im Frühling 2013 veröffentlicht wurde.

We crossed paths with designer Thomas Gardner
in the autumn of 2012. After a long period abroad,
working in England and Asia, Thomas had just
moved back to Sweden to work on new projects. We
enjoyed each other’s company and decided, over
a cup of coffee, that it would be fun to develop a
product together. The result is Tilt, a table stand for
smartphones, released in the spring of 2013.

Tic® wurde von der schwedischen Erfinderin
/Industriedesignerin Karolina Räntfors
gegründet. 2009 präsentierte sie ihre Innovation
im Rahmen der schwedischen Version von
“Dragon’s Den”, einer Sendung in der
Existenzgründer und Unternehmer mit neuen
Ideen um die Gunst – und das Geld – von fünf
Investoren, ”den Dragons” werben. Zwei der
“Dragons” erkannten sofort das Potential ihres
Produkts, investierten in die Idee und begannen,
das Produkt und die damit verbundenen
Geschäftsideen zu weiter entwickeln.
Tic® was founded by the Swedish inventor and industrial designer Karolina Räntfors. In 2009 she pitched
her innovative invention in the Swedish version of
Dragons den. Two “dragons”, Mats Gabrielsson and
Ljubo Mrnjavac immediately spotted the potential in
Karolina and her unique problem solver. Ljubo and
Mats invested in the young entrepreneur and together
began developing the product and the business.

Tic® is an elegant way to fasten shirt buttons quickly
and easily without the need for any needle and thread. Just use and wash your garments like usual.The
product fits all standard shirt buttons.
The product consists of two plastic parts where one
has two sharp pins that is pushed through the fabric
and button hole. The two parts are then pinched
together and the clip rotated until it falls off. Tic® is
made in Sweden and is delivered in a small box that
can be branded to suit the customer’s needs.
