Trevira at MoOD 2015:
Trevira CS Square with ten fabric partners and many new products
As is now the custom, Trevira has returned to Brussels in 2015 again, joining with customers to
present the latest Trevira CS products at MoOD.
Currently positive factors are prevailing in the economic environment. Alongside core markets in
Europe – primarily Germany, Italy and Turkey –, the focus for the fibre manufacturer in home textiles lies on global expansion of the premium brand Trevira CS, principally in the Middle East, Asia
and North America.
Participation in special segment events, such as the Big Show in Oman, or Hospital Build in Dubai,
is now just as much part of the firm schedule as special matchmaking events, like those for the hotel sector. In August Trevira participated as exhibitor at the Intertextile Home Textiles in Shanghai,
using the occasion to arrange, together with European partners, the third Trevira CS China Day for
architects and interior designers. The Trevira CS Jobber Day in New York is due in November,
where European manufacturers will be able to present their collections to American fabric suppliers.
This is the third time now that there will be a Trevira CS Square at MoOD. This year ten fabric
manufacturers will be showing with the fibre manufacturer on their joint stand. Italy is well represented with Boselli, FIDIVI, Pugi, Mario Cavelli, Piovano and Velvetex. In addition, Baumann
Dekor, Engelbert Stieger, Müller Zell and Spandauer Velours have accepted the offer to make a
joint appearance. Trevira’s yarn partners Lei-Tsu, Tintoria Sala and Vlnap will be at MoOD Yarns
again.
The collective concept is well received by Trevira CS customers. In the words of Marco De
Benedetti, International Sales Manager with new Trevira CS Silver Club Member Tessitura E.
Boselli: “We were happy making our decision to participate at MoOD, and in October we will be at
the Trevira CS Jobber Day too. We hope to see an expansion of Trevira’s offer, both with regard to
events and also to products. This will enhance the cooperation of Boselli and Trevira, enabling us
to extend our 100% Trevira CS collection to our mutual benefit – in so doing we will of course be
aiming to attain the highest level in the Trevira CS Club.“
Giuseppe Vergnano, CEO of Gold Club Member FIDIVI, rates the opportunities offered by the
Trevira CS Club highly. Alongside other services, the long-standing Trevira partner takes
advantage of participating in important international events like MoOD or the Trevira CS Jobber

For Pietro Terragni, CEO of yarn manufacturer and Gold Club Member Lei Tsu, the Trevira CS

between the participants. As a yarn finisher at the start of the supply chain, I find it particularly

using the particular opportunities offered by joint activities to highlight the latest developments in
Trevira CS from top customers, in a quite concentrated fashion. Once again we are now experiencing at MoOD a whole series of exciting innovations. There is a huge range of yarn collections
and special products, such as fancy yarns or spun-dyed yarns, which, taken with the high level of
technology in weaving, circular and warp knitting, are delivering totally new looks and tremendous
innovative powers. Developments that focus on haptic and acoustic properties also continue to
play a large part. Knitted articles in decorative fabrics constitute a quite new area, and one that is
extending the choice of flame retardant fabrics in textiles, picking up the trend towards handmade
form in functional materials.

Baumann Dekor, the traditional manufacturer of elegant fabric
from Gmünd (Austria) displays in their new collection Petit
Petit structured geometric and opulent, large-surface designs.
Lustrous soft yarns are woven to produce fancy and elegant
upholstery and decorative fabrics.

E. Boselli
Tessitura E. Boselli, manufacturer of polyester fabrics from
Olgiate Comasco (Italy), is showing at MoOD new qualities in
the middle weight ranges, for use as drapes, curtains and
decorative fabrics, together with light upholstery fabrics. The
decorative article illustrated here - Doublesandwich – comes
at a weight of 163 g/m2 and a width of 275 cm.

Engelbert E. Stieger
Exclusive drapes and dimmer qualities with a
touch of elegance available in up to 60 shades are
the specialty of Engelbert E. Stieger from Rorschacherberg (Switzerland), supplier to prestigious
fabric houses, editors and designers world-wide.
Among the latest additions to the comprehensive
Trevira collection are a range of qualities with a
natural look and super-soft handle, achieved with
a special finishing process (Swiss Finish).

FIDIVI
FIDIVI from Poirino (Italy) is a weaving mill with long
experience in upholstery fabrics for the contract and
transport sectors. In Brussels the company is introducing Safari, its brand new collection of upholstery
fabrics. With its very soft, but firm feel, and its irregular, matt look this quality is suitable both for modern
and classic seating. To meet every design requirement, the article is supplied in 78 colour combinations, including two-tone variants in dual colours. The
fabrics come in a width of 140 cm, at a weight of 440
g/m2. The article has very good abrasion and pilling
values.

Mario Cavelli
Mario Cavelli from Busto Arsizio (Italy), manufacturer of
drapes, decorative fabrics and table linen, is introducing new Trevira CS qualities at MoOD, including broad
materials (300 - 340 cm wide), which are notable for
their soft handle and contemporary colouring. In
appearance they have flame or mélange effects.

Müller Zell
Müller Zell from Weißdorf (Germany) specialises in
high-end decorative and upholstery fabrics. In its
jacquard weaving mill the company produces both its
own fabric collections and also individual concepts for
international customers. They are constantly adding
new developments and colour variants to their comprehensive Trevira CS collection, which is currently focussing on acoustics. The new room-high drape qualities
have outstanding sound proofing properties, combined
with great transparency.

Giorgio Piovano
Giorgio Piovano from Chieri (Italy) is enhancing the range
of new Trevira CS collections with a series of interesting
knitted developments. A variety of innovative fabric constructions supply a wide range of soft-hanging materials for
drapes, curtains, cushions and upholstery fabrics. Even
light qualities have good stability and abrasion values and,
despite their transparency, are suited for sun-screening,
while offering a degree of soundproofing.

The experienced verticalized manufacturer of customised
woven fabrics based in Montale (Italy) is presenting its Trevira
CS collections of wool-like qualities in natural looks, in all weight
classes, colours and types of making-up, for every conceivable
application in the contract and transport sectors, such as
upholstery, wall coverings or acoustic textiles.

Spandauer Velours from Lichtenstein (Germany) produces
a wide range of high-value velour fabrics for decorative and
upholstery fabrics, especially for the contract market.

Velvetex
Velvetex, a jacquard weaving mill in Montemurlo (Italy), presents on the Trevira CS Square its new piece-dyed jacquard
velours, woven from two different yarns and available in a large
selection of shades, along with plain velour in the wool-look:
available in 120 colours. The new digitally-printed qualities offer
numerous opportunities in terms of design.

Lei Tsu
Lei-Tsu, the twister from Bellusco (Italy), offers one of the
most comprehensive programmes in flame retardant yarns in
Europe, all qualities exclusively in Trevira CS. Articles are
available in greige, on dye tubes or yarn-dyed. The range of
titres extends from fine 25 dtex to 600 dtex. The Lei-Tsu
collection holds a wide range of crepe and fancy yarns.

Tintoria Sala
Tintoria Sala, a noted Italian manufacturer of fancy yarns for the
upholstery sector, exhibits for the second time at MoOD Yarns.
Among the innovative product range of fancy yarns in titres from
Nm 8/2 to Nm 40/2 and Nm 48/2 is the article “Zeus“, a dyed
yarn with mélange effects, achieved by a special dyeing process that is protected by patent. The range of colours is very
extensive. Tintoria Sala once again surprises us with new products at MoOD.

Vlnap
Vlnap (Czech Republic), appearing for the third time at MoOD
Yarns, is showing its range of yarns for the furnishing sector.
They cover all important applications in the contract market,
from upholstery and decorative fabrics, drapes, table cloths,
roughened blankets, bedlinen and mattress fabrics through to
textile wallpapers. The Trevira CS yarn collection covers more
than 150 different articles, produced by the worsted, semiworsted and wool yarn processes. Further stages deliver
twisted and fancy yarns.

Trevira auf der MoOD 2015:
Trevira CS Square mit zehn Stoff-Partnern und vielen Produktneuheiten
Wie gewohnt ist Trevira auch in 2015 wieder nach Brüssel gekommen, um auf der MoOD gemeinsam mit Kunden die aktuellen Trevira CS Neuheiten vorzustellen.
Im wirtschaftlichen Umfeld überwiegen derzeit die positiven Aspekte. Im Heimtextilbereich liegt der
Fokus für den Faserhersteller neben den Schwerpunktmärkten in Europa – allen voran Deutschland, Italien und Türkei – auf dem globalen Ausbau der Premiummarke Trevira CS, vor allem im
Mittleren Osten, Asien und Nordamerika.
Die Teilnahme an speziellen Segmentveranstaltungen wie Big Show in Oman oder Hospital Build
in Dubai gehören mittlerweile genauso zum festen Terminplan wie spezielle Matchmaking-Events,
beispielsweise für den Hotelbereich. Im August nahm Trevira als Aussteller an der Intertextile
Home Textiles in Shanghai teil und veranstaltete dort auch zum dritten Mal gemeinsam mit europäischen Partnern den Trevira CS China Day für Architekten und Inneneinrichter. Im Oktober steht
erneut der Trevira CS Jobber Day in New York an, auf dem europäische Hersteller ihre
Kollektionen amerikanischen Verlegern vorstellen können.
Den Trevira CS Square auf der MoOD gibt es nun schon zum dritten Mal. In diesem Jahr präsentieren sich zehn Flächenhersteller mit dem Faserhersteller auf dem Gemeinschaftsstand. Stark
vertreten sind die Hersteller aus Italien mit Boselli, FIDIVI, Pugi, Mario Cavelli, Piovano und
Velvetex. Außerdem haben Baumann Dekor, Engelbert Stieger, Müller Zell sowie Spandauer
Velours das Angebot des gemeinsamen Auftritts angenommen. Auf der MoOD Yarns sind wieder
die Garnpartner Lei-Tsu und Vlnap sowie zum zweiten Mal Tintoria Sala dabei.
Bei den Trevira CS Kunden kommt das Gemeinschaftskonzept gut an. Marco De Benedetti,
International Sales Manager beim neuen Trevira CS Club Silber-Mitglied Tessitura E. Boselli meint
dazu: “Wir haben uns sehr gerne für die Teilnahme an der MoOD entschieden, und wir werden im
Oktober auch beim Trevira CS Jobber Day dabei sein. Wir hoffen, dass sich das Angebot von

Lei Tsu
Der Zwirner Lei-Tsu aus Bellusco (Italien) bietet eines der
umfangreichsten Programme an schwer entflammbaren
Garnen in Europa an, alle Qualitäten ausschließlich in
Trevira CS. Die Artikel sind in rohweiß, auf Färbehülsen
oder garngefärbt erhältlich. Die Titerpalette reicht von
feinen 25 dtex bis hin zu 600 dtex. Die Lei-Tsu Kollektion
enthält eine große Bandbreite an Crepe- und Effektgarnen.

stellt seine Garnpalette für den Einrichtungsbereich vor. Diese
decken alle wichtigen Anwendungen im Objektbereich ab, von
Möbel- und Dekostoffen, Gardinen, Tischdecken, Rauhdecken, Bettwaren, Matratzenstoffen bis hin zu Textiltapeten.
Die Trevira CS Garnkollektion umfasst mehr als 150 verschiedene Artikel, gefertigt nach dem Kammgarn, Halbkammgarn und Streichgarn-Verfahren; als weitere Prozessschritte kommen Zwirne und Effektgarn hinzu.

Come di consueto, anche nel 2015 Trevira torna a Bruxelles con i suoi clienti per presentare a
MoOD le ultime novità Trevira CS.
Nell’ambiente economico prevale al momento un clima di ottimismo. Nel settore dei tessuti per la
casa, l’Azienda produttrice di fibre, oltre che sui principali mercati europei – in primo luogo
Germania, Italia e Turchia – ha focalizzato la sua attività nel potenziamento a livello globale del
marchio Premium Trevira CS, puntando soprattutto su Medio Oriente, Asia e Nord America.
La partecipazione a speciali manifestazioni di settore come la Big Show in Oman o l’Hospital Build
di Dubai, fa ormai parte degli appuntamenti fissi in calendario esattamente come gli eventi speciali
di matchmaking, vedi per esempio quelli relativi al settore alberghiero. In agosto, Trevira ha inoltre
partecipato come espositore alla Intertextile Home Textiles di Shanghai dove, insieme con partner
europei, ha organizzato per la terza volta il Trevira CS China Day per architetti e arredatori
d’interni. In novembre è di nuovo in programma il Trevira CS Jobber Day a New York, in occasione
del quale i produttori europei avranno l’opportunità di presentare le loro collezioni a editori
americani.
La Trevira CS Square viene proposta a MoOD già per la terza volta. Quest’anno, nello stand
comune, Trevira è presente con dieci tessitori. Folta la rappresentanza dei produttori italiani con
Tessitura E. Boselli, FIDIVI, Pugi, Mario Cavelli, Giorgio Piovano e Velvetex. Hanno inoltre
accettato di partecipare all’iniziativa dello stand collettivo Baumann Dekor, Engelbert Stieger,
Müller Zell e Spandauer Velours. A MoOD Yarns troviamo di nuovo i partner per i filati Lei-Tsu e
Vlnap e per la seconda volta la Tintoria Sala.
I clienti Trevira CS accolgono con favore l’idea dello stand collettivo. Marco De Benedetti,

Baumann Dekor
Baumann Dekor, l’Azienda di Gmünd (Austria) con una
lunga tradizione nella produzione di tessuti pregiati presenta
la sua nuova collezione Petit Petit con disegni strutturati,
geometrici e opulenti, di grandi dimensioni. Filati lucidi e
morbidi vengono tessuti per creare articoli per mobili e
tessuti decorativi unici ed eleganti.

Tessitura E. Boselli
Tessitura E. Boselli, Azienda produttrice di tessuti in
poliestere di Olgiate Comasco (Italia), presenta a MoOD
nuove tipologie di tessuti di media grammatura, adatte per
tende, tendaggi, tessuti decorativi e tessuti leggeri per
arredamento. L’articolo decorativo Doublesandwich qui
raffigurato ha un peso di 163 g/m2 e un’altezza di 275 cm.

Tessuti per tende e oscuranti, esclusivi, con una
nota di squisita raffinatezza, disponibili fino a 60
diversi colori costituiscono le specialità di Engelbert
E. Stieger di Rohrschacherberg (Svizzera), fornitore
di editori e designer di fama mondiale. Tra le novità
presenti nella vasta collezione Trevira troviamo una
serie di tessuti con un aspetto estetico naturale e
una mano ultramorbida che viene ottenuta con uno
speciale finissaggio (Swiss Finish).

FIDIVI
FIDIVI di Poirino (Italia), è un tessitore con grande
esperienza nei tessuti di rivestimento per il settore
Contract e dei trasporti. A Bruxelles, l’azienda presenta la
sua nuovissima collezione di tessuti per mobili Safari. Con
una mano molto morbida ma resistente e l´aspetto
irregolare e opaco, l’articolo è adatto per sedute sia
moderne che classiche. Per soddisfare tutte le esigenze
di design, l’articolo è disponibile in 78 colorazioni,
comprese due varianti bicolori tono-su-tono. Il tessuto è
alto 140 cm e ha un peso di 440 g/m2. L’articolo ha ottime
proprietà di resistenza all’abrasione e al pilling.

Mario Cavelli
Mario Cavelli di Busto Arsizio (Italia), produttore di tessuti
per tende, decorativi e per biancheria da tavola, in
occasione di MoOD introduce sul mercato nuovi articoli
Trevira CS in altezza 300 - 340 cm, che si distinguono per
una mano estremamente morbida e per le colorazioni
moderne. I tessuti hanno effetti flammé o mélange.

Müller Zell
Müller Zell di Weißdorf (Germania), è specializzato nella
produzione di tessuti di pregio decorativi e per mobili. Nella
tessitura jacquard nascono sia collezioni di tessuti proprie come
anche proposte esclusive per clienti internazionali. La vasta
collezione Trevira CS, attualmente focalizzata su articoli con
proprietà fonoassorbenti, viene costantemente ampliata con nuovi
sviluppi e nuove varianti cromatiche. Le nuove qualità di tende in
tutta altezza si distinguono per l’ottimo isolamento acustico
abbinato a una grande trasparenza.

Giorgio Piovano
Giorgio Piovano è l’Azienda di Chieri (Italia) che arricchisce la
gamma delle nuove collezioni Trevira CS con una serie di
interessanti creazioni in maglia. Diversi tessuti dalle strutture
innovative costituiscono la vasta offerta di materiali dal morbido
drappeggio adatti per tende, tendaggi, cuscini e rivestimenti di
sedute. Anche gli articoli più leggeri mostrano una buona
stabilità dimensionale e un’ottima resistenza all’abrasione.
Nonostante la loro trasparenza sono adatti per la schermatura
solare e garantiscono nel contempo un certo grado di
insonorizzazione.

Pugi
L’Azienda verticalizzata di Montale (Prato – Italia) ha una lunga
esperienza nella produzione di tessuti “su misura” per i suoi
clienti. A MoOD presenta le sue collezioni Trevira CS
dall’aspetto laniero e naturale, di diverse grammature , colori e
costruzioni per ogni tipo di applicazione nel settore del Contract
e dei trasporti, come p.es. rivestimenti di sedute e pareti e
tessuti fonoassorbenti.

Velvetex
Questa tessitura jacquard di Montemurlo (Italia), presenta nella Trevira CS
Square i suoi nuovi velluti jacquard tinti in pezza, tessuti con due fili diversi e
disponibili in una vasta gamma di colori, e velluti in tinta unita nel “Look
cotone” disponibili in 120 colori. I nuovi velluti stampati in digitale offrono
innumerevoli possibilità creative.

La torcitura Lei-Tsu di Bellusco (Italia) offre uno dei più
vasti programmi di filati ignifughi in Europa, con tutte le
qualità esclusivamente in Trevira CS. I filatì sono disponibili
in greggio, su rocche tintoria o tinti in filo. La gamma dei
titoli spazia dal sottile 25 dtex fino a 600 dtex. La collezione
Lei-Tsu comprende una vasta gamma di filati crepe e
fantasia.

Tintoria Sala
Tintoria Sala, rinomato produttore italiano di filati fantasia per il
settore dell’arredamento, espone per la seconda volta a
MoOD Yarns. Tra l’innovativa gamma di filati fantasia Trevira
CS disponibili in svariati titoli, da Nm 8/2 fino a Nm 40/2 e Nm
48/2, rientra sempre l’articolo “Zeus”, un filo tinto con effetti
mélange, ottenuti attraverso un particolare procedimento di
tintura che l’Azienda ha brevettato. L’offerta di colori è molto
ampia. Anche questa volta, a MoOD la Tintoria Sala
sorprende con nuovi prodotti.

Vlnap, che partecipa per la 3a volta a MoOD Yarns, presenta la
sua gamma di filati per il settore dell’arredamento che copre tutte
le più importanti applicazioni del settore Contract, dai tessuti per
mobili e decorativi, tende, tovaglie, coperte, biancheria da letto,
tessuti per materassi fino alla tappezzeria tessile. La collezione di
filati Trevira CS comprende più di 150 articoli diversi realizzati
con diversi sistemi di filatura, pettinata, semi-pettinata e cardata.
Con ulteriori lavorazioni si ottengono ritorti e filati fantasia.
