The fantastic luxury villa nestles in the hills of Sorrento, in one of the little villages of
Massa Lubrense, namely Acquara, from where it has panoramic views over the Bay of
Naples and Capri. The harbour of Sorrento is the port of departure for day trips to
Capri and Marina del Cantone or mini cruises to the islands of the Gulf of Naples. You
can reach the harbour of Sorrento easily for trips to Capri and Marina del Cantone for
mini-cruises to the islands of the Gulf of Naples. The Amalfi Coast with the world
renowned resorts of Positano, Praiano, Amalfi and Ravello, is less than 30 minutes
away. If your interest is in historical sites, you will not want to miss the ruins of Pompeii
and Herculaneum and Naples.
The luxury villa is equipped with all the modern comforts. The furniture and interior
decoration exhibit pieces collected over a lifetime of travels around the world. The
building of 600sqm, is spread across different levels.
The first floor has been designed to optimise the unique location of this exceptional
property. The large living / dining area is entirely surrounded by picture-windows
overlooking the Isle of Capri: the room is golden and bright in the morning, romantic
and rosy at the end of the day. The so called Hall of Ships, is a state of the are study
where you can relax on comfortable sofas and admire the perfect reconstructions of
ancient vessels, or you have the freedom to use the on line PC and Wi-Fi to stay in
contact with the rest of the world. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern
amenities you may want to use.
Ten guests can sleep in five bedrooms, all with cable flat screen TV's: a double with a
view of Capri; a double with a fireplace and a view of the Gulf of Naples; a double with
a private bathroom and a picture window; a double with a countryside view; a manor
room with a king size bed, fireplace, private bathroom with Jacuzzi and a panoramic
view. There are two bathrooms on the same floor.

Outdoor living can be the highlight of a holiday in Italy. Therefore, this private villa with

and table tennis, is a tourist's dream. The pool is set in the green surroundings and its

shower. A covered patio, with dinner furniture, barbecue and outdoor kitchen, provides
the perfect venue for sundowners and al fresco dinners, while enjoying the enthralling
view over the Mediterranean.
The garage has parking for a cars, though not for SUV-type vehicles that are higher
than 1.90m.
