DER VLIESSTOFF (FASERVLIES)
NON WOVEN FABRIC
Als Vliesstoff oder Faservlies bezeichnet man ein
gewebeähnliches Produkt, das jedoch im Vergleich zu
herkömmlichen Geweben mit völlig unterschiedlichen
Methoden hergestellt wird. Bereits eine einfache optische
Überprüfung zeigt deutlich, daß die Gewebefasern nicht
geordnet und strukturiert im rechten Winkel (Kette und
Schuß)- sondern völlig zufällig miteinander verbunden
werden.
In der Herstellung werden die Fasern schichtweise oder
durch Verkreuzen mittels mechanischer, thermischer oder
chemischer Verfahren miteinander verflochten.
The term NON WOVEN refers to a fabric-like material
obtained with completely different methods than those used for the traditional weaving.
A simple visual check immediately reveals that the
fibers are arranged randomly and unstructured and
not orthogonally as it happens with traditional fabrics
(warp and weft).
In production the fibers are intertwined in layers or intersected by means of mechanical, thermal or bonding
processes.

sehr empfindlichen Fahrerkabinenbereich
des Fiat Ducato ab BJ 2006 wirkungsvoll zu
isolieren.
In kürzester Zeit montiert, deckt der Dashboard Cover mit seinem speziellen Isolationsmaterial das komplette Armaturenbrett, sowie den Fußbereich perfekt ab.
Test haben gezeigt, daß durch den Einsatz
des Dashboard Covers gerade im Fußbereich eine positive Temperaturdifferenz von
bis zu 10°C erreicht wird.
Dank seiner, mittels Klettband teilbaren Konstruktion, ist das Oberteil des Dashboard
Covers auch im Sommer als reiner Sonnenund Hitzeschutz für das Armaturenbrett
verwendbar.Ein Pack- und Aufbewahrungssack ist im Lieferumfang enthalten.
