The Villa is on two levels and comprises, on the ground floor of entrance hallway leading to the spacious, well
furnished lounge with enclosed fire place and patio doors to the terrace. Entertainment is provided here, with a
Satellite TV Free (UK chanels), a DVD Player and a music centre.
There is a large separate dining room with seating for eight people and doors to the terrace. Adjacent is the fully
fitted breakfast kitchen equipped with a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine,
microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor unit and coffee maker. On the ground floor
there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom.All the
bedrooms are light, airy and beautifully furnished. All these bedrooms have patio doors to the terraces. In addition
on this level there a shower room and a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the
first floor landing where there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a separate
bathroom. All the bedrooms in this villa are well furnished and have wardrobes, bedside tables and free-standing
fans. This lovely villa is furnished and well equipped throughout making it an ideal location for our most discerning
clientèle. The villa also comes with full air-conditiong.
From the various patio doors there is access to a lovely sun terrace that surrounds the 10m x 4m kidney shaped
pool which has steps for easy access. There is a open air poolside shower, sun beds and parasols to soak up the
sun. Patio furniture and a stone table and chairs are provides along with a built Barbeque for you to enjoy true 'Al
fresco' dining. The villa offers good privacy in an enclosed plot. The mature gardens containing shrubs, flower
borders, trees and extensive lawns. Being conveniently located close to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and the
Golf course.
