el número de filas orizontales agujereada que ocupa cada módulo. Conocidos estos valores, basta con efectuar una sustracción entre el valor de la base
agujereada y la suma de los valores de los módulos elegidos. Si el resultado de la sustracción es mayor y/o igual a cero, la composición es posible, de
otra manera no lo es.

Chi acquista gli articoli ESSETRE, deve seguire alcune semplici regole di manutenzione, per
far sì che il prodotto si conservi nel tempo. Le
precauzioni che seguiranno sono indispensabili
per evitare danni irreparabili.
The user of our articles of the ESSETRE should
follow some simple maintenance rules, in order
to preserve the product during time. The following precautions are indispensable to avoid
irreparable damages to the articles.
I colori sono indicativi. Trattandosi di materiali
naturali, eventuali differenze di tono rispetto ai
campioni proposti sono da intendersi come caratteristiche del prodotto.
Colour samples are purely indicative. As the
materials are natural any differences in shade
compared to proposed samples are to be considered as characteristic of the product
LEGNO
E’ necessario ricordare che il legno è una materia viva, e
per questo soggetta a mutamenti causati dalle condizioni
ambientali e dall’uso. Questo “adattarsi” all’ambiente non
significa che a il prodotto si sta deteriorando, bensì che sta
vivendo quei piccoli mutamenti che il tempo produce su tutti
i materiali naturali. Per salvaguardare il supporto,vanno seguite le semplici regole di manutenzione che seguono:
1) Pulire il supporto in legno dalla polvere con stracci antistatici o stracci leggermente umidi.
2) Lucidare periodicamente il supporto con uno straccio
morbido per eliminare eventuali tracce di grasso lasciate
dalle impronte delle mani nel riporvi gli utensili o posate
3) Evitare l’uso di qualsiasi prodotto detergente, solventi o
prodotti abrasivi.
4) Conservare in luoghi asciutti a temperature ambientali
non eccessive, poiché il legno di per sé sostanza naturale
è soggetto, se sottoposto a sbalzi di temperatura e umidità, a variazioni dimensionali (curvatura e rigonfiamenti del
supporto)
5) Evitare il contatto con acqua. Qualora dovesse avvenire,
asciugare immediatamente con panno asciutto.
UTENSILI INOX
1) Lavare gli utensili immediatamente dopo l’uso.
2) Pulire sempre nel senso della satinatura
3) Utilizzare detergenti neutri.
4) Evitare di strofinare gli utensili con:
- prodotti abrasivi soprattutto se contenenti cloro
- pagliette metalliche o sintetiche.
- evitare di asportare eventuali depositi solidi con utensili
di metallo.
5) Non impiegare per il lavaggio ipocloriti (candeggina), ne
detergenti contenenti cloro o cloruri liberi.
6) Asciugare subito dopo il lavaggio con panni morbidi e
assorbenti.
COLTELLI E POSATE FORGIATE
Ogni modello di coltello è costruito per un uso specifico.
Non utilizzare il coltello per altre lavorazioni. Evitare il contatto della lama con materiali duri.
1) Non è possibile lavare i coltelli e le posate in lavastoviglie
2) Eseguire il lavaggio manuale con i normali detergenti
domestici.
3) Prestare attenzione alla pulizia dei coltelli con sostanze
corrosive: l’ossidazione viene facilitata, ad esempio, dal
cloruro di sodio. In generale tutti i liquidi organici possono
diventare dannosi se la permanenza del contatto viene
prolungata per molte ore.
4) Asciugare con un panno asciutto dopo il lavaggio.
5) Per ristabilire l’efficacia del taglio si consiglia
l’affilatura con l’acciaino:
a - Impugnare l’acciaino ed il coltello da affilare
mantenendo i gomiti all’altezza della vita e
leggermente discostati dal corpo.
b - Appoggiare la lama del coltello sulla parte esterna del
l’acciaino e farla scendere e scorrere con un movimento
lento e continuo. Mantenere la lama contro l’acciaino ad
un angolo di circa 15°.
c - Ripetere l’operazione con la lama dall’altra parte del
l’acciaino.
d - Da 2 a 3 passate per la manutenzione normale, fino a
15-20 volte per ricostruire il filo in cattive condizioni.
e- Se eseguita con mole, utilizzare abrasivi specifici con
l’impiego di refrigerante. Il rinvenimento può provocare
la perdita di durezza e la rottura.
PENTOLE ANTIADERENTI
1) Dopo aver lavato la pentola, precondizionare il rivestimento interno ungendolo con burro od olio.
2) Cuocere sempre a temperature moderate, non surriscaldando la pentola a vuoto.
3) Per una maggiore durata del rivestimento, non adoperare utensili metallici, ma solo in plastica o legno. Non tagliare
mai il cibo dentro la pentola.
4) Non adoperare polveri e/o pagliette abrasive per lavare le
pentole. È sufficiente utilizzare acqua calda con una minima
quantità di detersivo neutro.
5) È sconsigliato il lavaggio in lavastoviglie con l’uso di
detersivi concentrati.
6) È sconsigliato l’uso delle pentole antiaderenti su piani di
cottura ad induzione magnetica.
WOOD
The customer who buys our articles of the GOURMET
LINE must follow some simple maintenance rules, in order
to have the wood item preserved and improved through
time. It is necessary to remember that wood is a living
material, thus subject to changes due to the environmental
conditions and to usage. This “adapting” to the environment does not mean that for example your CUTLERY
TRAY is deteriorating,
but only that it is living those small changes that time brings
to all natural materials. In order to safeguard the item, the
following simple maintenance rules are to be respected:
1) clean the wood item from dust with antistatic or slightly
wet cloths
2) polish periodically the item with a soft cloth in order to
eliminate possible spots of grease left by the hands hile
arranging utensils or cutlery
3) avoid the use of any cleanser, solvent or abrasive
products
4) keep in dry places at not excessive room temperatures,
since wood as a natural substance is subject, if undergoing
sudden changes of temperature and humidity, to dimension
changes (bending and swelling of the item)
5) avoid contact with water. When this should happen, immediately dry with a dry cloth
STAINLESS STEEL UTENSILS
1) Wash the utensils immediately after use.
2) Always clean according to the glazing.
3) Use neutral cleansers.
4) Avoid brushing the utensils with:
- abrasive products especially if containing chlorine, steel
or synthetic wool
- avoid removing eventual solid deposits with metal tools
5) Do not wash with hypochlorites (whitening), nor with
cleansers containing chlorine or free chlorides.
6) Dry immediately after washing with soft and absorbing
cloths.
FORGED KNIVES AND CUTLERY
Each knife model is manufactured for a specific usage. Do
not use the knife for different workings. Avoid the contact of
the blade with hard materials (ceramic, granite, etc.)
1) It is not possible to wash knives and cutlery in the
dishwasher.
2) Hand wash with normal domestic cleansers.
3) Put particular attention to clean the knives after usage with corrosive substances: oxidation is favoured, for
instance, by sodium chloride. All organic liquids can generally become dangerous if the contact is prolonged for
many hours.
4) Dry with a dry cloth after washing.
5) In order to restore the efficiency of the blade, we suggest
the use of a sharpener:
a- Hold the sharpener and the knife maintaining the elbows
at waist height and a bit detached from the body.
b- Lay the knife blade on the outer part of the
sharpener and make it run and slip down with a
slow and continuous movement. Maintain the blade against
the sharpener at an angle of about 15°.
c- Repeat the operation with the blade on the other side
of the sharpener .
d- 2 to 3 movements for ordinary maintenance; up to 15-20
movements to re-sharpen a blade in bad conditions.
e- If the sharpening is carried out with a grind-stone, use
specific abrasives with the use of refrigerating. Sharpening
may provoke loss of hardness and breaking.
ANTI-ADHERENT POTS
1) After washing the pot, pre-condition the internal layer
oiling it either with butter or with oil.
2) Always cook at moderate temperatures, not
Overheating the empty pot.
3) For a longer duration of the layer, never use metal
tools, but only plastic or wooden ones. Never cut the
food inside the pot.
4) Never use powders and/or abrasive wool to wash the
pots.It is sufficient to use hot water with a minimum
quantity of neutral cleanser.
5) We recommend NOT to wash in the dishwasher with
concentrated cleansers.
6) We discourage the usage of the anti-adherent pots
on magnetic induction cookers.

de manutención, para que el producto se
mantenga en el tiempo. Las precauciones que
siguen son indispensables para evitar daños
irreparables a los utensilios.

MADERA
Le client qui achats nos articles de la ESSETRE
doit suivre des simples règles de maintenance
pour conserver le produit dans les temps.Les
précautions ci-dessous sont indispensables
pour éviter des dommages irréparables aux
ustensiles. Les couleurs sont indicatifs. Comme
ils sont matériaux naturels, éventuelles différences de tone avec respect aux échantillons proposés sont à entendre comme aractéristiques
du produit
BOIS
Para proteger el artículo, se deben respetar las
siguientes simples reglas de manutención:
1) limpien el artículo en madera del polvo con trapos antiestáticos o un poco húmedos.
2) lustren periódicamente el artículo con un trapo suave
para eliminar eventuales manchas de grasa dejadas por
las manos en reponer utensilios o cubiertos.
3) eviten el uso de cualquier producto detergente, solvente,
o productos abrasivos.
4) conserven el artículo en lugares secos a temperaturas
ambientales no excesivas, pues la madera, como substancia natural, está sujeta, si sufre saltos de temperatura y
humedad, a variaciones dimensionales (curvatura e hinchazón del producto)
5) eviten el contacto con agua. Cuando esto ocurriera, sequen enseguida con paño seco.
UTENSILIOS INOXIDABLES
1) Laven los utensilios inmediatamente después del uso.
2) Limpien siempre siguiendo el satinado.
3) Utilicen detergentes neutros.
4) Eviten frotar los utensilios con:
- productos abrasivos sobre todo si contienen cloro
- redes metálicas o sintéticas
- eviten quitar eventuales sedimentos sólidos con utensilios metál.
5) No utilicen para el lavaje hipocloritos (lejía), ni
detergentes que contienen cloro o cloruros libres.
6) Sequen inmediatamente después del lavaje con paños
suaves y absorbentes.
CUCHILLOS Y CUBIERTOS FORJADOS
Cada modelo de cuchillo está producido para un uso específico. No utilicen el cuchillo para otros trabajos. Eviten el
contacto de la hoja con materiales duros .
1) No es posible lavar cuchillo y cubiertos en la lavavajillas
2) El lavaje manual se efectúa con los normales
detergentesdomésticos.
3) Pongan atención en la limpieza de los cuchillos después
de utilizarlos con substancias corrosivas: la oxidación es
facilitada, por ejemplo, por el cloruro de sodio. En general
todos los líquidos orgánicos pueden volverse dañosos si la
permanencia del contacto se prolonga por muchas horas.
4) Sequen con un paño seco después del lavaje.
5) Para restablecer la eficiencia del corte se aconseja afilar
con un afilador:
a- Empuñen el afilador y el cuchillo por afilar
manteniendo los codos a la altura del talle y un poco alejados del cuerpo.
b- Apoyen la hoja del cuchillo sobre la parte externa del
afilador y háganla bajar y correr con un movimiento lento y
continuo. Mantengan la hoja
contra el afilador a un ángulo de próx 15°.
c- Repitan la operación con la hoja al otro lado del afilador .
d- De 2 a 3 pasadas para la normal manutención, hasta
15-20 veces para reconstruir el corte en
malas condiciones.
e- Si se efectúa con la muela, utilicen abrasivos
específicos con empleo de refrigerante. El recobro puede
provocar la pérdida de dureza y la rotura.
OLLAS ANTIADHERENTES
1) Después de lavar la olla, pre-acondicionen el revestimiento interno untándolo con mantequilla o aceite.
2) Cocinen siempre a temperaturas moderadas, sin calentar excesivamente la olla vacía.
3) Para una mayor duración del revestimiento, no utilicen
utensilios metálicos, sino sólo de plástico o madera. Nunca
corten la comida dentro de la olla.
4) No utilicen polvos y/o redes abrasivas para lavar las ollas. Es suficiente utilizar agua caliente con una
mínima cantidad de detersivo neutro.
5) Se desaconseja el lavaje en lavavajillas con detersivos
concentrados.
6) Se desaconseja el uso de las ollas antiadherentes sobre
planos de cocción a inducción magnética.

Pour sauvegarder l’article, il faut respecter les simples règles de maintenance suivantes:
1) nettoyez la poussière de l’article en bois de bois avec
draps antistatiques ou légèrement humides;
2) cirez périodiquement l’article avec un drap souple pour
éliminer les possibles taches de graisse laissées par les
mains pendant le rangement des ustensiles ou couverts;
3) évitez l’usage de tous détersifs, solvants, ou produits
abrasifs.
4) gardez l’article dans un lieu sec à une température du
milieu pas excessive, puisque le bois, comme substance
naturelle, est sujet, si soumis à changements subits de
température et humidité, à changements dimensionnels
(courbement et regonflement)
5) évitez le contact avec l’eau. Quand ça se passe, essuyez
immédiatement avec un drap sec.
USTENSILES INOXYDABLES
1) Lavez les ustensiles immédiatement après l’usage.
2) Nettoyez toujours selon le sens dusatinage.
3) Utilisez détersifs neutres.
4) Évitez de frotter les ustensiles avec:
- produits abrasifs surtout s’ils contiennent chlore;
- résilles en métal ou synthétiques;
- évitez d’enlever éventuels dépôts solides avec ustensiles de métal.
5) Ne lavez pas avec hypochlorites (eau de Javel), ni avec
détersifs contenants chlore ou chlorures libres.
6) Essuyez immédiatement après le lavage avec draps
souples et absorbants.
COUTEAUX ET COUVERTS FORGÉS
Chaque modèle de couteau a été produit pour un usage
spécifique. N’utilisez pas le couteau pour des travaux différents.Évitez le contact de la lame avec matériel dur.
1) Ne pas laver le couteau dans le lave-vaisselles
2) Le lavage à main doit être effectué en utilisant des détersifs domestiques normaux.
3) On doit faire particulière attention à nettoyer les couteaux

5) Pour récupérer l’efficacité de la lame, nous conseillons
l’usage de l’aiguisoir:
a- Tenez l’aiguisoir et le couteau à aiguiser avec les coudes
à la hauteur de la taille et un peu détachés du corps.
b- Appuyez la lame du couteau sur la partie extérieure
del’aiguisoir et faites-la courir et coulisser avec un mouvement lent et continu. Maintenez la lame contre l’aiguisoir à
un angle de 15° environ.

d- De 2 à 3 mouvements pour l’entretien ordinaire, jusqu’à
15-20 mouvements pour la récupération d’une lame en
mauvais état.
e- Si l’aiguisage est effectuée avec la meule à affûter, utilisez abrasifs spécifiques avec l’usage de réfrigérant. L’aiguisage peut provoquer perte de
dureté et rupture.
MARMITES ANTI-ADHÉRENTES
1) Après d’avoir lavé la marmite, pré-conditionnez le revêtement intérieur en le huilant avec du beurre ou avec
de l’huile.
2) Cuisinez toujours à température modérée, sans surchauffer la marmite vide.
3) Pour une plus grande durée du revêtement, n’utilisez
jamais d’ustensiles en métal, mais seulement en bois ou
plastique. Ne coupez jamais les aliments dans la
marmite.
4) N’utilisez jamais de poudres et/ou résilles abrasives pour
laver les marmites. Il est suffisant d’utiliser de l’eau chaude
avec une minime quantité de détersif neutre.
5) Nous recommandons de NE PAS laver dans le lave-vaisselle avec détersifs concentrés.
6) On déconseille l’usage des marmites anti-adhérentes sur
plans de cuisson à induction magnétique
