First Step: Stopping and Uninstalling the existing Services
Stop the already installed and started Background Services from the tray icon. Therefore right click on the
tray icon (1), stop all of the services (2) and exit (3) the icon.

Now you can, uninstall the existing Background Services from
Start (1)  Control Panel (2)  Programs and Features (3) “TISWebRTM”

Right click on “TISWEBRTM” (4) and press uninstall (5).

Second Step: Deleting the Old Files
After uninstall, the old folders need to be deleted. The folders are located in this paths:
“C:\ProgramData\RTMTrayIconProxySettings”  This folder is hidden, to access it you need to click on
Organize (1) “Folder and search options” in the windows explorer and click the View (3) tab, there you
should select “Show hidden files, folders and drives” (4) and “Apply” (5). You can see the folder now.

Please delete this folder, too: “C:\Program Files (x86)\TISWebRTMService”.
Last Step: Installing the new Version
Now you can run the installer for the new Background Services as an Administrator, and install it like usual.
Therefore please follow the InstallShield Wizard.
