Aluminum frame with sporty seating position, components above average for
this price range. Little room for the feet.
The Bulls women’s racer is based on the relatively simple
aluminum frame from the Falcon series - ultimately only the
decor turns it into a women’s bicycle. Compared to the standard model, the geometry hasn’t changed, it has a somewhat race-oriented riding position. Because the front of the
frame is rather short, there isn’t much space between the
feet and the front wheel. The bike’s equipment is a highlight: it has the complete 11-speed Ultegra group with directmount brakes. The bike is completed with a solid, quite
heavy wheelset and voluminous quality tires from Schwalbe.
Our tester felt that the FSA handlebars with their flattened
tops were very pleasant, and the tightly padded men’s saddle didn’t cause any problems. Some might see the decor’s
floral ornaments as playing too much to a women’s racing
bike cliché - but that’s clearly a matter of taste.
