
Full day circuit(07h30)- Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo or Lagoa do Fogo and
Furnas – 69€. Includes guide, lunch, insurance and transfer
The circuit Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo will have the following stops:vista do Rei
belvedere; Lomba do Vasco belvedere, Sete Cidades parish (São Nicolau church) and
Santiago Lagoon. Lunch in a local restaurant in Ribeira Grande(Alabote
restaurant).Then we will be going for the north cost, with stops in the Liquers Factory
of Eduardo Ferreira, Caldeira Velha and Lagoa do Fogo.
The circuit Fogo Lagoon and Furnas will stop in Lagoa do Fogo(lake), Tea Plantations at
Gorreana and Pico do Ferro belvedere. Lunch in a local restaurant in Furnas(Terra
Nostra restaurant). Visit the Furnas hotsprings and Terra Nostra Park.

Half Day Circuit(03h30) – Sete Cidades or Lagoa do Fogo– 35€. Includes guide,
insurance and transfer.
The circuit in Sete Cidades will have the following stops:vista do Rei belvedere;
Cummeeira Pequena(small summit); Lomba do Vasco belvedere, parish of Sete Cidades
(São Nicolau church); the península; the tunnel; Lagoa de Santiago; Cerrado das
Freiras, Lagoa das Empadadas(lake), Paul belvedere and e Relva belvedere.
In the circuit Lagoa do Fogo you will have the oportunity to visit Liquor Factory
Eduardo Ferreira, Caldeira Velha and Lagoa do Fogo.

PEDESTRIAN WALKS - FULL DAY
Full day pedestrian walks(07h30) – Sete Cidades or Lagoa do Fogo or Furnas
– 49.00€. Includes transfer, insurance, guide and picnic lunch
Sete Cidades – Cummeeira Grande. Begining on the lagoa do Canário , this route
passes threw the summit of the volcano of Sete Cidades where you will have the
change to glimmer the involvment of the azorean landscape. Walk extension: 12 km
Praia/Fogo Lagoon – The circuit is located in the south side of Agua do Pau volcano,
near the bridge of beach brook(Ribeira da Praia) towards Lagoa do Fogo direction,
passsing a small dike and an old factory of shredding. Walk extention: 12.6 km
Furnas –The pedestrian walk begins and ends near the entrances of the Terra nostra
Park, and part of the trajectory is made in the magin lake, giving a complete round to
the Lagoa do Fogo, passing threw the Lagoa Seca and Pico do Gaspar. Walk extension:

PEDESTRIAN WALKS –HALF DAY
Half Day Pedestrian Walks(03h30) - Sete Cidades or Lagoa de Fogo or Salto do Cabrito or
Furnas or Sanguinho– 18.00€. Includes guide, transfer and insurance.
Sete Cidades – Circular track where you will have the oportunity to discover the complex of unic
lagoons, among them lagoa Rasa, Empadadas, Éguas, Carvão and Pau Pique, where you will enjoy
amazing panoramas. Walk extension: 7 km
Lagoa do Fogo – This magnificient trail takes us to the Caldeira of the Lagoa do Fogo. In this programme
you will be able to see some examples of the Azorean flora, such as laurel(Laurus azorica),
heather(Ericça azorica) and holly (llex perado azorica). Walk Extention: 2 km
Salto do Cabrito – This walk begins in Caldeiras in Ribeira Grande, climbing towards the mountain and
the valley of Lombadas. Next, passing the dike and two hydroelectric station: the Fajã do Redondo and
Salto do Cabrito.The first is still working,however, the second one, is inactive for 40 years ago. Leaning
toward the brook, you can apreciate the magnificient waterfall of Salto do cabrito. Walk extention: 5.4
km
Furnas – The circuit will be around Lagoa do Fogo where you can visualize the beautifull surronding flora
and also relaxing on the envolving various green spaces. Walk extention: 7km
Faial da Terra/Salto do Prego – This walk starts and ends on the parish of Faial da Terra and goes
towards the Salto do Prego, a beautiful waterfall where pittosporum and acacia predominate. Turning
back you will pass a small village now in ruins called Sanguinho. This place, that has about twenty houses
in recovery process, it's so called for, as far as known, the strong presence of an endemic plant to
Madeira and Azores of that name: "sanguinho". Walk extention – 5 km

Proposal description:
This activity, with maximum duration of two hours(half day), should, preferentially,
carried out in a open place, however, in case of adverse weather conditions, we will
guarantee a closed place as an alternative in Sete Cidades.
This project aims to contribute for the preservation of some of the portuguese
traditional games.
The 22 games that you can choose will be carried out during the time refered above:
A Pela; Os Bilros; A Malha; Saltar à Corda I; O Lencinho; Tracção de Corda em Linha;
Tracção da Corda e Corrida; Jogo do Pião I; O Mata; Saltar à Corda II; Berlinde; A cabra
Cega; Tracção da Corda em Anel; Bicho; A Cavaquinha; A Raiola; A Pelota; Corrida do
Arco; Pela à Parede; Jogo do Pião II; Jogo da Bola 1; Barra do Lenço e O Pique-Pique.
The number of games is determined to the number of participants, however, it will be
carried out at least four games.

GENERAL CONDITIONS, RESERVATIONS AND INFO
General conditions: All the activities requere a minimum of two adults, with exeption of the portuguese
traditional games with a minimum of six persons. The ven and jipe have a capacity of 9 seats, including
the driver. The prices are with VAT included. In all activities Cresaçor will activate a personal acident
insurance for all participants. It´s mandatory the presentation of a document(Driver license or personal
identification card) has a guarantee of equipment retur, has well as for the insurance activation.
Insurance acording to Portuguese law. If interested in group prices or personal programm contact us. All
the activities can be cancelled until 12 a.m of the previous day of the activities. After this prazo there
will be no refund.
