neue Trypsin-Abpackung ein. Hierbei wird unter
der Katalognummer 37286.01 100 µg „Trypsin
MS approved“ statt 4 x 25 µg modifiziertes Trypsin
plus 25 µg internen Standard (nicht-methyliertes
Trypsin) angeboten. Wir können so die Herstellungskosten senken ohne Minderung der Qualität und Ihnen das Enzym günstiger als bisher
anbieten. Die Produkte „Trypsin NB Premium
Grade, MS approved from porcine pancreas“
sowie „Trypsin NB Sequencing Grade, modified
from porcine pancreas“ bleiben vorerst unverändert am Markt verfügbar.
In time for the Analytica 2016 SERVA introduces a new package size of trypsin. Item
number 37286.01 contains 100 µg „Trypsin MS approved“ instead of 4 x 25 µg modified trypsin plus 25 µg internal standard
(non-methylated trypsin). That way we are able
to decrease production costs without loss of
quality and to offer the enzyme at a reduced
rate. The products „Trypsin NB Premium Grade, MS approved from porcine pancreas“ and
„Trypsin NB Sequencing Grade, modified from
porcine pancreas“ will for now still be available on the market.

EPO Doping Analytik / EPO Doping Analytics
Doping and doping controls are an ongoing
issue in the press. Especially prominent: The
proof of EPO doping. SERVA supports the
efforts of the National Anti-Doping Agencies (NADA) and World Anti-Doping Agency
(WADA) by development and production of
SERVA EPO Doping Kits. For this application
precast gels for horizontal isoelectric focusing are offered. They are covalently bound to
a support film, which does not allow for semi
dry- or tank blotting. Alternative methods are
mechanical detachment of the gels from the
film or contact blotting. For optimisation of
the contact blot SERVA developed a special
blotting device, the SERVA Gravity Blotter.
Further developments like horizontal precast
gels for vertical SAR PAGE are in progress.

Mit DNADecon entfernen Sie rasch und mühelos Kontaminationen durch Nukleinsäuren. Ob
auf Arbeitsflächen oder Oberflächen von Geräten – sprühen, wischen, fertig! Auch Geräte oder

Der Gelscanner BIO-1000F ist ein innovativer, anwenderfreundlicher und zugleich
preisgünstiger Scanner, der Gelaufnahmen, Gelvorschau und das Ausschneiden
von Nukleinsäurebanden in der Routine der
Nukleinsäureelektrophorese ermöglicht.
Die Kombination aus hochsensitivem CCDSystem und Blaulicht-LEDs ist kompatibel
mit allen Fluoreszenz-Alternativen zu Ethidium-Bromid. Das Scanner-System erstellt
publikationsreife Aufnahmen bei einer Nachweisgrenze bis 0,04 ng DNA/Bande und ist
damit deutlich sensitiver als herkömmliche
Geldokumentationssysteme, die mit einem
Blaulicht-Transilluminator ausgestattet sind. Dank des nach Bedarf einsetzbaren Orangefilters und der intuitiv zu bedienenden MiBioFluo-Software zum manuellen Steuern der
Blaulicht-LED-Scanleiste sind Banden für das

Since September 2015, SERVA offers the
new animal-free GMP grade collagenase. The
sophisticated production process ensures no
cross-contamination with any animal-based
components. Concerns regarding the introduction of animal-derived pathogens are eliminated and therefore regulatory hurdles are
lowered. The enzyme can be used for gentle
cell isolation from sensitive tissues, such as
pancreas, dental pulp and liver. Neutral Protease AF GMP grade is also available through
SERVA.

Partner zur Identifizierung von Vietnamkriegsopfern. SERVA liefert hierzu das Know-How und
Geräte für die DNA-Elektrophorese, namentlich
die Submarinekammer BlueMarineTM HTS inklusive Stromgeber sowie das Geldokumentationssystem DIAS-III. Die Elektrophoresekammer ermöglicht die gleichzeitige Analyse von
102 DNA-Proben mit je ca. 5 cm Trennstrecke,
DIAS-III die Dokumentation und Auswertung der
elektrophoretisch getrennten PCR-Proben.

Der Blot-Nachweis kann entweder durch Farbsubstrate (TMB, BCIP/NBT) oder durch den Einsatz von
Chemilumineszenzsubstraten (SERVALight) erfolgen.
Ein letzter, aber nicht weniger wichtiger Schritt im
Western Blot-Workflow ist die optische Aufnahme des
Blots. Bei Einsatz von Farbsubstraten liefert hier der
LED-Scanner BIO-5000P beste Ergebnisse. Für den
Nachweis von Chemilumineszenz-Substraten bietet
der GeneGnome dank leistungsstarker, gekühlter
CCD-Kamera höchste Sensitiviät auch bei schwach

EPO Doping Analytik / EPO Doping Analytics
Doping and doping controls are an ongoing
issue in the press. Especially prominent: The
proof of EPO doping. SERVA supports the
efforts of the National Anti-Doping Agencies (NADA) and World Anti-Doping Agency
(WADA) by development and production of
SERVA EPO Doping Kits. For this application
precast gels for horizontal isoelectric focusing are offered. They are covalently bound to
a support film, which does not allow for semi
dry- or tank blotting. Alternative methods are
mechanical detachment of the gels from the
film or contact blotting. For optimisation of
the contact blot SERVA developed a special
blotting device, the SERVA Gravity Blotter.
Further developments like horizontal precast
gels for vertical SAR PAGE are in progress.

Mit DNADecon entfernen Sie rasch und mühelos Kontaminationen durch Nukleinsäuren. Ob
auf Arbeitsflächen oder Oberflächen von Geräten – sprühen, wischen, fertig! Auch Geräte oder

The BIO-1000F is an innovative, user-friendly,
and cost-effective device that integrates image
capture, gel preview, and gel extraction essential for routine nucleic acid gel electrophoresis.
With the combination of a high-sensitivity charge-coupled device (CCD) system and blue-light
emitting diode (LED) illuminators, the Bio-1000F
is compatible with all ethidium bromide (EtBr)-alternative fluorescent stains, and provides publication-quality images up to 0.04 ng per band,
significantly enhancing fluorescent signal expression over other gel documentation systems that
depend on ultraviolet and blue-LED light sources.
Thanks to its removable filter plate and intuitive
MiBioFluo software interface, users can visualize banding patterns and conduct gel extraction
directly on the Bio-1000F without moving between the transilluminator and gel imager. The
Bio-1000F‘s compact design enables it to fit in
crowded laboratory spaces. The Bio-1000F features an integrated, environment-friendly, and
ultrasensitive gel imager for researchers dedicated to improving laboratory safety and the efficiency of gel electrophoresis.

Since September 2015, SERVA offers the
new animal-free GMP grade collagenase. The
sophisticated production process ensures no
cross-contamination with any animal-based
components. Concerns regarding the introduction of animal-derived pathogens are eliminated and therefore regulatory hurdles are
lowered. The enzyme can be used for gentle
cell isolation from sensitive tissues, such as
pancreas, dental pulp and liver. Neutral Protease AF GMP grade is also available through
SERVA.

neue Trypsin-Abpackung ein. Hierbei wird unter
der Katalognummer 37286.01 100 µg „Trypsin
MS approved“ statt 4 x 25 µg modifiziertes Trypsin
plus 25 µg internen Standard (nicht-methyliertes
Trypsin) angeboten. Wir können so die Herstellungskosten senken ohne Minderung der Qualität und Ihnen das Enzym günstiger als bisher
anbieten. Die Produkte „Trypsin NB Premium
Grade, MS approved from porcine pancreas“
sowie „Trypsin NB Sequencing Grade, modified
from porcine pancreas“ bleiben vorerst unverändert am Markt verfügbar.
In time for the Analytica 2016 SERVA introduces a new package size of trypsin. Item
number 37286.01 contains 100 µg „Trypsin MS approved“ instead of 4 x 25 µg modified trypsin plus 25 µg internal standard
(non-methylated trypsin). That way we are able
to decrease production costs without loss of
quality and to offer the enzyme at a reduced
rate. The products „Trypsin NB Premium Grade, MS approved from porcine pancreas“ and
