In Kooperation mit VANS, dem US-amerikanischen Sportschuh-Hersteller, der auf Produkte für
Trendsportarten wie Skateboarden, Snowboarden oder BMX spezialisiert ist, und dem amerikanischen
Profiskateboarder John Cardiel präsentiert VP Records eine neue Serie. Für "Dub Rockers Vol.1" wurden
hochkarätige Bands und Künstler aus den USA (Bad Brains, Angelo Moore (Fishbone), SOJA, The Aggrolites,
John Brown's Body uvm.), Europa (Gentleman, Alborosie, Tamika) und der Karibik (Busy Signal, Tarrus Riley,
Etana, Inner Circle, Peetah Morgan (Heritage), Capleton) eingeladen. Das Ziel dabei - a) eine einzigartige
hochkarätige Zelebrierung des "Dub Reggae" und b) eine exklusive, zeitgenössische Zusammenstellung
von zehn Tracks & Remixen für die Alternative Rock Generation, die Reggae Community und Fans diverser
Trendsportarten - wurde hier mehr als übererfüllt. Erhältlich als CD-Digipak und LP-Vinyl!
In cooperation with the professional skateboarder John Cardiel & the Vans manufacturer VP presents ten
exclusive tracks featuring top artists from the US (i.e. Bad Brains, SOJA, Rebelution), from EU (Alborosie,
Gentleman) and JA vocalists (Busy Signal, Etana, Tarrus Riley, Inner Circle and many more). ‘Dub Rockers’ is
the new compilation series with remixes and new combination tunes that highlight the common ground
between the scenes tapping into the live club and concert scene where alternative rock and reggae genres
have blended into a unique sound and (life) style. - Ten exclusive tracks by worldwide renown artists from
US, Europa and Jamaica- Vans is the United States-based manufacturer of sneakers, skateboarding shoes,
BMX shoes, snowboarding boots- Vans’ spokesperson John Cardiel has created a series of mix tapes that will
carry the Dub Rocker’s brand into the world of extreme sports.- Additional branding and promotional
