2) Once in the bio sauna sit or lie down comfortably and relax

4) After lingering in this balmy, scented atmosphere, move to the fresh
air. Spend a while there and then take a lukewarm shower
STEAMBATH

-Frequency: not more then 1 -2 sessions
1) Before entering the steam bath take a shower
2) Dry yourself and if you like take a warm footbath
3) Enter the Steam Bath, use your towel and clean the seat before and
after bathing
4) Sit or lie down comfortably
5) After the bath take a lukewarm shower
6) Move around a bit, then relax in a whirlpool or rest wrapped in a
bathrobe
