Any filming of the means of access or locks is strictly forbidden for technical reasons of security. Failure
to conform to this requirement invalidates the present authorization.
On conservation grounds any filming with flash lights is forbidden and only the lowest possible light
intensities (max. 50 Lux) for the shortest possible duration (subject to the approval of the security officer
in charge) may be employed. Close-up shots of items on display in the autograph vault are not allowed.
The films taken may be used exclusively for the above named and authorized purpose. All
performance/photography rights relating to the photographs/films of exhibits belong to the
International Mozarteum Foundation. Further distribution or processing of the material, other than as
stated above, as likewise its reproduction and diffusion or release to the public, be it through electronic
recording and/or diffusion media (like for example the internet), be it through online and/or offline data
processing services (videotext, DVD, CD-Rom, diskette, magnetic tape) or any other such passive or
interactive transmission technique, is in principle not permitted and necessitates in each case the approval
of the International Mozarteum Foundation.
Prior to distribution the International Mozarteum Foundation must receive a copy of each
photograph/film for approval and release. Its publication is authorized only following completion of this
procedure.
All staffing and organizational costs arising from the photography/ filming will be charged to the holder
of this permit. These are:
Filming per hour within opening hours
(Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 18.00 h)
At other times or on Sundays and holidays (per hour)
Security officer per person and per hour
(Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 18.00 h)
At other times or on Sundays and holidays

Guided tours in the autograph vault for max. 20 persons (per hour)

In addition to the guide conducting the tour in the autograph vault, a security officer must be present to
ensure conformity with insurance regulations.
The above mentioned costs and prices are subject to additional government tax (currently 20%) and have
validity only at the time of mailing/signing of the present permit.
Austrian law is binding and it is agreed that Salzburg will be the exclusive venue for the settlement of any
disputes relating to this contract.
Payment should be effected within 14 days of receiving the invoice and an interest rate of 12% per
annum will be charged for any delay.

Aus sicherheitstechnischen Gründen sind jegliche Aufnahmen der Zugänge und Schließeinrichtungen
strengstens untersagt. Bei Nichteinhaltung gilt diese Erlaubnis als verwirkt.
Aus konservatorischen Gründen sind jegliche Aufnahmen mit Blitzlichtern verboten bzw.
Filmaufnahmen nur mit den niedrigstmöglichen Lichtmengen (max. 50 Lux) für die kürzestmögliche
Dauer (vorbehaltlich der Genehmigung des jeweiligen Sicherheitspersonals) zulässig. Detailaufnahmen
von Exponaten im Autographenkeller sind untersagt.
Die gemachten Aufnahmen dürfen ausschließlich für den oben beschrieben und genehmigten Zweck
verwendet werden. Sämtliche Leistungsschutzrechte/Bildrechte aus den gegenständlichen
Fotografien/Filmaufnahmen liegen bei der Internationalen Stiftung Mozarteum. Weitere, als die genannte
Veröffentlichung und Weiterverarbeitung, sowie die Vervielfältigung und Verbreitung bzw. öffentliche
Zugänglichmachung, sei es durch elektronische Speicher- und/oder Verbreitungsmedien (wie z.B.
Internet), sei es durch online- und/oder offline-Datenverarbeitungsdienste (Videotext, CD-Rom,
Disketten, Magnetband) oder durch eine wie auch immer geartete vergleichbare passive oder interaktive
Übertragungstechnik, sind grundsätzlich nicht gestattet und bedürfen im einzelnen der Zustimmung der
Internationalen Stiftung Mozarteum.
Vor Veröffentlichung erhält die Internationale Stiftung Mozarteum jeweils eine Kopie der
Foto/Filmaufnahmen zur Genehmigung und Freigabe. Erst danach ist eine Veröffentlichung zulässig.
Sämtliche Personal- und Müheverwaltungskosten, welche durch die Foto/Filmaufnahmen entstehen, sind
vom Erlaubniswerber zu tragen. Diese sind:
