Mit der Geräteanmietung entsteht beim Nutzer kein Eigentum an der gemieteten Technik. Die Preise verstehen
sich inclusive Auf- und Abbau, Transport und Installa-
tionsservice. Weitergehende IT-Dienstleistungen können
zu einem Stundensatz von 95,00 E zuzüglich gültiger Mehrwertsteuer gesondert bestellt werden. The hire of equipment does not entitle the user to the
owner-ship of this equipment. Prices include set-up,
dismantling, transport and installation. Other IT-services
can be ordered separately at a price of 95.00 E + VAT per
hour.
3. Hinweis zur Versicherung | Note on insurance
Die genannten Geräte sind nicht gegen Diebstahl und Beschädigung versichert. (Dies sollte z. B. durch die Standversicherung inkl. Standbewachung des Mieters geschehen).
Der Mieter haftet in Höhe des Wiederbeschaffungswertes
der Geräte und haftet vom Zeitpunkt der Übergabe der Geräte durch FAIRNET bis zum Zeitpunkt der Rücknahme
(nicht nur bis zum Ende der Messe bzw. Veranstaltung).
The mentioned devices are not insured against theft or
damage (this should be allowed for, for example, when
arranging display stand insurance and monitoring). Those
renting the display area remain responsible for equipment
to the tune of their replacement value and from the time
when equipment is handed over to the FAIRNET trade fair
to the time when it is returned (not only to the end of the
trade fair or event).
4. Mängel | Defects
Complaints regarding defects can only be considered
during the trade fair (event). Please contact your project
manager.

Mängelbeanstandungen sind nur während der Messe
(Veranstaltung) möglich. Bitte wenden Sie sich an Ihren
Projektmanager.
