Perfecta PA 801
Die automatische PERFECTA PA 801 ist eine in der Praxis
bewährte, neukonstruierte Ausschneidemaschine für Spitzen
und Stickereien. Die PA 801 wurde aufgrund einer 50-jährigen
Erfahrung – neu im Baukastensystem – entwickelt. Sie arbeitet
nach dem einfachen, aber sicheren Prinzip des mit Fühlerleisten
geschützten rotierenden Kreismessers.
Der Transport des Stoffes und die Zuführung des Festons an den
Fühler erfolgt selbsttätig durch 2 manuell bedienbare, sinnvoll
angeordnete Rollwerke. Diese Einrichtung ermöglicht es, sehr
schmale Bänder (bis 6 mm Stoffansatz, Galonen, Schlussbänder)
einwandfrei auszuschneiden. Die Geschwindigkeit dieser Rollwerke ist einstellbar.

According the quality of the fabric and the difficulty of the festoon, the hourly production of the cutting machine PERFECTA
PA 801 is 80–160 embroidery bands or up to 3000 m Raschel or
Leavers bands. On the following page you can see the several

Das übersichtlich angeordnete Schaltpult befindet sich im Blickfeld der
Bedienungsperson. Die übersichtliche
Anordnung mit Notstopp garantiert eine
einfache Bedienung. Mit dem Bedienungsknopf (Vorlauf Fühlwalze) kann
der Vorlauf der Fühlwalze – unabhängig
der Gesamtgeschwindigkeit – verändert
werden.

Die halbautomatische Schleifvorrichtung
SA 200 erlaubt es – auch ungeübten Personen –, das Kreismesser absolut scharf
und geometrisch richtig nachzuschärfen.
Mit 2 Handgriffen wird das Messer – in 5
bis 6 Sekunden – wieder wie neuwertig.
The semi-automatic grinding device
SA 200 allows an easy and perfect
grinding of the round knife. With two
very simple handlings, the round
knife will be perfectly grinded in 5 to 6
seconds.

Wenn das zu schneidende Ausschneidegut immer schmaler wird oder vollautomatisch geschnitten werden will, so
empfiehlt sich der Ankauf der Hochumlenkung. Vorteile: bessere Entwirrung
der schmalen Streifen sowie Möglichkeit
einer vollautomatischen Arbeitsweise.
The high guiding and centering frame is
very useful when you work in a continuous way or when the fabric becomes
narrower during the cutting process.

Um auch schwierigste Bogen oder
spezielle Bänder schneiden zu können,
kann es wichtig sein, die Fühlwalzengeschwindigkeit unabhängig der
Transportgeschwindigkeit laufen zu
lassen. Dies kann durch Umstellen des
Verlaufumstellschalters von AUTO auf
MANO hergestellt werden.
When you have to cut very difficult
patterns or special galloons, it can be important to be able to adjust the speed of
the feeling rooler without changing the
main speed of the transport roller. This
can be achieved by changing position
of the switch “overfeed change” from
AUTO to MANO.

Bei der vollautomatischen Arbeitsweise
ist es wichtig, dass das Schneidegut
gespannt und im richtigen Winkel zum
Schneidkopf geführt wird. Mit dem
Drehspanner PA 801-106 kann dies auf
ideale Weise durchgeführt werden.
When the machine is working entirely
automatically, it is important that the
goods to be cut will be guided to the cutting head with tension and the right angle. This will be achieved perfectly with

Autom. Abstellvorrichtung. Bei vollautomatischer Arbeitsweise kann es
wichtig sein, dass – sobald eine Störung
während des Schneideprozesses auftritt
– die Maschine automatisch abstellt. Ein
Blinklicht (auf Kommandopult) macht das
Bedienungspersonal aufmerksam.
Automatic stop device. When the machine is working entirely automatically,
it is important that it stops automatically
and immediately when a problem occurs
during the cutting process. The attention

Damit der Schneidkopf sowie die
Transportvorrichtung ideal ausgeleuchtet werden können, ist für die
Ausschneidemaschine PERFECTA PA
801 eine Arbeitslampe erhältlich. Durch
die richtige Beleuchtung des Blickfeldes
wird ein vorzeitiges Ermüden der Augen
verhindert.
We can deliver the PERFECTA PA 801
with a slewing lamp which lights the
feeding unit and the cutting head. It
avoids to strain your eyes too much.

Das eingebaute Gebläse sorgt für einen
einwandfreien Abtransport der Bänder
und Reststoffe, damit diese nicht um
die Abzugsrollen gewickelt werden. Bei
grösserer elektrischer Aufladung können
die Bänder zusätzlich mit unserem
Absaugrohr PA 801-114 abgesogen
werden.
Built-in ventilator allowing perfect transport of narrow bands or waste stripes.
It avoids that these bands or stripes
wind round the feeding rollers. If due to
heavy static electricity this ventilator is
not sufficient, we can deliver our suction
pipe PA 801-114.

Für das kontinuierliche Schneiden von
gleichen Bändern – in Längen von bis
zu 200 Meter – empfehlen wir unser
automatisches Transportband. Das
Schneidgut wird automatisch hinter
die Maschine transportiert, von wo es
geordnet und faltenfrei wieder dem
Schneidkopf zugeführt wird.
For the continuous cutting process of
bands or galloons of length up to 200
meters – we recommend our automatic
conveyor belt. Thanks to this device the
material to be cut is automatically carried
behind the machine and will be feeded
again to the cutting head crease-free.

Für das kontinuierliche Schneiden von
gleichen Bändern in grösseren Stückzahlen eignet sich der Untersatz mit
Rutsche und Stuhl. Mit dieser Anlage
wird das Schneidgut automatisch wieder
hinter die Maschine transportiert.
When you have to cut long runs of
same pattern, it is advisable to order the
machine with slide storage and seat. The
fabric is automatically transported under
the machine and therefore ready for the
next cut.
In vielen Betrieben ist es erwünscht,
dass die Maschine leicht von einem

Arbeitsplatz zu einem anderen bewegt
werden kann. Um dieses zu erleichtern,
bieten wir den fahrbaren Untersatz an.
Alle vier Räder sind klemmbar, damit die
Maschine zum Arbeiten ruhig steht.
In many plants it is welcome that the
machines can be moved from a work
station to another. To enable an easy
moving, we offer a special stand with
wheels. The four wheels are equipped
with a brake to make the machine steady during the work.

Damit sich der Maschinentisch für
Stehbetrieb auf der richtigen Höhe
befindet, wird der Untersatz für Stehbetrieb geliefert. Die Handhabung ist dann
ähnlich unseren alten Maschinen PA 70,
PA 58 usw.
In order that the machine table is at right
height for standing work, we deliver a
stand which is placed under the basic
machine.
