LOCATION:
The resort is located on the south tip of Gran Canaria and is only a few metres away from the beach and
fine sand dunes. It is around 50 metres to the elegant promenades Maspalomas and Melonera with its
boutiques, restaurants and bars which all are in walking distance. There are also bus connections available.

HOTEL DESCRIPTION:
The internationally acclaimed architect and interior designer Alberto Pinto has given this resort a totally
new design. The seven storied complex is in the midst of a gorgeous subtropical garden landscape with
thousand year old palm trees and it offers numerous quiet corners and cosy places. The rooms are
furnished extravagantly in colourful retro style and offer all comfort one would desire.
The three restaurants offer Canary, Italian as well as International culinary delights meeting the highest
gourmet standards. The food can be enjoyed in air conditioned restaurant or on request al fresco on the
terrace. A barbecue is organised three times a week on the garden terrace. The bar Africano serves small
snacks and coffee specialties all day at the pool. The bar salon invites the guests to enjoy exotic cocktails
and evening live music with an entertainment program.
The heated sea water pools with underwater massage jets / underwater music as well as heated freshwater
pool are at the heart of the complex. Both are adjacent to a spacious sun terrace. The sole pool and kid s
pool are separate. Loungers and bath towels are free of charge.
The guests have a reception and 24 hour room service at their disposal. A babysitter can be arranged on
request. Further there is a car and bike rental, bridge tables in the TV room, courtesy room for late
departures, wireless internet access in the entire hotel, TV/Video room, playground, kiosk, laundry service,
numerous shops, hairdresser and a beauty salon available.
The hotel has a wide selection of conference, meeting and seminar rooms for up to 120 people which are
equipped with modern telecommunication technology.

The furnishings of the rooms include individually adjustable air-conditioning, mini-bar, safe, sitting
accommodation, SAT TV, radio, direct outward dialling phone, internet, bathroom with shower, lavatory,

request.
Twin Room A (Garden View): (around 23 m²); situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the hotels front side,
designed in contrasting colours: beige/brown, turquoise/yellow, green/mauve, blue/coral.
Twin Room B (Garden-/Pool-/Sea View): (around 23 m²); situated between the 2nd and 5th floor,
optional with sea, pool or garden view.
Twin Room C (Sea-/Pool-/Garden View): (around 23 m²); as Twin Room B, in a very good location
between the 5th and 7th floor, separate lavatory, optional with sea, pool or garden view.
Corner Room: slightly more spacious than Twin Room, corner room in a very beautiful location with two
sinks, bath tub and separate lavatory.
Junior Suite: (around 35 m²); situated between the 5th and 7th floor, with optical divided living/bedroom.
Suite: (around 35 m²); situated between the 5th and 7th floor as Junior Suite , bathroom with under floor
heating, additionally with DVD player and two balconies.
Master Suite: (around 43 m²); situated on the 6th and 7th floor, contrasting colours like: beige/brown and
pink/beige, as Junior Suite , though more spacious and more exclusive features.

reservation of starting times or organisation of transfers to all golf courses.

Charge: The Spa & Wellness offers holistic wellness programs, therapeutical treatments as well as
