I decided to call this encounters moves, since it have a certain
value for me and respond better to the state created….
It will be during the early spring into the early summer, and
we will travel through several topics, which I have been
fighting with the last 25 years… not that the number or time is
important, because with you, everything will be different…
It will be in the weekends 10 hours each weekend…
Issues.
Body in space..
Vertical/ horizontal..
Lines …
Raising….
Falling …
Breaking limits
Velocidade
Touch and be touched
Present or the lack of it
Technique of the moving element
Joy of being dancing
Knowing that you can dance
Just dance
Sharing this incredible moment.
The topics will be mixed in the encounters, and every
encounter is unique, but have a constant evolution…
You can always join in on the moves….

PETER MICHAEL DIETZ
Tem um percurso na dança inciado em 1984 em Copenhagen (Dinamarca), sendo seu
percurso inicial:
- Member of Dancelab/ Copenhagen (Butoh inspired bodyperformance), directed by Anita
Saij.
- Studies ( Alexander technique; yoga; aikido, gymnastic).
- Study at Kong Folke Hojskole/ Denmark), dance, theater, sports. - Theater technique (light/
sound) at Fiolteater, Copenhagen.
Atualemente, residente em Portugal colabora com diversas companhias de dança, coreógrafos
e Estruturas Artísticas.
2012
Teaching at Lugar presente, Viseu for curso basico de Dança, for vocational and regular classes.
Workshop courses at CEM, Lisboa called Series of moves.
Performing Alibantes by Romulus Neagu, Aveiro/ Torres Vedras.
Giving class for audition of Aldara Bizarros new production (festas), Lisboa/ Porto.
Dancing for companhia Paulo Ribeiro, Sabado 2, Covilhã.
Giving class and feed back for project Arraial of Circolando and Madalena vittorino, Porto/
Guimarães.
Premiere of solo, Don´t belong here, Oliveirinho.
Workshop in Arte total, Braga.
Giving class and consultor for audition for the project “lã e neve”, by Madalena Vittorino,
Guimarães/ Lisboa.

2011
- Co-creater of “ Alibantes”, by Romulus Neagu, at Teatro Viriato, Viseu, Portugal.

- Creater of Performance Project,Salva Conducto at Mercado Cultural de Carandá in ArteTotal,
Braga, Portugal. Supported by Ministry of Culture/ Camara Municipal of Braga.
- “Nos Somos”, performance created with students and teachers of Arte Total at Teatro Circo,
Braga, Portugal. Suppored by Ministry of Culture/Camara Municipal of Braga.

“Viseu”, for Companhia Paulo Ribeiro choreographed by Paulo Ribeiro, Portugal.
- Teacher/adviser at Cento em Movimento,(CEM), directed by Sofia Neuparth, Lisboa, Portugal.
One of the regular advisers of FIA (formação intensivo accompanhado) at CEM.
- Developed workshops in different cities of Portugal during the year: Fcverão in Forum Dança,
Lisboa; Aveiro organised by Teatro Aveirense; Coimbra at Teatrão; Weekend workshops in
CEM, called Impossible Dance, Lisboa; Portimão at the Teatro Municipal De Portimão. Algarve.
- Intensive workshop for professionals in the area of performanceart in Circolando/ Porto,
Portugal.
2010
- Dancer/Performer for Companhia Paulo Ribeiro in “Sabado 2”, “Maiorca”, with Live music of
Pedro Burmeister and premiere of “Paisagens…Onde o nergo é cor…”, where I co-created
“Viseu”as a part of the performance in Teatro Viriato, Viseu, Portugal. Companhia Paulo
Ribeiro supported by Ministry of Culture, Camara Municipal of Viseu and Teatro Viriato/Viseu.
- Premiere of A “Republica Dança”, co- creation with Nuno Nunes and direction by Giacomo
Scalisi in cooperation with TPO (Davide Ventura) Prato/Itlay for the celebration of 100 years of
the 1st Republic of Portugal. Curater, Madalena Vitorino,
supported by Ministry of Culture, Portugal.
- Coordination of FIA in CEM, Lisboa…and regular classes of Dynamic Body.
- Summer workshop in ForumDança, called Fcveráo, Lisboa. Supported by Ministry of Culture.
- Dancer/Performer in “Preguiça Ataca” by Aldara Bizarro (Jangada de Pedras), Évora Dance
