La macchina ё stata realizzata per ottenere effetti spazzolati о abrasivati su cinture, tracolle e strisce in genere. Material!: cuoio, pelle, salpa. Una volta introdotto il
materiale attraverso le apposite guide, la macchina esegue automaticamente la spazzolatura, la tamponatura e la lucidatura per mezzo di una serie di spazzole о tamponi facilmente intercambiabili, che conicriscono ai materiali trattati ombreggiature, sfumature decorative о ceralure lucidanti. I prodotti possono essere precedentemente apprettati о tratlali al momento con cere abrasive о altri prodotti, secondo I'ef'fetto desiderate. Su richiesta, la larghezza massima di utilizzo della macchina pub essere incrementata da 4 a 140 mm. Montando una serie di tamponi porta tela smeriglio о dischi abrasivi, si possono ottenere sfiorature ed efletti nabuccati sui prodotti trattati. La macchina e dotata di protezioni antinfortunistiche a norme vigenti.

AUTOMATIC BRUSHING, BUFFING AND POLISHING MACHINF
The machine has been made to create brushed or scored effects on belts, bag straps or strips in general. Material: leather, hide and salpa. Once the material is threaded through the special guides, the machine automatically brushes, buffs and polishes it using a set of easily interchangeable brushes and buffs which give the treated material decorative shadings and tones or wax polishing effects. The items may have been previously sized or be treated as they worked with abrasive wax or
other substances according to the effect required. On request, the maximum working width of the machine may be increased from 4 to 140 mm. By fitting a set of
emery cloth holding buffs or abrasive discs, it is possible to create velvety degraining effects on treated products. The machine is fitted with accident-prevention

La machine a etc construite pour obtenir des effets de brassage ou d'abrasion sur les ceintures, les bandes et les bandoulieres pour les sacs. Les materiaux sont: cuir,

de brasses ou de tampons facilement interchangeables et qui donnent aux materiaux traites des ombres, des nuances decoratives ou des cirages lustrants. Les produits
peuvent etre precedemment polishes ou traites sur le moment avec des circs abrasives ou d'autres produits selon 1'effet desire. Die Maschine wurde entwickelt um auf Gurteln, Tragriemen von Umhangetaschen und sonstigen Lederstreifen einen Biirst-bzw. Schleifeffekt zu erzielen.
Materialien: Naltirleder, Leder, Salpe. Das Material wird anhand der dazu vorgesehenen Fiihrungen eingelegt wonach die Maschine automatisch einen Burst-,
Schleif- und Poliervorgang durchfiihrt; dies erfolgt mittels leicht auswechselbaren Biirsten und Schleifscheiben, wodurch die verarbeitelen Materialien
Schattierungen und dekorative Nuancen erhalten, bzw. eine Wachsschicht aufgetragen und zugleich poliert wird. Es konnen zuvor appretierte Produkte verarbeitet
werden: die Produkte konnen jedoch auch vorort mit Schleifwachs oder ahnlichen Mitteln, je nach dem gewiinschten Effekt behandelt werden. Auf Anfrage kann
die Maschine mit einer verstellbaren Breite von 4 auf 140 mm. geliefert werden. Bei Einbau eines Schleifaggregats mit Schmirgeltuch oder Schleifscneibe konnen
die bchandelten Produkte mit Narben oder Nabuck-Effekten versehen werden.
