DealWatch LeagueBoard reports on Bookrunner and Legal Adviser activity in corporate
bond transactions
Buenos Aires, May 13, 2011 – According to the information in the DealWatch DCM database,
Santander Global Banking & Markets was the Top Bookrunner in Latin America during
2010, while Souza, Cescon Avedissian, Barrieu, e Flesch and Machado, Meyer, Sendacz
e Opice were the Top Legal Advisers to issuers and to the underwriting banks in terms of
total deal value. Meanwhile, Santander Global Banking & Markets, Souza, Cescon
Avedissian, Barrieu, e Flesch (together with White & Case LLP), and Bruchou,
Fernandez Madero & Lombardi topped the rankings of bookrunners, legal advisers to
issuers and legal advisers to banks, respectively, in terms of total deal numbers.
