QUINTA DA REDE RESERVA WHITE 2011 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Type: White wine Ano de colheita: 2011 Appellation: Douro DOC - Reserva Grapes: Arinto (30%), Viosinho (30%) and Gouveio(40%) Winemaker: Osvaldo Amado CHARACTERISTICS Aspect: Crystal clear Color: Defined citrine color with abundant green tones. Aroma: Prevalent in tropical fruits and exotic fruits. Nuances of white flowers and citrus. Taste: Fruity, fresh, pleasant mouth volume and long persistence. Vinification: Destemmed and soft pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation temperature of 15 °C. Maturation: 3 months of «batônnage» in stainless steel vats. Alcohol: 13% Vol. pH: 3,20 3 Total acidity: 5,6 g/dm 3 Reductive sugar: <5,0 g/dm Temperature of service: 8º C Pairing sugestion: Excellent as an appetizer or pairing with fish, seafood, pizza, pasta, grilled or stewed white meats. Color: Grenade. Aroma: Intense ripe berries. Nuances of macerated wild fruits, spice and subtle notes of toast and dark flower petals. Taste: Fruity, smooth, well structured, elegant and with balanced finish. Vinification: Destemmed, long and smooth skin maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 25 °C. Occurred in robotized stainless steel "lagares". Maturation: Nine months in new barrels of French oak. QUINTA DA REDE GRANDE RESERVA RED 2009 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Type: Red wine Vintage: 2009 Appellation: Douro DOC - Grande Reserva Grapes: Touriga Nacional (60%), Touriga Franca (20%) e Tinta Roriz (20%) Winemaker: Osvaldo Amado CHARACTERISTICS Aspect: Limpid. Color: Intense garnet with violet tones Aroma: Complex, shows distinct notes of macerated wild fruits, red fruit jelly, subtle toast hints, cocoa and dark petal flowers. Taste: Smooth, good volume, well-structured and ends with long persistence. Vinification: Full destemming, long but soft skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 26 º C. Occurred in robotized "lagares" of stainless steel.. Maturation: 12 months in new barrels of French oak Alcohol: 14,5% Vol. pH: 3,65 3 Total acidity: 5,6 g/dm 3 Reductive sugar: <5,0 g/dm Temperature of service: 10º C Pairing sugestion: Excellent pairing with grilled red meats or with sauces, game and well structured cheeses.
