Low cost social housing

Building system that consists in the use of
structural walls, pre-finished, with fast
connection system.
This building system starts with a concrete slab
on site. Drainage and other networks must be
put in place before pouring concrete.
To allow faster assembling time, bathrooms are
totally prefabricated, as 3D sanitary pods.
Thermal insulations is supplied according to
client’s needs.
Houses are delivered completely serviced.
Comfort levels can be customised as per
client’s specifications.

as lodging retreats, hotel rooms or as singular
offices.
Their size of 20 sqm is about the same of a

All components can be easily handled by two
persons. As all elements can be easily handled,
Treehouse®Spot kits can be erected in places of
difficult access.

containers, and all elements can be transported
in small pickup trucks.

SEISMIC SAFETY
Wood is the smartest building material supplied
by Nature. Its high strenght to weight ratio makes
it perfect to build earthquake proof buildings.
Treehouse® skeleton is made of Kerto®, a
extremely light and highly resistant engineered
wood product.
FIRE RESISTANCE
Contrary to other building materials, the molecular
structure of wood has an excellent performance
under high temperatures: it doesn’t melt or break.
Charred wood works as a barrier against heat and
gases, making deep fire progression difficult, and
allowing a precious time gap to guarantee people
evacuation .
