Description
Wanderheim und Gruppenunterkunft in 5 km Entfernung zu den Schluchten der Ardèche für einen sportlichen oder erholsamen Urlaub im
Grünen. Unterkunft auf dem Gelände eines Reiterhofs. Separater Eingang, eigene Terrasse, großes Grundstück zur freien Verfügung. Großer
Aufenthaltsraum mit ausgestatteter Küchenecke, Waschküche, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofas, 5 Doppelzimmer (Waschbecken auf dem
Zimmer, 2 Duschen, 2 WCs zur gemeinsamen Nutzung), 5 Doppelzimmer (jeweils eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC), Elektroheizung.
Inanspruchnahme von Frühstücks-, Picknick- und Reinigungsservice möglich. Ferienwohnung auf 2 Etagen. 1 behindertengerechtes
Schlafzimmer. Tiere auf dem Bauernhof: Ziegen, Ponys und Pferde.
Getting to the gîte
En venant du nord prendre sortie N°17, passer par le Teil, puis direction Aubenas, après être passé à proximité de Villeneuve de Berg et juste
avant Lavilledieu, prendre rond point à droite direction Vallon Pont d'Arc. Passer Ruoms, après être passé près de Sampzon et après avoir
suivi la rivière, grande ligne droite, au 2ème rond point prendre à droite. L'entrée du gîte est juste en face de magasin Bioccop. En venant du
sud prendre sortie N°19, prendre direction Pierrelatte, puis passer à Bourg St Andéol, prendre direction Valoon Pont d'Arc. Passer par St
Remèze. A Vallon Pont d'Arc prendre direction Ruoms-Aubenas. A compter du rond point du stade de foot, au 4ème rond point, prendre à
gauche. L'entrée du gîte est juste en face du magasin Bioccop. En cas de problème n'hésitez pas à appeler le 06.10.23.17.18

Exceeding capacity of property :
The capacity of the property must not be exceeded (including children over 2). If their prior agreement has not been secured, owners can
refuse additional people; owners may accept them in return for an extra payment.
Tenant responsible for cleaning :
Cleaning is the tenants’ responsibility during and at the end of their stay; the property must be left in a clean and proper condition. If this is not
the case a charge may be made for cleaning. Equally, tenants can insist on further cleaning on arrival if they consider that the property is not
sufficiently clean.
