Die Gleitdichtung Profil JA für
Kolbenstangen besteht aus einem Elastomerteil und einem
Spezial-Gleitring. Sie besitzt
besonders gute Gleiteigenschaften verbunden mit hoher
Dichtheit.
Ihre Hauptvorteile sind:
• Geringe Reibung.
• Einfacher Einbauraum bei
gleichzeitig kleinen Abmessungen.
• Leichte Montage.
• Dicht vom ersten Hub an,
auch beim Zusammenwirken mit üblichen Schmutzabstreifern.

The profile JA glide seal for piston rods consists of an
elastomer part and a special
sliding ring. It has exceptionally
good sliding properties and
high tightness.
The main advantages are:
• Low friction.

housings.

Compounds:
Standardwerkstoff für den Gummikörper ist ein NBR-Elastomer
(N3544) mit einer Härte von ca. 88 Shore A. Der Gleitring wird aus einer
speziellen PTFE-Mischung (W5160) hergestellt.
Standard compound for the rubber part is an NBR elastomer (N3544)
with a hardness of approx. 88 Shore A. The glide ring is made of a
special PTFE compound (W5160).
Einbauhinweise:
Installation:
Stangendichtungen Profil JA werden im Regelfall in eingestochene
Nuten montiert. Bei Stangendurchmessern < 18 mm ist ein offener
Einbauraum erforderlich. Zur weiteren Vereinfachung der Montage
werden die Gleitringe in endloser Ausführung geliefert. Bei Sonderabmessungen oder Mindermengen behalten wir uns vor, die Gleitringe
als schräggeschnittes Band zu liefern. Der max. Spalt auf der druckabgewandten Seite des Dichtelementes beeinflußt wesentlich die Betriebsdauer.
The profile JA glide seals are normally fitted into recessed grooves. For
rod diameters < 18 mm, an open groove is required. To further simplify
the installation, the glide rings are supplied unsplit (endless), however,
for special dimensions or small quantities we reserve the right to supply
glide rings in a split version. The working life of the seal is mainly
influenced by the max. gap at the pressure-opposite of the sealing
element.
