wurde speziell für den Einsatz in der
Lebensmittel- und Pharmaindustrie entwickelt und von namhaften Prüflabors
zertifiziert.

Für die sehr sensiblen Anwendungen
in Anlagen der Lebensmittel- und
Pharmaindustrie liegen uns folgende

Zusätzlich wurden weitere Langzeitprüfungen in einem unabhängigen
Prüflabor durchgeführt. Unter anderem
wurde in einem Bewitterungstest über
6 Monate die Alterungsbeständigkeit
des Compounds bestätigt. Ein Druckverformungsrest – Test über 1000 Stunden
in Wasser bei 150 °C hat die Einsatzfähigkeit auch bei Extremtemperaturen
über lange Zeiträume nachgewiesen.*

Our EPDM - material EP 703901 was
developed particularly for usage in
the food and pharmaceutical industry
and is certified by reputable testing
laboratories.

Ethylene propylene diene rubber,
peroxide cured
Hardness 70 shore A
Colour black
Good resistance in aqueous solutions
Good resistance towards hot water
and steam
Very good durability and ozone
resistance
Good flexibility at low temperature
Temperature operational limit
from -50 to +150°C
Our new material is therefore appropriate for various applications e.g.
the medical engineering and food
industry, the pharmaceutical industry
as well as for drinkable water applications, the heating engineering and
photovoltaic technology.
For the very sensitive usage in
facilities of the foodstuff and pharmaceutical industry Dichtomatik obtains
the following test certificates:

In addition to these certificates, more
long- term tests were conducted at an
independent laboratory. Among others
the durability of the compound was
approved in a 6 months weathering
test. A compression set test in water
with 150°C which lasted 1000 hours
proved the operational capability of
the compound even at extreme
temperatures over a long time.*
