We always have a large but changing inventory of new and used
feeders for Siemens, Fuji, Philips/Yamaha, Panasonic, Universal,
Daum, Zevatech/Juki. Current stock is over 11,000.
You can see our feeders and spares on stock on our home
page in the section „Spare parts“. With filter and sort
functions!
For many parts we also offer a parts exchange
service, for instance for the Y axis motors for Siplace 80
S-20 in the picture. We deliver motors overhauled by a
motor manufacturing company and give you a credit note
when receiving your defective motor.

Für viele Teile bieten wir auch ein ReparaturAustauschservice. So zum Beispiel für die abgebildeten
Motore Y-Achse für Siplace 80 S-20. Wir liefern von
einem Motorenbauer überholte Motore und rechnen bei
Erhalt Ihres defekten Motors eine Gutschrift an.
Finanzierung
Wir bieten in Deutschland und Österreich auch die Finanzierung von Geräten für die Baugruppenfertigung an. Die meisten Projekte betreffen
Leasing von Geräten, die wir verkaufen. Wir bieten auch die kurzfristige Miete von Maschinen an. Während der productronica in München
konnten wir aber auch einen Vertrag unterzeichnen, der aus Sicht des Anwenders ein Sell and Lease Back darstellt, wir finanzieren für diesen
Kunden die bereits dort im Einsatz befindliche Siplace Linie mit einem Volumen von EUR 340.000,-. Gegenüber Banken haben wir den Vorteil,
daß wir die Maschinen marktkonform bewerten können. Wir kennen das Problem noch aus der Anfangszeit unseres Maschinenhandels,
unseren Lagerbestand sahen Banken nicht als Sicherheit an weil sie mit den Bestückungsautomaten etc. nichts anfangen konnten.

Similar to a lot of other customers the relationship between paragon
and ADOPT grew closer over a period of a few years.
After a few years of contact ADOPT bought a Siplace 80 F-3 line
from paragon Delbrück already in 1998, paragon invested at the
same time in a new Siplace line for their new factory in Suhl, eastern
Germany. Through the ongoing business paragon got enough
confidence to see ADOPT not only as a buyer of their used
equipment but also as a supplier.
During the further investment steps lately ADOPT got more and more
involved in paragons expansion projects.
End of 2003 ADOPT delivered a Siplace 80 S-23 / 80 F-5 line to
Miquest USA, part of the paragon group. ADOPT not only acquired
and serviced the machines and feeders needed by Miquest but also
handled the logistics to get all the equipment to Miquest on time. The
installation was done by paragon personnel from Germany.
Wie bei vielen anderen Kunden hat sich die Beziehung zwischen
ADOPT und paragon auch über einige Jahre aufgebaut und vertieft.
Nach einigen Jahren Kontakt kaufte ADOPT erstmals 1998 eine
Siplace 80 F-3 Linie von paragon Delbrück, Paragon investierte zu
diesem Zeitpunkt in eine neue Siplace Linie am Standort Suhl in den
neuen deutschen Bundesländern. Mit der Zeit wuchs das Vertrauen
auf Seiten von paragon, um ADOPT nicht mehr nur als Käufer der
einige Jahre alt gewordenen Maschinen zu sehen sondern auch als
Lieferant. Zuletzt wurde ADOPT im Zuge der weiteren Expansion
paragons immer öfter eingebunden:
Ende 2003 lieferte ADOPT eine Siplace 80 S-23 / 80 F-5 Linie an
die Tochterfirma Miquest in den USA. Neben der Beschaffung und
Überarbeitung der Maschinen und der zugehörigen Feeder wickelte
ADOPT auch die Logistik ab. Die Installation in den USA wurde von
paragon-Personal aus Deutschland durchgeführt.

Beginning of 2004 ADOPT bought the Mimot
line for small batches from paragon Suhl. This
line was sold not because paragon was
dissatisfied with Mimot but because paragon
wanted to eliminate the need to have all
production data for two different line concepts.
At the same time they invested in another
Siplace line. End of March paragon
approached ADOPT with another machine
need for their American subsidiary Miquest:
Already end of April they needed a dual wave
solder machine with nitrogen hood or nitrogen
tunnel, two spray fluxers and carrier transport
installed and running.
The second spray fluxer was requested because in addition to the
fluxing process used at Miquest a no clean flux was required for new
projects.
ADOPT started with a Seho 7240G as basis to solve this problem.
This machine was running only for small batches at the first user. The
issue regarding the two fluxes could get solved by purchasing a new
dual nozzle spray head from Seho, in addition the barcode option
got retrofitted. So now depending on the code
on the carrier the machine uses head 1 or
head 2 for fluxing the board in the carrier with
one of the two different fluxes.
While waiting for these new parts ADOPT
already installed in their premises the carrier
transport and made the necessary adjustments
to fit it to the machine, also the machine got
cleaned and serviced. So ADOPT met the tight
time frame, the machine got disassembled,
crated and flown to Miquest. A few days later
a service technician from ADOPT also flew
over and installed the machine in the USA.

Anfang 2004 übernahm ADOPT die Mimot
Kleinserienlinie von paragon Suhl. Diese
wurde nicht aus Unzufriedenheit mit Mimot
abgegeben sondern weil paragon durch
diesen Schritt die Datenbasis vereinheitlichen
konnte. Im gleichen Schritt investierte paragon
am Standort Suhl in eine weitere Siplace
Linie.
Ende März trat paragon mit einem weiteren
Bedarf für die Tochterfirma Miquest in den
USA an ADOPT heran: bis Ende April sollte
dort eine Doppelwellenlötanlage mit
Stickstoffhaube oder Stickstofftunnel, zwei
Sprühfluxern und Rahmenrundtransport installiert und in betrieb
genommen sein.
Der zweite Sprühfluxer wurde als notwendig erachtet, da zusätzlich
zum eingefahrenen Prozeß bei Miquest auch für neue Produkte mit
no-clean Flußmittel gelötet werden soll.
ADOPT baute zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe auf einer Seho 7240G
auf, die beim Erstanwender nur als Musterlötmaschine im Einsatz
war. Das Problem der zwei verschiedenen Flußmittel konnte durch
Einbau eines neuen Doppel-Sprühkopfes von
Seho gelöst werden, zusätzlich wurde die
Barcodeoption nachgerüstet, so daß nun
abhängig vom Code am Lötrahmen der erste
oder der zweite Sprühkopf des Fluxers
angesteuert werden kann.
Während auf die Lieferung dieser Neuteile
gewartet wurde, wurden parallel bereits der
Rahmentransport aufgebaut und an die
Maschine angepaßt sowie die Maschine
gereinigt und geserviced. Dadurch schaffte
ADOPT den sehr eng gesteckten Zeitrahmen,
die Anlage wurde für den Flug so weit wie
möglich zerlegt und verpackt. Einige Tage später flog ein ADOPT
Servicetechniker ebenfalls in die USA und installierte die Maschine
vor Ort.

Beginning of 2004 ADOPT bought the Mimot
line for small batches from paragon Suhl. This
line was sold not because paragon was
dissatisfied with Mimot but because paragon
wanted to eliminate the need to have all
production data for two different line concepts.
At the same time they invested in another
Siplace line. End of March paragon
approached ADOPT with another machine
need for their American subsidiary Miquest:
Already end of April they needed a dual wave
solder machine with nitrogen hood or nitrogen
tunnel, two spray fluxers and carrier transport
installed and running.
The second spray fluxer was requested because in addition to the
fluxing process used at Miquest a no clean flux was required for new
projects.
ADOPT started with a Seho 7240G as basis to solve this problem.
This machine was running only for small batches at the first user. The
issue regarding the two fluxes could get solved by purchasing a new
dual nozzle spray head from Seho, in addition the barcode option
got retrofitted. So now depending on the code
on the carrier the machine uses head 1 or
head 2 for fluxing the board in the carrier with
one of the two different fluxes.
While waiting for these new parts ADOPT
already installed in their premises the carrier
transport and made the necessary adjustments
to fit it to the machine, also the machine got
cleaned and serviced. So ADOPT met the tight
time frame, the machine got disassembled,
crated and flown to Miquest. A few days later
a service technician from ADOPT also flew
over and installed the machine in the USA.

Anfang 2004 übernahm ADOPT die Mimot
Kleinserienlinie von paragon Suhl. Diese
wurde nicht aus Unzufriedenheit mit Mimot
abgegeben sondern weil paragon durch
diesen Schritt die Datenbasis vereinheitlichen
konnte. Im gleichen Schritt investierte paragon
am Standort Suhl in eine weitere Siplace
Linie.
Ende März trat paragon mit einem weiteren
Bedarf für die Tochterfirma Miquest in den
USA an ADOPT heran: bis Ende April sollte
dort eine Doppelwellenlötanlage mit
Stickstoffhaube oder Stickstofftunnel, zwei
Sprühfluxern und Rahmenrundtransport installiert und in betrieb
genommen sein.
Der zweite Sprühfluxer wurde als notwendig erachtet, da zusätzlich
zum eingefahrenen Prozeß bei Miquest auch für neue Produkte mit
no-clean Flußmittel gelötet werden soll.
ADOPT baute zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe auf einer Seho 7240G
auf, die beim Erstanwender nur als Musterlötmaschine im Einsatz
war. Das Problem der zwei verschiedenen Flußmittel konnte durch
Einbau eines neuen Doppel-Sprühkopfes von
Seho gelöst werden, zusätzlich wurde die
Barcodeoption nachgerüstet, so daß nun
abhängig vom Code am Lötrahmen der erste
oder der zweite Sprühkopf des Fluxers
angesteuert werden kann.
Während auf die Lieferung dieser Neuteile
gewartet wurde, wurden parallel bereits der
Rahmentransport aufgebaut und an die
Maschine angepaßt sowie die Maschine
gereinigt und geserviced. Dadurch schaffte
ADOPT den sehr eng gesteckten Zeitrahmen,
die Anlage wurde für den Flug so weit wie
möglich zerlegt und verpackt. Einige Tage später flog ein ADOPT
Servicetechniker ebenfalls in die USA und installierte die Maschine
vor Ort.

For many parts we also offer a parts exchange
service, for instance for the Y axis motors for Siplace 80
S-20 in the picture. We deliver motors overhauled by a
motor manufacturing company and give you a credit note
when receiving your defective motor.

Wir bieten in Deutschland und Österreich auch die Finanzierung von Geräten für die Baugruppenfertigung an. Die meisten Projekte betreffen
Leasing von Geräten, die wir verkaufen. Wir bieten auch die kurzfristige Miete von Maschinen an. Während der productronica in München
konnten wir aber auch einen Vertrag unterzeichnen, der aus Sicht des Anwenders ein Sell and Lease Back darstellt, wir finanzieren für diesen
Kunden die bereits dort im Einsatz befindliche Siplace Linie mit einem Volumen von EUR 340.000,-. Gegenüber Banken haben wir den Vorteil,
daß wir die Maschinen marktkonform bewerten können. Wir kennen das Problem noch aus der Anfangszeit unseres Maschinenhandels,
unseren Lagerbestand sahen Banken nicht als Sicherheit an weil sie mit den Bestückungsautomaten etc. nichts anfangen konnten.

Similar to a lot of other customers the relationship between paragon
and ADOPT grew closer over a period of a few years.
After a few years of contact ADOPT bought a Siplace 80 F-3 line
from paragon Delbrück already in 1998, paragon invested at the
same time in a new Siplace line for their new factory in Suhl, eastern
Germany. Through the ongoing business paragon got enough
confidence to see ADOPT not only as a buyer of their used
equipment but also as a supplier.
During the further investment steps lately ADOPT got more and more
involved in paragons expansion projects.
End of 2003 ADOPT delivered a Siplace 80 S-23 / 80 F-5 line to
Miquest USA, part of the paragon group. ADOPT not only acquired
and serviced the machines and feeders needed by Miquest but also
handled the logistics to get all the equipment to Miquest on time. The
installation was done by paragon personnel from Germany.
Wie bei vielen anderen Kunden hat sich die Beziehung zwischen
ADOPT und paragon auch über einige Jahre aufgebaut und vertieft.
Nach einigen Jahren Kontakt kaufte ADOPT erstmals 1998 eine
Siplace 80 F-3 Linie von paragon Delbrück, Paragon investierte zu
diesem Zeitpunkt in eine neue Siplace Linie am Standort Suhl in den
neuen deutschen Bundesländern. Mit der Zeit wuchs das Vertrauen
auf Seiten von paragon, um ADOPT nicht mehr nur als Käufer der
einige Jahre alt gewordenen Maschinen zu sehen sondern auch als

Ende 2003 lieferte ADOPT eine Siplace 80 S-23 / 80 F-5 Linie an
die Tochterfirma Miquest in den USA. Neben der Beschaffung und
Überarbeitung der Maschinen und der zugehörigen Feeder wickelte
ADOPT auch die Logistik ab. Die Installation in den USA wurde von
paragon-Personal aus Deutschland durchgeführt.
