Die Gründung besteht aus einem Streifenfundament von 70x50cm, in T-Form, um
Setzrisse zu vermeiden. Das kanarische Dach ist isoliert und hat unterbelüftete Ziegel,
sowie ein elektrisches Hubdach, das zur Entlüftung dient und außerdem zusätzliches Licht
liefert. Die Rundbogenfenster sind aus 1cm dickem Sicherheitsglas und die anderen
Fenster sind doppelverglast und parasolbeschichtet. Der Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer hat
eine Leistung von 17kw. Außerdem gibt es noch eine Klimaanlage (warm/kalt).
Das Wohnhaus hat eine Größe von ca. 140m² bebauter Fläche und ist wie folgt aufgeteilt
(siehe auch Grundriss):
Man betritt das Haus und steht in der großen, komplett ausgestatteten Küche, die von
einem Tischler in Handarbeit hergestellt wurde (Backofen, Geschirrspüler, KühlGefrierkombi, Kochinsel mit Cerankochfeld). Weiter geht es in den geräumigen
Wohnbereich von ca. 60m², der aufgeteilt ist, in eine gemütliche Sitzecke und einen
Essbereich mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit
eigenem Bad und ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC. Die Bäder werden mit Elektrolüftern
beheizt.
Das Studio hat eine Größe von ca. 38m² Es handelt sich um ein kleines Duschbad und
um einen geräumigen Raum, in dem Wohnen, Schlafen, Kochen und Essen geschickt
untergebracht wurde. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist genauso wunderbar wie im
Wohnhaus, mit dem Unterschied, dass man hier auch noch auf die Poolebene sieht.
Unter dem Studio befindet sich der große Wassertank mit einem Fassungsvermögen von
20.000 Ltr. und hinter dem Gebäude gibt es noch einen Abstellraum, der auch als
Waschküche genutzt wird.
Die großzügige, sichtgeschützte Pool-Anlage (8x4m, abdeckbar) wurde ebenfalls
aufwendig gebaut, zuerst mit einer Schwerlastmauer von 1m Durchmesser und
anschließend mit einer 20cm starken, armierten Betonwand.
Rings um den Pool entstand eine nicht einsehbare Sonnenterrasse, mit beheizter
Außendusche.
Es existiert eine Doppelgarage von 36m², ein weiterer Wassertank sowie eine Bodega
von 36m² bebauter Fläche, aus dem 17.Jahrhundert.
Diese Bodega wurde liebevoll restauriert. Die Wände hat man isoliert und mit
Rigipsplatten versehen, das Dach erneuert und ebenfalls isoliert, Wasserablauf im
Fußboden, Strom und Wasser sowie eine Klimaanlage installiert.
Einige Obstbäume, wie Mango, Orange, Limone und Banane sind bereits da und tragen
gut. Platz für weitere Bepflanzung ist genug vorhanden.
Dieses Luxuriöse Anwesen gehört zu den wenigen Superlativen auf der Insel.
