STARLAM ® ist ein offenes, dekoratives
Deckensystem mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Verlegung, z. B. diagonal, abgestuft, vertikal, oder auch in Kombination mit
Langfeldplatten oder anderen Metallrasterdecken.
Die Art der Konstruktion ergibt eine akzentuierte Linienführung und sorgt für eine klare
Atmosphäre. Werden die STARLAM ® -Profile
verschiedenfarbig lackiert, entstehen vollkommen neue Deckendesigns.
Die Skala der Lichteffekte und Möglichkeiten reicht von der intensiven Spotbeleuchtung bis hin zur dezenten Hintergrundbeleuchtung. Wir empfehlen die auf den
Seiten 16 und 17 gezeigten LED-Downlights.

STARLAM ® is an open, decorative ceiling system, available in a choice of
colours designed with many different open
plan applications in mind, i.e. diagonally,
different levels, vertically or in combination
with other metal open cell ceilings or metal
infill tiles.
The design allows the lower blades to run
in one direction with the upper blades set
back and running at right angles. The special configuration creates a pronounced
linear effect, which can be enhanced with
the integration of lighting both above or
within the ceiling enabling attractive patterns to be created. The effects can range
from intense spotlighting to subdued background illumination. We recommend to use
the LED downlights shown on the pages 16
and 17.
STARLAM ® est un système de plafond
ouvert et décoratif avec de nombreuses possibilités de pose, ex. diagonale,
verticale, bandeaux décoratifs, en combinaison avec des bacs rectangulaires ou
autres plafonds alvéolaires.
La conception donne une image plus uniforme et linéaire, elle crée une impression
de transparence. En utilisant des lames
de couleurs différentes vous allez créer de
nouveaux designs.
La gamme des effets lumières et des possibilités, s’étend d’un éclairage intensif
obtenu avec des spots, à un éclairage
discret de l’arrière-plan. Nous vous recommandons les downlights à DEL affichés aux
pages 16 et 17.

Die Trageprofile werden im Abstand von
600 mm von der Decke abgehängt. Abhängung nach EN 13964, Hängerabstand
ca. 1 000 mm. Abhängehöhe mindestens
115 mm. Die vormontierten STARLAM ® Felder 600 x 1 200 mm werden in die Trageprofile eingesetzt und sind fixiert.

The main carriers are installed first and levelled accurately at 600 mm centres and
suspended at maximum 1 200 mm centres from the structural soffit on approved
hangers [suspension height void minimum
115 mm]. Adjacent main carrier lengths are
locked in position using carrier splicers. The
600 x 1 200 mm STARLAM ® pre-assembled
panels are then offered up above the main
carriers, the panel blades with nibs on the
two long sides are aligned with the cut
outs on the main carrier, the panel is then
drawn down until firmly in position.
Les porteurs sont suspendus sous la dalle
avec un entraxe de 600 mm. Les suspentes utilisées correspondent à la norme
EN 13964 ou équivalente selon le pays. L’entraxe pour les suspentes est env. 1 000 mm.
La hauteur de suspension minimale est

Die Trageprofile U 94 werden im Abstand
von 1 200 mm [1 250 mm] abgehängt.
Der Abstand der Gewindestäbe beträgt
ca. 1 000 mm, die Mindestabhängehöhe
150 mm. Die vormontierten Rasterfelder
werden über die Haltefeder C 94 in die Trageschiene U 94 eingerastet. Alle Felder sind
abklappbar.
The carrier profiles U 94 are suspended at
a distance of 1 200 mm [1 250 mm]. The
distance of the threaded rods is approx.
1 000 mm, the suspension height 150 mm.
The pre-assembled panel cells are snapfitted into the carrier U 94 with the help of
the spring panel hanger C 94. All panels
can be hinged down.

Wenn es die Abhängehöhe zulässt, kann
die Montage mit dem Rostwinkel U 1040 als
Queraussteifung erfolgen. Wir empfehlen
diese Queraussteifung bei jeder Abhängehöhe und ab 500 mm ist sie notwendig.
The installation can be done by using the
L-shaped primary carrier U 1040 for crossbracing if the suspension height will allow
it. We recommend this cross-bracing for
every suspension height and for more than
500 mm, the use of the cross-bracing is
necessary.
Si la hauteur de suspension le permet, le
montage peut se faire avec le porteur primaire U 1040 pour une meilleure rigidité
transversale. Nous recommandons cette
rigidité transversale pour chaque hauteur
de suspension et cette dernière est obligatoire à partir de 500 mm.

Die vertikale Verlegung eignet sich als Luftauslassgitter. Hier können die Felder über
horizontal montierte U 94 eingerastet werden [zwei Stück pro Feld] oder sie können
über zwei horizontal laufende U-Profile eingestellt werden.
The vertical installation is suitable for air
handling units. They can either be fixed to
horizontally mounted U 94 carriers [2 pcs / panel] or span between 2 horizontal running U-profiles.

It can be installed horizontally and vertically. The combination of the blades and
the clearly defined edges creates a unique
appearance.

If the main blades are painted in different
colours, completely new ceiling designs
are generated in combination with the recessed black secondary blades.

PUNTEO® -G ist eine moderne Halbeinbauleuchte mit leuchtendem Glaszylinder, die optimal in die Rasterdecken
STAR 3®, STAR 9 ® und STAR 15® integriert
werden kann. Die Wärme des Strahlers wird
in den Deckenhohlraum abgestrahlt, was
den Nutzraum nicht zusätzlich aufheizt. Der
Strahler wird steckerfertig geliefert. Er kann
dadurch einfach an die elektrischen Zuleitungen angeschlossen werden.
PUNTEO®-G is a modern semi-recessed
luminaire with a shiny glass cylinder
which can be optimally integrated in the
open-cell ceilings STAR 3®, STAR 9® and
STAR 15®. The heat from the spotlight is radiated into the ceiling void, so that the useable space is not heated up additionally. The
spotlight is delivered ready-to-plug-in. This
allows simple connection to the electrical
supply lines.
PUNTEO® -G est un luminaire semi-encastré moderne avec un cylindre en
verre lumineux que l’on peut intégrer de
façon optimale dans les plafonds alvéolaires STAR 3®, STAR 9 ® et STAR 15®. La chaleur du spot est diffusée dans le plénum si
bien que l’espace utile ne subit pas d’augmentation de sa température ambiante. Le
spot est prêt à connecter. Il suffit donc de
le raccorder aux alimentations électriques.

werden kann. Die Wärme des Strahlers wird
in den Deckenhohlraum abgestrahlt, was
den Nutzraum nicht zusätzlich aufheizt. Der
Strahler wird steckerfertig geliefert. Er kann
dadurch einfach an die elektrischen Zuleitungen angeschlossen werden.

The heat from the spotlight is radiated into
the ceiling void, so that the useable space
is not heated up additionally. The spotlight is
delivered ready-to-plug-in. This allows simple

VARIO 3® ist eine stabförmige Decke
von hoher Qualität und elegantem,
zeitgemäßen Design. Die speziellen Ausstanzungen und die scharfen Kantungen
garantieren eine optimale lineare Ausrichtung der Lamellen untereinander sowie
eine perfekte Steifheit.
Die VARIO 3® -Decken sind zusammengesetzt aus 3 mm starken und 20 mm hohen
feinen Lamellen und aus Lamellen mit den
Profilen 4 / H42, 9 / H40 oder 15 / H37 in verschiedenen Farben. Die Lamellen können
in Reihen- oder Modulanordnung ausgeführt werden, so kann die Textur hervorgehoben werden. Diese Auslegung erlaubt
zahllose Ausführungsmöglichkeiten. Systeme für Klimatisierung, Sprinkler, Rauchmelder, Leuchten [siehe Seiten 16-17] usw. können über der Rasterdecke eingebaut oder
in diese integriert werden.

VARIO 3® is a strapline ceiling of high
quality and elegant updated design.
The special punching and the sharp edges
guarantee an optimised alignment and a
perfect stiffness.
The VARIO 3® ceilings are composed of
3 mm wide and 20 mm high fine blades and
of 4 / H42, 9 / H40 or 15 / H37 blade profiles in
different colours. The blades can be assembled in a linear pattern or in module execution and so the texture can be highlighted.
This concept provides numerous variaties
in execution. Air conditioning, sprinkler
systems, fire / smoke warning systems, luminaires systems [see pages 16-17] etc. can
be installed above or integrated in the ceiling.
VARIO 3® est un plafond filiforme de

QUADRA® is a economical open cell
ceiling louvre manufactured from
pre-coated aluminium blades pressed together, the panels are non combustible
and light in weight. The cell size, height and
shape can be varied to suit the individual
requirements. The modular nature of the
panels and cells allows easy integration of
services and lighting and is ideal beneath
skylights. The character of the ceiling can
be optically transformed with perforated
blades.

PUNTEO® -Q50 ist ein dezenter breitstrahlender LED-Downlight, der ab
einer Zellengröße von 75 mm ohne Modulplatte in die Rasterdecke GEO® integriert
werden kann. Der schwarze Strahler mit
der Schutzart IP 65 strahlt die Wärme nach
oben ab, was den Nutzraum nicht zusätzlich aufheizt. Er wird steckerfertig geliefert
und kann dadurch einfach an die elektrischen Zuleitungen angeschlossen werden.
PUNTEO®-Q50 is a decent wide-beam
LED downlight that can be integrated
in the open-cell ceiling GEO® with a cell size
larger than 75 mm without using a modular
panel. The heat of the black spotlight with
a degree of protection IP 65 is radiated upwards so that the useable space is not heated up additionally. The spotlight is delivered
ready-to-plug-in which allows simple connection to the electrical supply lines.

system with a difference. The “inverted” panel is designed to locate easily into
the grid system chosen with the open ends
of the “U” blade exposed to reveal the contrasting interior colour finish.
The lighting conditions play an important
role on the effect of the GETINCELL-LINE®
panels, daylight or indirect lighting intensify the interior colour, whereas lighting
installed above the ceiling enhances the
exterior colour allowing the interior colour

ein ununterbrochenes flächiges Aussehen,
was bisher nur mit integrierten Trageschienen möglich war. Ihnen gegenüber hat
das U 94-Profil den großen Vorteil, dass jedes Rasterfeld einzeln revisionierbar ist.
The U 94 carrier system, developed by durlum, guarantees an linearity in the installation of open cell ceilings which is unprecedented until today. Each type of open
cell ceiling so gets an uninterrupted even
appearance, which up to now was only
possible with integrated carriers. But in contrary to that, the U94-profile has the great
advantage that each individual panel can
be hinged down separately.

Die Unterkonstruktion besteht aus den
formgelochten Rostwinkeln U 1040 als
Queraussteifung [Primärprofil]. Sie werden
mit Gewindestäben drucksteif mit amtlich
zugelassenen Dübeln von der Rohdecke
abgehängt.
Die Primärprofile sind über den Längsverbinder U 1041 am Längsstoß miteinander
zu verbinden.
Die Anbindung der Primärprofile an die
Wände erfolgt über den Wandanschluss
U 1042.
Der Abstand der Primärprofile richtet sich
nach den Anforderungen der EN 13964
und der Statik des Systems und ist vom
Auftragnehmer nachzuweisen und festzulegen.
Auf eine waag- und fluchtgerechte Montage ist zu achten.
Die Primärprofile U 1040 werden mit den Sekundärprofilen U 94 verschraubt, so dass sie
gegen Lösen gesichert sind.
Die Sekundärprofile werden über den Verbinder V 94 am Längsstoß miteinander
verbunden. Dazu wird ein 2 mm starker Nagel in die dafür vorgesehene Bohrung gesteckt. Anschließend wird der Verbinder mit
je zwei Schrauben pro Seite befestigt ohne
fest anzuziehen. Nach Herausnahme des
Nagels ergibt sich ein Spiel von 2 mm zum
Ausgleich eventueller Spannungen.
Der Abstand der Sekundärprofile ist exakt
auf den Achsabstand der Rasterfelder abzustimmen.
Auf eine waag- und fluchtgerechte Montage ist zu achten.
Nach dem Einsetzen der C 94 Haltefedern in
die richtige Position auf den Rasterelementen werden die Elemente durch Einklipsen
der Haltefedern in die dafür vorgesehenen
Langlöcher, unter Berücksichtigung der
richtigen Montagerichtung der Elemente
[d.h. jeweils runde Referenzausstanzung zu
eckiger Referenzausstanzung] an den Elementen angebracht.
Die lineare Ausrichtung der gesamten Decke ist zu kontrollieren. Gegebenenfalls
muss nachgerichtet werden. Danach werden alle Muttern und Schrauben nachgezogen.
Der Anschluss der Rasterfelder an die Wand
kann über folgende Wandanschlussprofile
erfolgen:
• Randwinkel F 025
• Stufenrandwinkel F 2025
• Bilderleiste 031
• L-Profil
Unter Berücksichtigung einiger Regeln
beim Zusammenbau garantiert dieses
System eine für Rasterdecken unerreichte
Linearität.
The substructure consists of form-punched,
L-shaped primary carriers U 1040 acting
as cross bracing [primary profile]. They
are suspended rigidly from the bare ceiling with threaded rods using officially approved dowels.
The primary profiles must be connected to
one another at the longitudinal joints using
U 1041 longitudinal connectors.
The primary profiles are joined with the
walls using the wall bracket U 1042.
The spacing of the primary profiles depends on the requirements of EN 13964
and the statics of the system and must be
proven and established by the contractor.
Ensure horizontal and flush alignment during installation.
The primary profiles U 1040 are fixed on the
secondary profiles U 94 using screws so that
they are secured against loosening.
The secondary profiles are connected to
one another at the longitudinal joint using
the connector V 94. For this, a nail with a
diameter of 2 mm is inserted in the hole provided for this. Afterwards, the connector is
fixed with two screws on each side without
tightening them. When removing the nail,
there is a play of 2 mm to compensate possible tensions.
The spacing of the secondary profile must
be adjusted precisely to the center distance of the panels.
Ensure horizontal and flush alignment during installation.
After having inserted the C 94 spring panel
hanger in the correct position on the panel
elements, the elements are fixed by snapfitting the spring panel hangers into the oblong holes of the elements provided for this
purpose. Observe the correct mounting
direction of the elements, [i.e. round reference holes to rectangular reference holes].
Check the linear orientation of the whole
ceiling. Adjust if necessary. Then all nuts
and screws are tightened.
The panels can be connected to the wall
using the following wall bracket profiles:
• Perimeter trim F 025
• Perimeter trim F 2025
• Picture-rail trim 031
• L-profile
When taking into account some rules for
the assembly, the system guarantees an
unrivalled linearity of the open-cell ceiling.
L’ossature est composée des porteurs primaires U 1040 perforés selon une forme
définie et servant de raidissement transversal [profilé primaire]. Afin que ces derniers
résistent à la compression, ils sont suspendus au plafond brut au moyen de tiges
filetées à l’aide de chevilles officiellement

à ce qu’ils ne puissent pas se détacher.
Les profilés secondaires sont raccordés
entre eux sur le joint longitudinal au moyen
du connecteur V 94. Pour ce faire, un clou
de 2 mm d’épaisseur est enfoncé dans le
trou prévu à cet effet. Le connecteur est ensuite fixé à l’aide de deux vis par côté qu’il
ne faut pas serrer trop fort. Une fois le clou
retiré, vous avez un jeu de 2 mm qui sert à
compenser les éventuelles tensions.
L’entraxe des profilés secondaires doit
précisément correspondre à l’entraxe des
panneaux.
Bien veiller à l’alignement horizontal et vertical de l’installation.
Après avoir clipsé correctement les épinglesressorts C 94 sur les panneaux, il faut positionner les panneaux en encliquetant les
épingles-ressorts dans les trous oblongs prévus à cet effet en tenant compte du sens de
montage des panneaux [toujours faire coïncider un repère rond avec un repère carré].
Il est nécessaire de vérifier la linéarité de
l’ensemble du plafond. Veuillez la réajuster si nécessaire. Puis bien serrer tous les
écrous et vis.
Le raccordement des panneaux au mur
peut être exécuté via les profilés de raccordement mural suivants:
• Cornière de rive F 025
• Cornière de rive double F 2025
• Profilé pour suspension de tableaux 031

En tenant compte de quelques règles lors
de l’assemblage, ce système garantit un
